unable to fix a cancellation + rebooking problem
This is regarding the order [protected]. On the Wednesday 31st of May, I was supposed to board a flight from Toronto to Panama City, leading me to another flight from Panama City to Cordoba, Argentina. After I missed the Toronto to Panama City flight, I was on the line with their agent for abt an hour trying to fix the problem. Some issues came up with Copa Airlines and they where not able to fix it on time so I had to sleep at the Toronto airport that night and call back the other morning.
Which I did at 8 AM and still trying to find a way to recuperate my return flight nor to refund me a part of the first flight.
Then again they couldn't answer on time and I had to board a new flight at my own cost. When I finally arrived in Cordoba, I saw that my sister had made a complaint to Flight Hub and that one of their agent had contacted me over email. I tried to contact him but their Internet agent take forever to answer so I had to call them from an international cabine and it ended up costing me a lot of money. I could settle an arrangement with one of their agent on the line after 2 and a half hour of mostly on hold time.
He told be the system had broken down in between. This employee could reopen the return ticket with Copa Airlines and reserve my ticket for a 333, 46 CAD cost in total.
Unfortunately, I returned home to find a noreply email saying that my booking needed immediate attention. They had cancelled this reservation as well. So when I called back the next day (June 6th), she told me that the flight had augmented, the fees had augmented. I asked her what other fees did they had to charge me and neglected to tell me about the day before. She said a fee that someone has to pay with the airline when they are booking a flight in less than 21 days in advance. I argued that the day before there was no such fee and that we were at 20 days before the date of departure and she told me that the guy had forgot to tell me because of the system failure (?). We then settled for a 574 CAD total cost, all fare difference and administration and other fees included.
She told me I would receive the ticket on my email adress in a couple of hours.
I never got the ticket so I started contacting them by email again.
The agent that answered to me on the 9th of June (3 days later), the same that claimed to be able to solve my problem 3 days before (is name is Marc-André) told me that I hadn't receive the ticket yet, because it just hadn't been issued like it should have been 3 days ago...
Now, why and how? I have no idea. But that meant that once again the deal was off.
And once again, the settlement was more costly, now they are telling that I need to buy a complete new ticket for which they will go 50/50 on the price with me. Which comes up to a total of 741, 21 CAD extra that I need to pay. Considering I have already bought a return ticket of 1070 CAD, I doubt that this settlement is the best they could have done.
Basically, they haven't been able to answer my request in an efficient matter of time in order to safe me higher costs. They haven't been able to attend in a professional and reliable way my request.
I will never used that agency again. They work with no respect for the customer's time or money. Still of today, my case isn't solved and I don't have a return ticket.

