Exxon gas station

Just went to the mobile filling station Lake St. Louis Missouri A and Highway 70 unbelievable four or five pumps out of order no fluid to clean the windshield‘s no paper towels ask for a receipt and received none, been using Mobile for years, this has to be one of the worst stations I have ever been to. I can even understand pumps down waiting to be repaired but it just kept getting worse. Thank you for listening. This is my first complaint ever!

Exxon charging tax on food items

Tiger Mart Convenience Store on Houston School Road in Lancaster Texas is charging sales tax on food items which is unlawful in Texas. I purchase a Coke, Cheetos, and candy for a total of 9.01 and was charged .74 cents in sales tax bringing the total to 9.75. While this seems like a small amount; however when each customer is charge the bogus fee, the amounts can grow exponentially. Whether it is a matter of company policy to overcharge or untrained employees that do not know proper procedure, it is a problem. If I am charged sales tax on my food items on my next visit I am going to contact the state of Texas.

Exxon in store customer service from an attendant

I was buying cigarettes and snacks for my children at mobile gas station franchisee 11201 SW. 152nd street Miami, FL 33157. RICHMOND HEIGHTS FRANCHISE. The attendant's name that was supposed to be helping me was named Kristopher. Now taking into consideration that the location of this particular mobile franchise has various criminal activities that take place on and around it's premises, there's an understanding from myself of having to be hardened when you're working at that location. My complaint is as follows, you don't show bios towards a customer because of the ethnic background just because you've had to deal with others of that ethnicity that have shown nothing but complete ignorance. This attendant was nothing short of down right nasty. He ignored me at the window when I gave my order, started taking the order of the person behind me before finishing my order and then gave me a nasty reproach when I made him aware that he had made a mistake on my order. He was also very cocky and confident about my complaint being totally ignored and unanswered. I feel as if I was being categorized by my ethnic background and handled as if I was just another black ignorant criminal of some sort. I did not appreciate the way I was handled by this attendant at all!

Exxon employee at exxon mobil gas station

I love exxon gas allways go their never had a problem in to today. At approximately 530am this morning April 16 2018 on my way to work my gas light came on in my car. So I stoped at the gas station on Chamberlain ave in richmond va I had 5 dollars in change so as I was counting the change I told the clerk that I wanted to put 5 in gas. He told me that he had too much change and he couldnt take my money. So I told him to please cut the pump on so I can get gas. I left the 5 dollars on his counter and proceeded to go out side to pump my gas I paid for. He did not cut the pump on after I stood outside for a couple of min. I went back in the store and I asked him could he cut the pump on he said no. He have too much change In the store. I told him that I didnt have anything to do with how much money he have in the store I just want my gas I paid for I told him that my gas light was on and he was not right. I payed my money just like any other customer would do. So I asked him to give me my money back now I had to go out my way try to make it to another gas station. Before I run out of gas and be late for work all because of him. something has got to be done about this. very inconvenient I will never go to this exxon ever again

Exxon customer service

I visited the Mobil gas station located at: 1 Whitney Road in Concord, NH 03303, at approximately 10:30 PM on Thursday April 11 2018 to make a Tobacco Purchase. There were two women working an older woman and a younger woman, the older woman came over to the register while the younger one continued to stand at the counter texting. As I told the older woman what I wanted, she had grabbed the cigarettes and placed them on the counter and then started that she had "forgotten to do the cigarette count." She then asked for my ID, which I presented to her; After staring blankly at my ID for an unusual amount of time, she turns to the younger woman and asked " What's the new year for Tabacco purchases again." The younger women replied and stated that the "New Year" to purchase Tobacco in NH is 1994... After hearing this I asked them when they had changed the law as I am currently attending my last year of Law school and hadn't heard a thing about the "New" age changes. The older woman then told me that it had just changed to day and that she was unsure if this was for the state of NH or just the company and suggested that I try cumberland farms.. As another customer approached and mentioned to me that they were not telling the truth of which I knew, I decided that: After the humorous lies they told me to try and convince me that the law had actually changed, I would just go somewhere else. On my way out I happened to notice the NH State Age To Purchase Tobacco and Alchol Poster ( Pursuant to NH RSA 179:18) which stated the legal age to purchase Tobacco is 18, of which I exceed; I asked the younger woman about the poster and her reply was that I should "ignore that" reason being she/they are "pretty sure it's just a new company policy". With no more to say I left. I filed the complaint for the reason being the unimmusing misconduct of these employees by unjustifiable and unreasonable refusal of sale in my opinion, is a large risk and heedlessly bringing down the reputation of the Exxon Mobile, particularly this location as there appears to be more than this particular issue.

