Food4Less kroger purified drinking water

Today I purchased three cases of Kroger purified drinking water and when I came home I open a bottle and it smells like fish water dirty water are river water so I checked my other two cases and they have the same smell also to let you know do you guys check all your products coming into your store also to this is the supermarket I shop at all the yime and now that I have found this in my drinking water that purchase all the time it just makes me unsatisfied as a paying customer and I would really appreciate it if you guys will have someone look into this situation

Food4Less staff

My family and I are regular customers at the March Lane Food4Less located in Stockton. On Easter morning at 11:30 security asked us to leave our push cart in a unsupervised designated area and I complied because security stated it was a new store policy. After we finished our purchases another employee monitoring the exit asked to see my receipt which I provided and he stated it was because we exited through the wrong door. I have witnessed many customers exit in the same door. I feel my family and I were harassed.

Food4Less gas station

At the 6700 Cherry Ave in Long Beach, CA. Station attendants are rude, unpleasant and care less about customers. Repeated mistakes. Lack of help or slowing down on purpose. Equipment not working forces contact with attendants who seem not to understand what is wanted from him/her. I am afraid to hand them my credit card, my brother had his compromised there. Loyalty card readers not working, long lines of customers waiting forever for refund or receipt if they happen to pump less that they expected. Manager nonexistent, high turnover of attendants. Scary individuals around, will never go there after dark...

Food4Less gas station service

Date 2/10/2018 rialto CA, food for less gas station . My name Shawn miles, came to this service station on the date above at 5:43 pm why waiting inline at the window with eight other customers, the gas station employee, note a on window, say out for lunch be back in 6:45pm, has customer waiting inline, with other customers continue pulling in waiting behind other vehicles at the pump stand there in disbelief, as the two employees leave the booth and walk away towards the Food 4 Less store. Disappointment and very upset customers, not to mention all the money your business lost within the 10 minutes I was there, this went on for a four hour, remind you this is Saturday Night Rush Hour I do have pictures of a full parking lot of cars and cars that are leaving the pumps, this is not the first time this situation happened but this is the longest I had to ever wait to fill my vehicle at your location which I visit with both of my vehicles on a daily and weekly visit, very inconvenient for me and my family and other customers that I refer to this gas station please get back with me so we can fix the situation thank you for your time

Food4Less tisha - manager is not able to comprehend english

I shopped at Food 4 Less 1616 W. Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92802 on 12/2/17 at 10:11am. Attached are two photos: Kotex 22 Pads and Kotex $1.00 coupon.

I bought Kotex 22 Pads at $2.49. I have a coupon $1 which is good for any Kotex pads or liners and "not valid on any 14-22 ct liners". I gave Kotex coupon to cashier is Regina R. Regina read but didn't comprehend so she asked Tisha, manager. Tisha told her coupon is not good for Kotex 22 Pads.

So I came to Tisha to show her that "not valid on any 14-22 ct liners" where I bought Kotex 22 Pads. She said liners and pads are the same? I am a man and bought for my wife so I am not expert at this. However, based on the coupon restriction "not valid on any 14-22 ct liners", I understand well that what I wanted to buy is legit.

My complaint is why Food 4 Less hires a manager who is not able to comprehend English?

Food4Less bad customer service

I simply asked the cashier if the eggs were on sale because usually on wednesdays they are but the said it depends on the vendors, it's an individual promotion. So I said "oh ok, well I primarily came for the eggs" she just stared at me and said " we have nothing to do with the prices" she gave the reciept in a bad mood and didn't even thank me or anything. I was the one who said thank you and she didn't even respond to that. So I made a comment to my boyfriend and said how rude she was and she decided to give me the meanest stare, that's when I told her she had a really bad attitude. Then she said " well I thought you were mad because the eggs weren't on sale" I replied by saying " why would I be mad at you? I simply asked you a question" then she sarcastically told me to " have a good night" when she didn't even do in the first place. So I said " I hope you have a better one, and your attitude gets better" then she continued by saying " now that you're leaving, I will" I couldn't believe my ears. She said all this to me while ringing up customers and she was just laughing and smurking like she was having the time of her life but when it comes to her customer service skills, she has a very sour look. By the way her name is Angie G.

While she could have been more polite, I personally believe that you were also rude to her. Not at first necessarily, but when you decided to comment to your boyfriend right in front of her, it's not surprising that that upset her.

