I have ordered several items from OshKoshBgoshc website and it took forever to get my order! They said I'll get it within a week or two, but it actually took over a month!
I contacted customer service many times regarding my order status, but they were absolutely unhelpful and useless. They were not able to tell me anything. I'm really glad that my order did show up and everything was ok with it, but anyways, I will never order from them again! They are highly unprofessional and unreliable.

I placed the order and got the confirmation email, where they asked to wait for the confirmation email with the tracking number. Couple of weeks have passed and I still haven’t received any response or tracking number. All my emails and requests of the order info were sent to nowhere, because I didn’t get any reply. The worst company and services.

I placed the order and paid around $150, but the seller added $5.99 for the delivery. I was confused a little bit, but I paid, because I really loved the clothes. After I tried to contact the seller and asked why they have charged me, but no one replied. So, be careful and be ready to pay for the shipping.
