They tell me to contact drjays.com to file a claim so they can pay for their mistake. I'm thinking, "Okay, no big deal. I'll just file a claim and get my money back." But nope, it's not that simple.

A few days later, I get an email saying my claim was denied because it was delivered to the correct address. What?! Dr Jays tells me there's nothing they can do and I'm out of luck. They even know exactly where my package was sent to, but they won't help me out. So, I call up UPS again to see what's going on. They tell me they paid drjays.com for my claim because it was their mistake. But when I email drjays.com, they tell me my case is closed and they can't help me. I've sent them several emails, but I haven't gotten a response.