Exxon gas/customer service

There was a malfunction with the gas nozzle at the station I was at today. I used the lock on the nozzle so that I could sit in my car (it was freezing) and waited for my tank to fill up. It felt like it was taking a lot longer than usual to stop so I looked at the screen at the pump and it read $34. I was only at half of a tank, and it only takes no more than $17 to fill my tank (I have a 2003 Honda Accord). I took the nozzle out and one of the employees came outside, I explained to him what happened, he cussed under his breathe and went back inside. Another employee came out and asked me what happened, I told him, he asked me to park my car in the lot so I did. I went inside expecting a refund because it charged me $17 more than I should have to fill my tank. The cashier looked baffled and said he didn't know how to do that, so I waited for the other employee to come inside. He kept going in and out to try to clean up the gas and prevent other cars from parking there. Finally he asked me again what happens and I explained to him in detail. The other employee told him I wanted a refund, and he looked at me like I was crazy. I explained to him exactly how much gas I had already had and how much it costs to fill my tank. He began to argue with me and tell me it was my fault for sitting in the car, victimized himself by telling me how he had to go get a particular product just to clean it up. He talked over me and told me there was nothing he could do since he also was not a manager, hence why I am now writing a complaint. This is actually the second time I have had an issue getting gas at this station but the first time I was on my way to work so I didn't have time to say anything. I figured it would be different this time, but I was very wrong. This was terrible customer service and I will not be giving my business to Exxon anymore.

Exxon I was falsely accused of theft by an incompetent employee

I was just at the Exxon of Huebner Rd near I10 and was falsely accused of theft and then denied service after being completely cooperative with false claims. I emptied out my pockets and even offered them to search my person but was rudely told to leave the store by the attendant who himself looked rather suspect. I do not appreciate and will not stand for false accusations like this one and demand retribution for trying to discredit my reputation and character. I'm 100 percent confident that there is absolutely zero evidence of any wrong doings on my behalf and even ask that the store surveillance be reviewsed to prove my innonence. I wish to have that attendants name and I would also like to speak to someone from your cooperate offices. I'm sorry your company employs incompetent individuals who blindly attack innocent patrons to appease their own short comings but justice will prevail. I hope to hear from someone soon or else I will be forced to get lawyers involved. Thank you for your time.

Exxon convenience store

The owner of the Exxon at 100 W.Main in Midlothian, TX is actively trying to run off all customers. He is unethical and dishonest. Actually tells employees to respond to customers complaining about his customer service by telling customers to not come back... He refuses to repair pumps and other equipment in the store that is badly in disrepair. And he does not believe that cleanliness is important at all

Exxon customer service/lost of money

Darlene Brox
3001 South King Drive#601
Chicago, Illinois 60616

Dear Sir,

I attempted to purchase lottery tickets on the morning of January 04, 2018 at approximately 6:40 AM from the station located in Chicago at Division and Halsted (1234 West Division). The machine accepted the $5.00 bill however the tickets did come out (Mega Million $2.00 &Power Play $3.00).
When I reported the incident immediately to the clerk (Mohammed), who was working the counter right across from the machine, I was total he did not see me put any money in the machine, the machine says no credit. After repeatedly going over what happened was told that there was nothing that he can do because he is not the manager. He said that I need to come back in the morning (today January 05, 2018 which I did. This morning I came back to resolve the issue with the same clerk and was rudely given the same spill. He would never identify the manger's name (he may well be the manager and refused to supply a number where he can be reached which is unacceptable.
While $5.00 may not be a lot of money to some people it is the principle of the matter and the lack of customer service. He clearly saw me at the machine and certainly should have the ability to check the machine to see why the tickets are not falling out.
I work nearby and hard for my salary and I do not have money to give away. If this email should be address to another party please indicate who that person is.
I realize that the primary business of the station is gas, however the machine is at the station which mean that the station takes responsibility for its operation or it should be removed.
Also, any employee who does not have even the minimum amount of customers service should be trained or removed if appropriate.
Thank you in advance for your assistance and quick response

