Farfetch — poor customer service
I made my first purchase at Farfetch, and the 10% code didn't get applied.
I contacted Farfetch immediately, and Vera replied me asked me to provide that code to her, and since then, she disappeared, I emailed her twice she never response and there is no out of office reply. I called in twice, they were not helpful, they asked me to wait for Vera !
This is the worse customer service I've ever had. I spent so much time in calling and emailing for one week !!!
