FansEdge shipping service is misleading!

Fansedge sucks! I placed an order and paid the $29.95 for the next day by noon shipping and handling. When I received my confirmation, it stated that it was going to be 6 days until it shipped and the order would be received on the 7th day. I don't normally spend 29.95 on shipping but it was my grandson's birthday coming up right away. I called the Customer Service number and was put on hold for 45 minutes. When the representative came on the line, he confirmed that my shipment would indeed not go out for 6 days due to to the fact that the item would not be at the warehouse until then. That's very misleading and unacceptable to spend almost 30 bucks for shipment to delayed for that long. I requested my order to be cancelled and wanted my 85.00 to be returned to my account immediately so I could go elsewhere to get my grandson's gift BUT it is going to take 5 days to get the order cancelled and then they will supposedly return my money to my bank account This is just bad business practices and I certainly will not use them again and I would recommend others to think twice about giving them their business.

FansEdge 3 red sox tee shirts

I wanted to return these 3 tee shirts because they were too small. I don't have a printer and in the past they mailed me a return label. They said they no longer do this. I have no way of returning the products so I asked to speak to the Supervisor. Her name was Angelina who was very rude to me and hung up on me. I will never buy from fanedge again. I have spent over a thousand dollars on this site and did not appreciate the rudeness from the supervisor.
I am going to pass the word to everyone I know who shops on this site to boycott it.

FansEdge next day air shipping

On the 22nd of February I placed an order I paid for next day shipping I called because I have not received my items I was told by a rep there's a 3-day processing fee then after the three days the item will be shipped and that's when the next day shipping occurs that just doesn't seem right and I don't feel that my $30 was used to ship my item and it correct time and I spoke to Carlos on the chat line and he pretty much just told me sorry I feel that way have a nice day after we chatted and I explained my situation to Carlos that I will be my last time that i will be shopping with you guys and I've been a long-time customer and I just didn't feel that was right

FansEdge no way to contact them

Hey, Fansedge, your number ending with 0678 doesn't work.
No one answers, even though it says it works 24/7.
Then I clicked the chat us button and ... nothing happened. Of course, a small window opened, I asked my question but ... got no answer.
Darn, are you kidding me? Did all of your employees take 365 days off?
Why the hell your website is such a mess?
You know what? You deserved all of those negative reviews.

FansEdge charged more calling in than online

I tried submitting my order online a couple different times with a few different cards which kept declining. I called the number provided and asked a young lady to assist me. The price was different, not by a lot but more money then online. She didnt know why the difference and we proceeded. It's the cyber Monday deal, 30% off. After configuring the total with a percent I only received 25% off.
I think I Good tip of advice is your reps understanding the deals that are happening and offering the best. If we're calling it's alrway an issue/

FansEdge disappointed

For an unknown reason, they canceled my order. Saying this because their support was out of explanations why it happened.
Oh well. Ordered once again. Same items. There was no any processing. So I was worried and called them. And they told me a wonderful story that my first order was somehow canceled and my address was removed from their system and marked as unwanted. I was shocked a little. That was my first order from them and I did absolutely nothing to deserve an attitude like this. They asked me to provide one more address so then they will be able to deliver. Very nice. Where are you going to deliver to? To the nearest garbage heap?

FansEdge Order never received

I ordered $500+ worth of goods from Fans Edge. Two weeks later I get an email saying they were issuing a refund as my order was returned. I never received it! Their customer service is THE WORST. Lazy and disinterested chat where they wasted one hour telling me I never receivers that email or a refund and guaranteed my order was in its way to me. Then another hour where they said oops no it was returned and refunded. No effort to look in to why or to re-place my order. Just rude "service" where they don't care about customer care at all, even when the fault is at their end, and all I wanted was to give them hundreds of dollars. If this service is outsourced, Fans Edge do themselves a huge disservice. Very disillusioned with their brand after this experience.

FansEdge Wasn't able to return wrong color hoodie

I bought a hoodie from FansEdge and I was very disappointed because the one I received was wrong color.
I contacted FansEdge right away and they asked me to send pictures.
After that they asked me to send the hoodie back. I asked for their return address but they did not reply and ignored me for almost two weeks.
When I finally got in contact with someone from FansEdge I was told that there was nothing they could do and suggested me to keep the hoodie.
They did not explain anything and I'm not sure what even happened. What I know for sure is that I will never buy from them again!

FansEdge Beware!

