food poisoning

Booking for hotel from 1st October 2019 for three nights. After 1st night my wife had to get hotel doctor for vomiting diarrohoea who on top of holiday insurance. Charged her £100. She basically had to spend 3 days in the room sick. On 2nd day my husband had bad diarrohoea but did not go to doctor to be charged a further £100. There was problems with excerta coming up through sewers beside restaurant. Please advise on this matter . [protected]@hotmail.com. Thank you.