Sincerely

Darlene Brox

Exxon mobil

Went to a Mobil Mart in Medford Massachusetts I needed air for a tire .I was appalled to find out $1.50 for less than 3 min for air pressure that wouldn't blow out a match Mobil should be ashamed with all the billions Mobile makes .I will never buy Mobil or Exxon gas oil or any related products again . I complained to the attendant inside he even said it should be free or a reasonable price and that's someone who works for Mobil. Just because you are a mega cooperation doesn't give you the right to gouge the public you know what you can do with Mobil Exxon. John

Exxon poor service/store closed

On Thursday December 14, 2017 I tried to go to the "Tiger Martin #13" on W. Main St. in Midlothian, TX. at approximately 9 PM and the store was closed. The store hours for this store are 5 AM to 11 PM Sunday - Thursday and 5 AM to 12AM Friday and Saturday. I am usually very happy with this particular place. I stop here at least twice a day during the work day. The owner is very rude and should not be allowed to own a business anywhere. He buys things from Sam's Club to put on the shelf. He makes very inappropriate comments directed at female staff and customers.

Exxon against citibank exxon/mobil credit card processor

DeBera M Wilson
P.O. Box 100494
Fort Worth, Texas 76109

Exxon Mobil / Citibank - Credit Card Fraud Department
RE: [protected]

To Whom It May Concern:
PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE A THEFT ISSUE THAT HAS BEEN PENDING SINCE 2015. I am at my wits end. Numerous calls to Customer Service numerous times have not resolved this issue. Promises of resolve are never fulfilled.
My account history will indicate I used to pay my account in full on a monthly basis only since this fraud theft of a card occurred, I have carried the balance over waiting for an accurate balance to pay.
The last statement that seems correct was August 2015; only I haven't received statements during August, September, October, November and December 2015. Thinking no charges were on the account I wasn't concerned until I received a statement. The statements were being intercepted so I was unaware of ongoing charges. The card was stolen and fraudulently used from September on.
I talked to fraud early on, sent back paperwork sent to me and even offered to press charges against the parties responsible for the theft. These people have moved to Kentucky last May.
About $300 was credited to my account only not having statement copies to verify the amounts it impossible to know if this amount was correct. In February the amount was debited back to my account.
Once my account can be properly reconciled I will pay the balance in full only it is my opinion all interest should be removed from my account beginning September 2015 to date.
Can someone please help me resolve this issue? I haven't used my card since the fraud not wishing to intermingle valid charges with fraudulent charges.
Honestly, as a very long term Exxon customer I never had issues when Exxon handled their own credit card call center and didn't outsource their credit card division to Citi-bank.
All I want for Christmas is my Exxon account resolved. Please help me.
Respectfully,

DeBera (DeBe) Wilson

Exxon I was very unhappy how I was treated by the cashier.

This morning I was visiting the mobile on 5810 E State St, Rockford Illinois 61108. I came in to purchase two monster energy drinks and when he was ringing me out my card declined me and he told me I must have no money. So I stepped out of line and checked my bank account and everything was fine. I asked him to try it again and guess what it went through! He embarrassed me infront of other customers when he could of just tried to have me try it again!

Exxon customer service

I went to fill up my tires and the machine did not work. I went into the station and told the gentleman about it. He acted like he was not going to help. He gave me a code which did not turn the machine on. I went to put the code in and didn't work. I had already put my money in the air machine. I went to ask for my money back and said he couldn't give it to me. There was no sign in the machine saying that the machine wasn't working. I don't care about the money I lost, what I care about is how I was treated. Just because I am a white older woman doesn't give him the right to treat me the way he did. I will no longer go to that station located on the corner of Euclid and La Palma in Anaheim, Ca..