I ordered something from FansEdge in the past and was very disappointed. However I took another chance recently and ordered a few things from them and that was the biggest mistake I've ever made. Never received a confirmation email or tracking number. Weeks passed and nothing arrived so I contacted their support and asked what was going on. Their rep promised to contact me back as soon as possible. No one ever emailed or called me. I sent them a message asking about the status of my order and received a computer generated response that made absolutely no sense. I'm very disappointed and I'll never buy anything from them again! This place needs to be shut down!

FansEdge Thieves!

I had never ordered some things from this website before and everything was fine. Recently I decided to order a jersey as a gift for my brother. I ordered it and was promised to receive it in a week. It actually took them almost three weeks to deliver. I did receive the jersey and it was ok. But a couple of days later I was contacted by my bank and was informed about some fraudulent activities on my account. These people took my money without my permission. I had to make a new card. Please, stay far away from these thieves.

FansEdge Shop elsewhere

I ordered a custom t-shirt from FansEdge. It was a birthday present for my dear brother. I was so excited with my purchase and couldn't wait to receive it. When it finally arrived it was of a poor quality and very cheap looking. I was embarrassed to give that horrible shirt to my brother. I immediately contacted customer support and provided some pictures. They agreed to remake the shirt. I sent it back to them and since then heard nothing. My brother's birthday is tomorrow! I'm so disappointed. Would never order anything from them again!

FansEdge Stay away!

I bought a shirt for my mother and a baseball cap for my brother back in November, 2015. Those were supposed to be Christmas presents, so I ordered in advance. But I didn’t receive anything. I contacted FansEdge customer service and they told that everything is fine and I’ll receive my order soon. I still had a week before Christmas. I finally received the package on December 24th, but unfortunately the shirt did not fit my mom. I contacted FansEdge and after discussing all the details I sent the shirt back to them. Two weeks later I received a message from the post office, that the package was successfully delivered. I waited few more days, but there was no refund, so I called FansEdge. They said that they did not receive anything. It is now January 18 th, and they still claim that there was nothing delivered. Very disappointed and I'm not sure what to expect in the end.

FansEdge Liars

I ordered few things for my husband for Christmas back in October. I contacted customer support and they claimed they delivered the package, but I never received anything. Several days later FansEdge called me and told they do not have my items in stock. That meant they lied to me when we were talking for the first time. Big minus! They also said the refund will take up to 30 days. I asked them to give me a full refund, but they said no. They offered only 30% money back. Then I asked if I could get another item for the same price as a replacement, but they said no again. I will never order from FansEdge in the future!

FansEdge The worst services and my order was cancelled

I placed my order on the website www.fansedge.com, but it was real scam. I ordered jersey from them, but after 3 days it turned out that the seller cancelled my order. I have no idea why. I contacted the online chat agent, but he didn’t provide any explanations and simply stopped to reply. It was the worst services and attitude. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.

FansEdge Pretty sure I've just been taken for $120

I placed an order for an English Soccer Jersey on 12/17/2012 and selected Priority Shipping (3 days plus 'handling').

It's been 16 days so far and FansEdge representatives cannot provide me a tracking number, name of courier, and cannot tell me what has happened to my order and why it hasn't shipped (they aren't even sure where it is). And they refuse to cancel it/refund my money. I have been advised to 'just wait'.

In the three calls I've made in a week, each time I am asked to allow 48 hours for a response which I have never received.

I have advised them of my intent to pursue litigation should I not receive my order, and I've given them my attorney information.

Go with a reputable company like Nike. Pretty sure I've just been taken for $120.

Placed an order on 11/07/2022. Told I would get order 11/11/2022. It is now 11/15/2022 & all I get on tracking is that it has shipped. My order # is [protected].

I ordered a customer Minnesota Viking tshirt and it was so nasty. You can see where they peeled off the label of back of the shirt to stamp on the players name on the back. It was as thin as rice paper and was over $40 dollars! My card was used for FRAUD in Minnesota only days later at a Best Buy in Richfield MN, that is not a coincidence.

I ordered an item and spent over $90.00. Never received it. Couldn't find any information on my order. But my card said the money was taken. I am out $90.00 for nothing. No-one could even help me. After I purchased it, my email login doesn't work.

Sells items they do not have. Charges your card, gives you the run around and never sends product. BE AWARE and stay clear of this scam company that runs by different names! Customer service reps will tell you what you want to hear. Sounds like they run out of a mall! Be WARNED!