I have purchased my ticket form the FlightHub online agency in order to obtain some comforts and reasonable services.
You may go and take a look on my general profile and count the tickets and services I have purchased from your agency. Therefore, I would consider myself as a loyal customer.
It has been over a month I have been trying to call the agency several times to change the return date of my flight from the june 5th to any time form June 28th to july 14th based on the fare's availability.
it is worth to mention that I have been on holds more than 10 times for a duration of about 2-3 hours continuously.
I also have to mention that every single time after waiting for several hours being on hold the representative have told me they do not have the information and I have to call them back in 24 hours.
After trying this method for almost two weeks, one of the representative offered me that the call will be provided from agency to me when ever they have found the information regarding the fare difference calculations. In order not to waste my time anymore. I have to mention that no one has EVER given me a call since now !
and I had to keep calling back and forth untill yesterday ( June 1st).
While the representative was still insisting that I have to keep calling back and waiting for informations I have asked to call with her supervisor.
The supervisor was not available for 55 minutes. After the hour of hold she started asking me same questions over and over and finally she has mentioned
she can not do anything for this situation since my ticket was book on June 10th OF 2016 - and because of the one year duration I am not able to change the date .
I am amazed and shocked how the other 20 representative which wasted my time over the pas two months could not give me such a simple peace of information regarding this rule of the one year duration ! !?
I am not only exhausted and frustrated about this situation but also going to loose my return flight.
If I knew it from a month ago ( the time I have started to look for possibilities to change my flight date) that I wont be able to change the date I could have somehow manage my time not to loos my flight ! and in other word not to loos about 1000 dollar hard money which I have spent for this returning ticket !
I would like to someone get back to me regarding this serious issue as soon as possible.
I will take this issue into further action if no consideration happens.
booking and customer service — on hold for 5 hours and then hung up on
Booked one of my flights for my trip to Greece/Spain through FlightHub close to 4 months ago. This was to ensure less expensive flights and to secure my trip. Two weeks ago they call to inform me that my flight has been cancelled, and they moved me to a different flight - in which they stated I must pay the difference for. If that is not already ludicrous enough, they just called me last week to tell me that the new flight was cancelled entirely and that there would be no re-booking (of course to force me into paying more for a now last minute ticket). I called them to check and see what options there were, waited on hold for an hour and a half, then the representative told me that she would have to call the airlines and call me back. Surprisingly, she actually called back from a no-call-back number, and she got disconnected almost instantly. I called back right after, and just sat on hold for 5 hours and 7 minutes, before they suddenly hung up the line. FIVE hours and 7 minutes. I am sick and this was my only day to rest and instead I wasted it waiting for them to just never come to the line even though they placed the message that I was the "next caller to be received" for over an hour. I will be taking the proper steps to make sure this business can no longer scam innocent people out of their hard earned time and money.

providing us with false information

I’m writing this email to complain from Flighthub company. Several months ago, I had bought a ticket for Iran from Flighthub company for 23th of April. On April 23th, I called Flighthub and asked if we need transit visa for stops in Europe (as this flight had 2 stops, one in London and one in Vienna) and the company’s agent told me that you need transit visa to enter to Vienna airport and you can cancel your ticket and he gave me the Austrian counsel address and convinced me to cancel my ticket. But right after that, I found a document on internet that we do not need visa, as we are permanent resident of Canada, it worth mentioning that I told him we are PR of Canada. So immediately, I called several times to the company and again all the agents told us that you need visa and we can’t do anything, at last they asked us to provide them with a proof, so we sent them the document, but they refused to do anything for us and as we had planned to go to Iran, we bought another ticket for the price of 4444 $ (our previous ticket was 1818 $ and we also paid about 600 $ for cancellation fees). We were incurred about 3400 $ extra just for the wrong information of Flighthub staffs. I also wanted to add that the first ticket we bought was for 11 PM of 23rd of April and the second ticket for 10.30 PM of the same day which shows that we didn’t cancel the ticket for any other reason.
I really appreciate it if you would help us to solve this problem, as we are newcomers to Canada and we have been incurred a huge amount of money just because of trusting Flighthub and they do not hold themselves responsible

I also can send you the proof that we have sent them the proof that we didn't need a transit visa ( as they wanted us to send them) and proof of buying a ticket for the same date and time from Turkish Airline.

delays on customer service phone lines & very bad quality of communication
On 5/26/17 tried to call FlightHub customer support number [protected].
It is the only type of communication they offer to customers and there is no information where this number will lead your call. Only after about 50 (!) Minutes of delay on the line, a lady responded, received details of my problem (my airline cancelled the flight to which I had tickets purchased at FlightHub.com) but could only confirm that I had to call to the airline company and informed that she may transfer me to them. The quality of communication was too bad to understand even 50% of what she said. The transferred communication wasn't expected to be better and so, I ended this call after 70 minutes of being on the FlightHub customer support line with only one, really surprising result: My phone company has identified this phone call as international, to Canada, OH and charged me for this call for $34.30. So, I wasted not only my time but money! Does anyone else wants to try having deal with FlightHub.com?
cancel and update ticket for an emergency medical situation
I have an emergency in a medical situation and I would like to know how to fix that without paying so much for it. I would also like to be informed to where the feedback is. my son is having a kidney remove and I need to update my ticket but they want to charge me 1, 3050.00 for this this is crazy what can I do to resolve this matter . my flight is on 5/22/17 but my son surgery is on 6/1/17 he is a quadriplegic paralyzed from the neck down he will have his surgery Indianapolis, IN, at the IU transplant hospital. my trip is to go to turkey to see family but dew to the situation of my son having surgery that i would have to update my ticket to june . please if you can help me in this time of need .

