I have done my due diligence and fulfilled my obligation to this company, complied with the Terms and Conditions that were posted on the internet site and they continue to bill my credit card company.

In addition to billing me for a product that I have cancelled well within the 14 day period, they have chosen to bill me twice for the amount of $87.13 for merchandise that I am not receiving nor do I care to receive.

I too believe I was misled by the ads. I called the number to cancel within the 14 days and was not able to leave a message. I tried to cancel through the website but kept getting bounced off UNTIL my trial period had expired and my bank account had been debited for the $87.13 Trial bottle I received. I am livid and intend to pursue this a bit longer.

My physician (who is also my sister) saw the bottle on ny kitchen counter and went ballistic. She provided me with information outlining the risks involved with both the FWM acai berry detox product as well as Acai berries in general. Her primary concern is that these labs are not really regulated by the FDA (even if they state they are) and they can be putting any number of ingredients in product. Who knows what yu are putting into your system.

I should know better than to fall for this type of scam.

I just had my battle with them. I am putting a complaint into Florida Business bureau. They took out 87.13 from my checking account. Anyone that reads this and still deals with them is in for a nightmare. It's ashame that they have to make their money ripping people off. I hope I'm not in for the nightmare of them continuing to take money out of the checking acount. It's sad they they can get away with this. This will keeping me from ever buying again this way. To bad for the honest business people in this world. The sad thing is a lot of us may have kept ordering if we liked the product but they make us so mad that hell with the product. I would not touch there business ever again. I see the bottom line of the 15 days but boy they make sure you don't really see it so they can get your money. Wished I had seen this sight first.

I too was taken in by the "free" trial offer of Acai Berry. As soon as I received the product I called and canceled. They gave told me all future orders would be canceled and no charges would occur. WRONG! I never received any more product, but I did receive charges for it of $87.13. I called my credit card company. They are going to reverse payment and credit my account. I suggest all of you that used a credit card to do the same thing. I guess we should have known that you can't get something of value for nothing. And this goes to show that this company has to scam customers to make sales. I am telling everyone I know about this, so they will not purchase any products from this company.

I too ordered the "free" trial of acai berry detox. I followed the guidelines in reference to canceling the order and was still charged the $87.13. I have contacted my credit card company, which you should do also, and they will not pay the charges or they will retract any payment they may have already processed. I think most credit card company have the power to get the funds back for you.I guess we should have known this was a scam. You can't get something of value for nothing. This shows what kind of company we were dealing with. If they have to scam to make sales, then their product must be useless. I am doing all I can to tell friends and loved one to avoid this product.

Looks like you didn't have any idea about the 14-day trial period. They charged with such amount since you didn't cancel you order within the given time period. What you must do is call [protected]. Talk to the operator, cancel your order and get a confirmation. I'm not making this up; I went through the same experience also.

I cancelled my future orders of Acai Berry Supplements because I did not realize I was receiving another bottle & my Business Credit Card was charged(which I'm not too pleased about) I spoke with a Cust. Service Rep. "Jason" last wk. who told me he'd e-mail me a
confirmation # in order to return the bottle & to get a credit; however never received it?
If i would have known this would have happened I never would have ordered them in the first place!
Please contact me at your earliest convenience to rectify this situation.

I didnt even recieve anything from these people. I agreed to free sample and used credit card to pay S&H. Never recieved anything from them, but on my next statement, had a charge of 79.95 on it. I called the number on the credit card beside the charge. She asked for my name, email, and zip, then proceeded to tell me they didnt have anything under that information, and asked what number I called. I told her, and she said that wasnt her number. She refused to let me talk to her supervisor. She said there was nothing she could do. I finally got frustrated and hung up. Now I'm going through my credit card company to dispute the claim, and calling state attorney generals office in Florida.

I also was charged 84.13 for something called Ultra-Cleanse. I did not even order a free trail of anything and still was charged. I have contacted them once and canceled any future billings but have not received my 84.13 back as of yet. I will not give up now that I know what kind of company I am dealing with.

Does anyone speak english in this so called company, who ever heard of almost 90 bucks for a few oz on unproven skin treatment. It is a lesson i have learned the hard way, i strongly suggest doing all the research on these companies for anyone, scams like this one swamp the net scaring people away from the good companies, all the complaints on here are exactly what i have gone through, and there is no body to talk to and get help they all just tell you sorry and some foreign jebber jabber

Is there any chance that you purchase something online? Other people might got hold of your credit card information and used it as their own. You can contact FWM lab at [protected]. Tell them you might be a victim of identity theft and you want any shipment of their product to be stopped.

Originally ordered product in Jan. I agreed to pay for the 1st round since I didn't get back before my 14-days. I called and told them I wished to cancel since I didn't realize they would automatically be shipping and charging. They agreed and said the next round had been sent already and gave me the instructions to return the product and get my refund. I did as instructed no refund was issued and since then I have received another charge without reieving product. Making my total refund to date owed to me...$261.00. No working phone numbers or contact information to get my $$$$ back.

I received a refund today of $83.18. I can't believe it! Orders are cancelled. Got a new debit card just in case. Things are looking better. It took me about a week to get the refund once I returned the product.

Don't give up! I just received notification from my bank that the issue has been resolved in my favor. It took several months, but I have my money back. I filed complaints with the Dade County BBB and the attorney general's office in Florida among others. Hopefully, if enough people do the same, they can put these thieves out of business.

