This company is a disaster! I only gave them one star because I have to in order to post this review. The reps are completely useless and they just keep charging you every month. I've been trying to get in touch with DAYENNE MASACOTE for ages and they never respond. The ComplaintsBoard.com seriously needs to do something about this. I keep following up but nothing ever gets done. The last email I got from my rep said they would get back to me "within the day" and that was on FEB 25. They even introduced themselves as my new rep, but they're even worse than the first one. And don't bother trying to call them - you'll either have to wait on hold forever or go straight to voicemail. Stay away from this company!

I used Success Link Processing 8 weeks ago to help me negotiate with BOA, but after a month, I still haven't heard from them. I called them up and they said negotiations were ongoing, but it doesn't seem like they did much for the first month. When I asked how to cancel my contract, they made a bunch of excuses for two weeks before telling me that I couldn't cancel because we were in the middle of negotiations. I've been polite, but it's frustrating to not be able to cancel when they keep insisting. It's just adding more stress to my debt situation.

We signed up with Success Link Prossesing Debt consolodation co. back in March 2022 and it's been 4 years since we started. I've been calling and emailing them to get the total amount we've paid, but they never replied. It feels like this program will never end. Can someone help us get in touch with this company and maybe cancel our program? It's a pretty frustrating situation. Thanks.

I can't get rid of Success Link Processing, LLC! I ended my contract with them a few months ago, wanting to handle my debt on my own. But the darned debt collectors won't let me, 'cause Success Link's still involved. I called Ms. *** so many times, but she keeps telling me that my account is being canceled - it's been a while now and I still don't have the darned piece of paper that says I'm not working with Success Link anymore. Before I split, they were taking $223 a month from me, but only $100 was going towards my debt. I figured it would be better if I just paid off my creditors myself. And you know what? It's not even making my credit better!

I been with Success Link Processing, LLC since June and I owe a biggish amount every month. I've been paying like $978.60 every month, you know, it's not cheap. Late last year, they started bothering me for more money even though I said I'd let them know if I had it. Well, I finally got the cash in August and sent it over to them. But even with all that money, they're still taking out $978.60 from my bank account every month and my balance isn't going down! When I called, they said they'd check on it but it's just a bunch of excuses. I don't even know if they're talking to the creditor or not. I'm getting real frustrated and nobody's calling me or getting in touch. It's like they're just taking my money and that's it. Can someone help me?

The company didn't do what was agreed upon. They got paid but failed to pay my creditors, leading to a default judgement. In March , I hired Success Link Processing LLC to help me settle my debts. After paying for 3-4 months, they started making settlements with my creditors. While paying creditor A, I was summoned by creditor B and was asked to settle immediately. They asked for more funds because I was already paying creditor A and didn't have enough money to pay creditor B. We reached a settlement with creditor B, and I started making additional payments. In May , I found out that my negotiator wasn't paying creditor A, and the settlement was cancelled. Moreover, payments to creditor B were discontinued. I was angry with their negligent behavior and requested to talk to managers to address the issue. They gave me new negotiators and representatives and said a third party they hired messed up and didn't fulfill our agreement. I wanted to settle creditor B first to settle the civil case lawsuit, so they agreed, and I made another payment. They showed me a copy of the check, but I was still not sure if they would take my money again. Therefore, I cancelled the contract in July and asked for confirmation that creditor B was paid in full. They said the law firm would send me the confirmation, but due to the pandemic, there was a delay. On Feb 9, I found out that the balance was not paid, and the law firm filed for a default judgement, which I received. They did not inform me or respond to the law firm's request for payment. Even though I terminated my contract, they still owed me a fulfilled agreement. I have a judgement on my record, and the firm demands more payment. I am stressed because of the default judgement that should not have happened if they did their job properly. I already told their managers not to take advantage of innocent people who are scared and not to prey on them by not paying creditors. To consumers, please verify if they pay your debts. They told me not to answer phone calls from creditors, which wasn't the case for me. I trusted them that they would help me settle debts. I want them to comply with their promise and communicate honestly with consumers. I hope they make it right, but the damage has been done. Please don't lie to consumers.