Food4Less manager at store 356 name ray

Was cashing my check at the store and employee Vicky was confused on how to cash the check so she got help from another cashier sonny and he entered the wrong amount of the check and Vicky tried to get help and ray was being very unprofessional and talking down on Vicky in front of me and other customers. We all agreed he should had been more professional and take her in the break room and explained what she did wrong, but he continue to down grade her in front of us.

Food4Less gas station pumps

I go to Food 4 Less gas station every Sunday to put gas in my truck and for the past month the gas pumps has been pumping gas very slowly it's ridiculous to have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to get to the pump and then when I finally at the pump I put $40 in the gas tank every Sunday it takes it takes another 15 minutes to put gas in my truck this is very upsetting today I go to Food 4 Less it's a Sunday and there's another I'm waiting 10 minutes to get to the park I got so frustrated I went to another gas station don't like going to the gas station because Food 4 Less prices are fair but time consuming is unsatisfactory I hope someone can fix this problem

Food4Less courvoisier out of stock

I was at 44455 valley central way in Lancaster CA on Sunday I had been coming to the store since Friday trying to get courvoisier which was on sale but the store did not have it I ask for a rain check and she said rudely said that it wasn't possible but I can check back tomorrow I even went as far as asking to call the other store and they were out as well I think it's unfair to have an items on sale but don't have enough in stock

Food4Less 4 anos tequila

I was in the liquor depart and saw a sign that read 4 anos tequila for 4.99. Took to Tina the cashier and it rang up a different price. I immediately told her the sign stated 4.99. She went and checked the item and sure enough the tequila had a sign of 4.99 by it and there was over 15 bottles on the shelf. Tina removed the sign stating the tequila was in the wrong spot and that she was not able to override the item and she was sorry. For years I have been shopping at this location in Melrose Park and when and items are properly placed or just tags are the wrong price you are always given that price. Why was the price not honored and then a correction made to insure no other sales at the incorrect price? What type of customer satisfaction is this?

Food4Less Simply fine foods wholemeal wraps - two weeks past its best before date

Absolutely disgusting ! Went into food for less at roselands today to purchase some last minute items for the week. For a company that prides themselves on being the "fresh food people" this is absolutely appalling. Who is in charge of quality control at this store ? Bread that is two... Yes two weeks past its before date on the shelf. Absolutely disgusting ! Our family will never shop there again !

Food4Less Safety and security: contacting an attorney

I was in the store located at 20801 Bear Valley Road, Apple Valley, CA. There was a skeleton crew on duty, there was no security guard on duty and someone intentionally set off a fire extinguisher and disrupted all of the activities in the store. People began coughing and choking and others ran out in a panic. I patronize this location quite frequently at least 2-3 times per week. Ever since this incident, I have been coughing, sneezing and my nose has been burning as well. If symptoms worsen and/or persist, I will have to explore options as to whether legal representation needs to get involved. There is no reason I should have been exposed to those chemicals, security was not present and the situation could have been a lot worse. It was a disturbing and frightening experience. My partial receipt is attached as proof that I was in the store. Please view security footage.

Food4Less Checkers talking on the phone during transactions

I was having a wonderful Sunday afternoon until I went
through the line today at Food 4 Less on 5318 South Main Street. My cashier was
talking on the phone discussing dropping off the car to a friend’s house the
entire time I was in line. The person was making him upset because he really
really wanted to drop off his car at his friends house and I guess by the way
he was checking me out on the register that “Miguel L. was upset and was going
to get even with the public” I was the unlucky customer of Miguel L @ Food 4
Less all of a sudden. He was talking so bad to the person that I forgot to give
him my coupon. After the transaction I was made very uncomfortable as I watched
Miguel L. continually ring up the order three times then, after I gave him the
coupon Miguel L. got continually worse in behavior. The customer behind me
literally was amazed at Miguel’s behavior and just starred at him to confirm
that he was being watched. I thank her for that. He even had the nerve to ask
me for my card so he can ring up the order total for the second time and I
refused for him to try to purposefully ring up and charge me for the second
time. I saw him ring up a order and clear it then ring up another order then
clear it again. That’s why I said no! He then started ringing up other
customers and more customers before he helped me and the line was intensively
getting longer and longer as everyone came to his line to see what I was
yelling about. “I totally felt assured that everyone knew that he was wrong but
maybe they thought otherwise. Because he then he told me to go to another line
because I would not allow him to charge me twice. He really has a nerve to
behave this way at all especially in a business with so many cameras running on
the joint. I thought that I felt safe going into Food 4 Less and still do. Even
with unattended baby stroller in the isle ways for all to see. Additionally
during the fifth transaction with me and after running 3 customers Miguel threw
the coupon on the grocer belt and away it went to the floor with intention for
the coupon to get lost and then he said “hey did you take the coupon”? I looked
on the floor and it was there. Additionally he said that “why did I did I give
him the coupon in a combative way – stating that I had just received the coupon
from him from the initial ring up.” Food 4 less I started yelling in the store
and told him that it was going to get worse because I wanted to talk to the
Manager. Every girl checker in the check stands came to Miguel’s service as a
joint team and stood by and around him. I asked again I am not sure that I
actually talked to a manager then again I was directed to a fellow named “Bill”
he was standing acrossed all registers but nor did Miguel make the effort to
provide “Bill” but a checker told me that “Bill “ was the manager.

