Hi,

I filed claim on 2nd oct, 2017 for hit and run. I provided the case-number created by local police department as well.

Geico claim adjuster visited my place and took the car on same day for fixing it. He gave estimate of 9 days. I was told that I can expect a call once car is fixed.

After 15 days, I started to call them to check the status of car. I called Mark Martinez and Joseph Stone every day from 17th Oct to 20th oct. Everytime it goes to their voice mail and no one calls back.

On 21st Oct, I called Geico customer care and asked them status. They bluntly said that I am on mercy of Adjusters and Geico people can not do anything in this. This was shock to me. I bought insurance from Geico and now they are saying that they don't give a damn about my problem.

I would like to file a formal complaint against Geico for this.
