I booked a flight and the rep spelled my name wrong. I called back for them to fix it and they tried to charge me $50, i had to contact the airlines directly for them to fix it. DELTA said that flighthub have the ability to change up to 3 letters with no charge. The customer service was terrible the hold time was terrible, even the management was terrible. When I asked for an address to write a letter all i got was customer service address, they wouldnt even transfer me to a US rep.