After receiving my refund of a $1.00 with the help of every
checker there. I walked out of the store then back to “Bill” and stated that I
was having trouble receiving a refund from your cashier and he said that he
knew and he will talk to him about it.

I am furious that Miguel tried to do anything on the
register that I could not see because I say all of his intentions to cause each
and every customer disrespect. By Miguel being on the phone at all should be a
“Yelp” incidence. I cannot believe that employees are allowed to talk for the
maximum of five minutes on the phone and no manager says anything but to put
them on the check stand when they are talking on the phone even in the isles.
Is there something going on at Food 4 Less with Miguel. Are you going to
continually allow him to talk on the phone and play with the register and tell
people to do as he says or leave?

My initial transaction time was 4:59 pm then the time I
received the refund was 5:06pm

Food4Less Bad customer service and dirty

I went to food for less to return 3 items. I wasn't going to return the items so I tossed out the receipt. But for my own reasons I ended up not needing the items. I went up to the counter and asked if I could return these items and an employee there told me that one of the items they didn't carry. So I went to go and grab the item. I knew it was sold there because I had purchased it. I think this alone was very rude, after waiting in line cus I have to get outta line to go and select the product off the floor my return was denied due to it being medication although there unopened, un damaged they denied my return. Marco the manager was very rude as well so was the cashier Vicki M. I live close by so I always do my shopping there and I also for whatever reason sense a attitude with this indiviual and its becoming very frustrating! Another thing is that at the Indio location they sell deli meat and have a bakery there is never no soap to even wash ur hands and the restrooms alone are very unclean... no one seems to care! If the city of La Quinta was contacted health inspectors I don't think they"d find this sanitary at all!

Food4Less Stops school fundraisers

On Fri 10 Sep 2010 I went to Food 4 Less to sell candy for a school fundraiser. The management told me that was not allowed. They contradicted themselves, and said they would have to allow everyone to fundraise if they allowed me. Next, they stated that they in fact did allow some fundraisers to operate, contradicting their previous statement. I told them that I see all the time people selling tamales in front of the store. I feel the store should allow fundraising. I have spent thousands of dollars at Food 4 Less for groceries, and now I will take my business elsewhere. The people over at Fresh and Easy seem really nice.

Food4Less fatty meats display

the meats displayed in front of the butcher section is full of fats.taking for a piece of lamb chops, the top is red with no meat but on the bottom ots just complete fat.even we cant select our own items.dey just server themselves.its so unfair.dey just rippin us off.

buyin one kg of chops and get 350grams of fats.

it was so gud in my country where dey we get grade C chops..but looks like here they sell grade D..please atke some action.

It is Monday, October 2nd at 5:30 pm. There is one cashier on duty and there is a line stretching from aisle 7 to aisle 15. I called customer service and the man who answered said he could not assist because he was not a cashier. This is a poorly managed situation. I can supply a photo or video if you like.

I called the store on 6/20/19 to speak with a manager and I got he is busy right now I told the person I am making a complaint on a product I bought that was burnt in taste it is the planters roasted peanuts she said well just bring your recipet
Back staff should direct me to someone contacted planters tooth chip recall on your product badservice

Food for Less policy of refusal to let Wife's emotional support dog in store. Claim only certain types of support dogs are allowed. Claims allergies are the issue but makes no sense since other types of service dogs would cause same allergic reaction. Seems to me might be discriminating do to our dogs breed.

the products are expired and they rub out the expiry date and stamp a new expiry date on them and also the frozen goods been in the freezer over a year and they still selling it, and as for the meat it sure is full of fat and they say its free cutting when you get them to cut the meat for you they charge extra $2..thats just a day light robbery!they should be closed down for thier poor service and fined!they have a very bad reputation but people still go there because of thier false advertising..i think the public have the right to no all this before going and shopping there under the consumers act! they should put up a poster and feedbacks aboat this store and put it on the front window of this shop..