Exxon unethical behavior of employee

Exxon Mobil number 3? Im reporting the behavior of one employee by the name of Monica, she works the night shift at the Exxon on the corner of Westhill & Caddo in Cleburne TX. Over the last 30+ days she has her child at work running wild. Many times she runs out after her, leaving customers in line. She says the boss is wrapped around her finger & lets her do whatever she wants but I find this both distasteful and inappropriate behavior. An employee bringing a small child to work everyday is unprofessional as the lady is distracted and unable to properly do her work. As stated, this happens on an almost daily basis as I have been shopping there for years now. My desired resolution would be for there not to be a small child running around the store everyday and for this employee to find childcare outside of work no matter what her relationship is with her employer. I mentioned a daycare that goes by income that she can try but as mentioned, she claims shes allowed to do as she pleases. Please look into this matter as I prefer not to stand in long lines waiting for your employees to catch their child. Im sure I can get photos if necessary and a video but I dont want to cause issues, I just want this to be resolved before in a timely manner and hopefully before the child gets injured or runs out and gets hit God forbid.

Exxon gas attendant

Hello I have went to one of your locations for gas for my vechicle the address 750 memorial parkway in phillipsburg nj off 22. I had a issue on 10/22. Between 11:00 &11:20 an attendant ask my son how much gas he needed he told them 40 dollars the attendant said regular my son says yes. The gas attendent then begin fueling the gas. And started cleaning my windows my son yelled to him yo the gas is still going i said 40 dollars he started saying no you said fuel it up. So i got out the car and i told him we ask for forty not for you to feel it up he said he was calling the cops i told him go head the tank feeled extra 3 dollars that i did not have on me. I pulled 40 dollars out for gas he argued with us and i said let me speak with the manager everyone act liked their was no manager the young lady who worked inside said that he wasnt their but him and the attendant are cousins i knew it was going to be an issue but i feel if you as attendant make a mistake you should be the one at fault it was 3 dollars over and yes it was just that and something i didnt have at that time i could of even brung it back but he was so nasty and started saying this happen more than 3 times so i see my son speaking to who suppose to be the manager and i explained what happened he said okay but i have too take a picture of your license plate so be it i didnt care at that poit gave him the fourty i ask for and that was that.As a customer im angry how could you say that this occured 3 different times and still allow me to still get gas from you if this happen so many times. I fewl like it was said to cover him self. I think the people who hire need to explaine to their workers that if. You mistakenly get something wrong especially dealing with money they need to be held responsible because god forbid someone come along and they dont have the full amount. The gas attendants need to be held responsible i dont need to be in trouble for something he didnt pay attention to like listening.

Exxon water in the tanks

I stopped to fill up my 2017 Volkswagon Tiguan at Mobil, 1107 S Patrick Dr. Satellite Beach, FL [protected] on Oct 10th, 2017. The charge was $40.92 of high test. I live 2.4 miles away and went directly home. The next morning I went out to start my car and it wouldn't start. I had it towed to Prestige Volkswagon and the service dept determined that there was a substantial amount of water in my tank and the fuel filter needed to be replaced at a cost of $907.77. I talked with the Mobil station and they would not take any ownership of the problem. I have attached a copy of my service invoice, my gas receipt and the picture that the dealership provided of the gas they removed from my tank. I am looking for full reimbursement of $948.69. Thank you.

Exxon gas station attendant running side business

My motor scooter broke down and there was a 120v outside receptacle being used by a group of car wash and detailer's not employees of exon. The gas station attendant sells electricity to these men $40 per day to run there car washing business via an extension cord. I asked these men if i could pay them $5 to plug in my battery charger to jump my scooter and they took my money and agreed. The attendant in the station who was alone came running outside screaming i needed to pay him $20 to use his electricity in addition to the $40 these men already pay him daily.

He spent 15 minutes ranting and raving leaving the station unattended inside over an operation i believe is illegally run by this attendant. Besides reporting this incident to exxon corporate i am also notifying the local law enforcement agencies to report this business scam he is running at your station.
