Dear Sir/Madam,
Three weeks ago I made a reservation through your web site for the hotel Tivoli Oriente in Lisbon, and 3 days before my departing I got an email requesting that I send you an attached document with information about both my credit card and my ID document. As it was the first time I was asked to submit that kind of information for a reservation, and I can assure you that I've made hundres of them through internet, I decided to call your agency and talk to one of your agents, I did so and decided to cancel it. I was told that I was going to be charged for the three nights in Lisbon, but that in 2 or 3 days I would get also the refund. Two weeks have already passed and I havent got any news from you, neither a mail confirming my cancellation nor the refund you promised to be sent . I hope to get news from you soon, otherwise I'm afraid I will have to take legal actions against your agency. Thanking you in advance for your time and consideration. Yours faithfully