worst booking agency
I had the worst experience! I have made a flight booking via FlightHub website and after I filled in all the information I received a payment confirmation, flight number and ticket. Everything was fine until I arrived to the airport on the departure day when I was told that my flight got cancelled.
I was told that FlightHub was supposed to warn me by sending a message or calling. No one ever contacted me and I had no idea my flight was cancelled. That caused me tons of trouble. First of all I paid for taxi, came to the airport with my heavy luggage, and also I had a hotel reservation which I had to cancel. I lost my money and my vacation was ruined only because they didn't find time to contact me and warn about my flight was cancelled.

I booked a flight and the rep spelled my name wrong. I called back for them to fix it and they tried to charge me $50, i had to contact the airlines directly for them to fix it. DELTA said that flighthub have the ability to change up to 3 letters with no charge. The customer service was terrible the hold time was terrible, even the management was terrible. When I asked for an address to write a letter all i got was customer service address, they wouldnt even transfer me to a US rep.

My Booking Reference #[protected] with Flighthub.com direct flight from Logan Airport to Detroit, Michigan at 7:00AM. I checked in with the Airline everything is on schedule as it should 8 hours prior to boarding. When i arrived at check in, Delta print out as two stop instead. I called Flighthub.com and she was told me, nothing can do about it because Delta took control over it. So what i bought for direct flight is false and trick for their ticket sell tactics. Now i a worry return flight back home. This is un acceptable.
over withdraw money
Good morning, my reference number is [protected] and I previously booked a ticket on April 20 and changed afterward to May 31, hence after I agreed on the charges of 466 CAD, I was surprised that FlightHub have withdrawn an extra amount of :
Flighthub Cornwall (150 + 45 CAD) and BA Quebec (932 CAD)
As per your flighthub representative over the phone which surely is recorded hence there is 661 CAD over withdrawn
Flighthub have been dragging this issue since April 24 and everyday they postpone as last time they promise refund will be May 8th which correspond to 10-12 working days from April 24th claim date
please I need resolution and FlightHub send me the new ticket of May 30 but they keep on saying it is not finalized.

I booked a flight with cancelation insurance that I paid to prevent any fees as I was not certain for the flight, I called to cancel, I was on the phone for over 2hours(I have the screen shot) the rep told me its no problem, they will cancel it with no extra fee, and they will refund not only the ticket but also the money I paid for insurance, I said thats great, then she put me on hold and then told me you have to pay a fee because she canceled my insurance and I dont have insurance anymore to cover the cost, I talked with the supervisor, she backed the other rep, Then she came up with a higher fee that i had to pay, I agreed without my will just to get it over, then they called me asking for more money, I accepted without my will, then they called again asking for more, I don't understand how could a company do this and get away with it, anyways, I have not been refunded yet and just been charged more.
Please advise.

Hi I booked a flight for Canadian citizen round trip from ccu to yvr he was stopped at ccu customs and was asked to complete exit clearance paperwork and was said he can't board flight before 29 DJ was asked to rebook flight and all help be provided by airline. This kind of being special circumstance I expected help either from airlines or from flight hub. Airline directed me to booking agent and the agent charged me 150 dollars cancellation fee plus airline fee of 170 and also deduct some non refundable charges that is kind of disappointing as my ticket price was 1106 at first so I will get some refund of approximately around 750 dollars in 6-8 weeks such a good treatment by flight hub as the best possible help they can provide me as a problem to the given situation. Wow that was amazing I think this is my last ever mistake and I will never ever book a flight with them again for being so rude and disrespectful in getting me a solution of this kind when I am kind of robbed of money.

