I had the worst experience! I have made a flight booking via FlightHub website and after I filled in all the information I received a payment confirmation, flight number and ticket. Everything was fine until I arrived to the airport on the departure day when I was told that my flight got cancelled.
I was told that FlightHub was supposed to warn me by sending a message or calling. No one ever contacted me and I had no idea my flight was cancelled. That caused me tons of trouble. First of all I paid for taxi, came to the airport with my heavy luggage, and also I had a hotel reservation which I had to cancel. I lost my money and my vacation was ruined only because they didn't find time to contact me and warn about my flight was cancelled.