As many of you have described above I myself have went through the same agrrivating ordeal with these people. I do want to pass along a different toll free number that was in my checking account bank statement and it seems to work in getting through this shady company. [protected]

So for anyone who is still fighting with this dishonest crooks feel free to give them a ring and let them know they will be put on notice with the both the BBB in FL as well as contacting the FTC to make them aware of what is going on.

Now I know they will hide behind the "Terms & Conditions" and say they are completely within the legal rights, but lets be real honest here how many people actually take the time anymore to read those terms anymore, we have all seen them time and time again when we install software on our PC's. I would argue that this is the part they are banking on with their little scam front. For what its worth, that's my 2 cents. dans

I to have been charged when I cancelled in the alloted time. I have been more than patient with them since I have called back 5 times and each time have been told that my request has been forwarded to the refund department and that I need to call back in 3 -5 days. Well, I am going on 25 days of this. At this point I am filing a dispute claim with my bank. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I hope the word gets out to never order anything from them!

FWM Lab, AC Berry!
CROOKS! SCAMMERS! Same story as everyone else on charging credit card when not authorized. Runaround bull@#*@. After calling everyone I could at this FAKE company, getting some clever names and excuses, I finally e-mailed them... then I e-mailed the Mayor of Hollywood, FL., who advised me that he passed the information on to their police department.
CANCEL YOUR CARDS, EVERYONE & CONTACT ANYONE YOU THINK MAY BE IMPORTANT! IT COMES DOWN TO WHO YOU KNOW... WE ALL KNOW SOMEONE AND WE WILL FIND A PERSON TO HELP IF WE ### LOUD ENOUGH!

Did you know that you should cancel within the 14 day trial period? Some people immediately thinks that they were scammed but it's actually their fault that they paid the full amount. To avoid anymore headaches, call fwm at [protected]. Explain to them want you want as well as stop future orders from coming.

I ordered a free trial of both the acai berry detox and the life cleanse. I was charged 3.95 for both products, for shipping and handlingon April 10, 2009. I noticed 14days later on APril 24, that I was charged $87.13 for both products. I called and got a recording stating that if I wanted to cancel an subscription/order to enter my credit card number that I used when I paid for the trial. I did not do that I kept pushing 00 and finally talking into the recording. That brought someone on the line.
I was irate and told them that I did not order anything and that I wanted to cancel any further shipment or charges that would be in the offing. I said that since I didn't receive any new product, this is a false charge. They stated hat it was for the FREE TRIAL! How can they charge you for a free trial? I got the person's name and two confirmation numbers, one for each product. I'm terrified now after reading these other complaints that my account will be charged again. I will watch daily. THe trouble is we are all complaining, but nothing is being done. What is the next step? Where do we take these complaints so someone in government or authority can stop them?

After ordering and then researching results I have run across the horror stories. I then called 1.866.949.0138 (24 hr support line) to request my account be cancelled. The website says "Cancel Anytime", that I ordered from. The foreign sounding gentleman by the name of Keith Scott w/ FWM Laboratories said he canceled my subscription and issued me a Cancellation #. I then asked him if I had been enrolled in any other program by signing up for FWM's subscription and he said no and that his company was not affliated with any other company. But the weird thing about it was the fact that all they needed was my zipcode to pull up my order. He asked my zipcode and then called me by name. Asked me to confirm my email address associated with the order and then proceeded to tell me that my subscription had been cancelled. The "free trial" offer was supposed to be for $3.95 s/h, but my account was only charged $2. They never asked for the "free" bottle back either. I am going to call my bank tomorrow and cancel my debit card and get a new one re-issued as well to try to cover all bases. I am lucky so far as to not have had any other charges on my account yet, but I don't want to take the chance that it will happen, because I just don't have it to spare and then have to go thru all the headaches of trying to get a refund etc. We'll see what happens. Hopefully I nipped it before it got out of hand. Another thing though that I thought was weird: right after he got my zipcode and then called me by name, our connection seemed to get really really bad. I could barely hear him but made out my name...I told him that I could barely hear him. I told him that yes my name is ________, if that is indeed what he was trying to confirm and he said yes, then miracously (sp?) the line cleared up a little bit at a time. By the 3rd or 4th sentence out of his mouth it was back to normal again. If I had not read about other ppl experiencing the same thing I would have probably hung up and tried again later (if I remembered), which is probably what they count on. But I persisted and stayed on the line. He asked me why I was cancelling and I told him that I didn't really feel that it was any of his business but that I had been researching his company and the results of the product and had run across the "horror" stories and decided not to do business with them and that I would be going to local stores to make my purchase of this product in person. I also told him I would be contacting my bank as well. Again, hopefully they will leave me alone. We will see.

These people are totally rude and lets say, not to bright, when it comes to taking care of things. the number from above, [protected] no service, [protected] they answered. Same thing over and over, if you would of called before 15 days to cancel... Firtst one doesn't get a number until they recceive the bottle. I have been hung up on by a man and by a supervisor, and after two weeks, still no refund. I never realized your trial started the day you order something..It looks like we all have a lot to learn from trial offers. If anyone has come up with anything more that can be done, please email me.. debiyax@yahoo.com. Thanks

They are such a rip off! You have to jump through so many hoops to cancel and get a refund. Best advise. Cancel the card and get a new one. Can get you if the card is no good. Cut your losses and run. Except for the fact that I work at a law firm and we are going to take legal action. Unfair business practice