I have contacted FlightHub and asked them to cancel my flight and they said sure no problem.
Their rep said that there is going to be no cancellation fee and that I'll get a refund within a couple of days.
But as a result, later I was charged and another rep told me that was a flight cancellation fee, and last but not least, it is now over two weeks and still no money.
FlightHub said that I need to be patient, but they can't say anything more. They are highly unprofessional and unreliable.
By the way there was also no cancellation confirmation, so I don't even know did they really cancel my reservation or not.

I bought a flight from santo domingo, dominican republic to toronto, canada. on the second of april of this year.)Upon buying this ticket, I had to pay an extra hidden fee..Quite litterally the price of my ticket went from 396$ to 495$...
it wasnt written on the price, it just added up at the end after the confirmation was done and id sent my card info..
I had to call up the insurance company (Manulife insurance) to cancel a 78.48$ fee you had added on in the list as I was buying the ticket. It was allready checked in and I had to uncheck it so as not to pay, easy to missunderstand, you would think you wouldn't have to uncheck extra fees that are added to the originally shown price..

It was quite a hasle for me, I was in haiti, where internet access was all but easy and I had to spend hours trying to get in touch.. I ended up contacting the inssurance company to cancel the 78$ fee, but I still had to pay an extra 20$ fee for the Extended cancellation policy that they wouldn't let me cancel.
Then, on the day of my flight, I show up to the airport, only to find out I have to pay an extra 25$ for my luggage. It was neither overweight, nor oversized, The lady at the counter simply said my ticket didn't include a single luggage. I was very displeased and luckily I had my card on me, witch is not allways the case.. If not I would have had to have left my bag there..
And so once again it seemed extra charges and hidden fees were the norm with your company. I will be sure to share my bad experience so no one else has to go through the hasle I did.

I booked a flight for a business trip with Flighthub and my flight got cancelled!
One day before departure date I received a message stating that my flight was cancelled and refund will be given. I was in panic and had no idea what to do! I was supposed to take part in a business conference which was supposed to be held in London and that was very important for my business!
I contacted Flighthub and demanded another flight. They said that they were not able to offer me anything and said that they were sorry!
I used another service and had to pay crazy money to get an urgent flight.
And by the way, Flighthub still has my money!

Some people said they could sell your cheap ticket for higher price to other customer and cancel your ticket.

I booked a flight via FlightHub on March 2 and after I paid for my ticket I received a payment confirmation message and later they sent me my electronic ticket.
When I arrived at the airport I was told that my booking was cancelled by FlightHub! No one ever contacted me and I had no idea that my booking was cancelled.
These guys are terrible and unprofessional, they did not reply when I tried to reach them. Two days later I got my money back, but still, thanks to them I got nothing but trouble. I had to buy another ticket and as a result I only lost more money. I will not use FlightHub again!
I arranged group travel with Flight Hub. Told at last minute 2nd flight was confirmed and laer cancelled at last minute with out explanation. We lost an entire day of travel and a hotel bill. Have not heard from Flight Hub for hotel reimbursement of anything. I will never never book with them again.

I booked a flight via FlightHub and they made a mistake in my name. I contacted their customer service and these people were terrible and said that everything was my fault! They made me pay extra money because without money they refused to fix their own mistake. I asked for their manager but they refused to give me his contacts!
They asked the reps name and she said that was not important and refused to tell. Are you kidding me?
I will never book via them again! Very rude and unprofessional service.

Reference [protected]. We booked a flight to Kenya for March 2017 but found out we were pregnant and die to episodes of threatened miscarriage my doctor advised not to travel. We called several times and were told to provide a medical note, which we did only to be told by a supervisor after being one the phone for over 3 hours that the "as per policy" the only way the ticket would be refunded was if one of us died! Our only option was to go with credit to be used after a year, my baby will be 3 months old. So either I travel with a 3 month old baby to Kenya or lose out on $3000. These company has no compassion whatsoever! I would NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Basically non -existant. You can purchase Flighthub Elite but you find out it is useless after you make your reservation and when you see that you can not cancel it. The customer service center in the Philipines has a lot of "I'm following the process" robots so that won't get you anywhere.
