Esources.co.uk
I have concluded that esources is a very big scam! I subscribed to your them last year and found the website extremely unuseful, all your their suppliers were either out of date or too expensive to sell on the products.
They then charged me a renewal fee of £75 on thursday without any reminder, now I have contacted them for a refund and i'm not getting any replies, their postal address is a post box address and they have no phone numbers. These people are big thieves
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Product service
I cancelled my subscription almost immediately. I was still charged the following year (March 2018). Multiple emails to the company all unaswered. The company doesn't comply with UK laws. They should have the company name, company number and location details. They should also have data protection registration infomation that is also not on the website. This is unreputable company.
I have now reported to Action Fraud. The company name is A.DISTRIBUTION LIMITED
Company number [protected]
They don't have ICO registration therefore breach UK law.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Thanks for the warnings, yes operating from a PO box forwarding address, a google search lists hundreds of other companies listed at the address, well known to the police.
Esources scam - sell products for a profit on ebay
I registered with esources and started looking through their products to find something I could sell for a profit on ebay. All the potential products I put though a website called Terapeak to check the potential of selling the products at a profit. Unfortunately after 3 days of searching not one products was viable. I then contacted esources to request my money back but they said I had to spend money buying products from at least 10 of their suppliers and try to sell on ebay for about a year before they pay me back. I dont see why I have to lose even more money if I cant find profitable products to sell before they will give me my money back.
Esources is a scam.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
so it isn't actually resolved because you couldn't contact the customer? Maybe if you had refunded him in the first place you could have maintained an acceptable level of customer service. And you really think that people will disregard it? The internet is full of information regarding the esources scam, you can deny it all you want but even the Old Met are familiar with the 27 Gloucester Road London (e-sources) address, it has been linked to many scams over the years. Trading Standards are aware of the situation though and are working towards shutting it all down after receiving "thousands of complaints" in the past few years. Half the "suppliers" listing on E-sources are just kids hiding behind fake addresses, dropshipping items from ali-express from a room in their mum's house. DO NOT USE E-SOURCES UNLESS YOU ARE TRYING TO DESTROY YOUR BUSINESS!
Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company. I signed up looking for suppliers in order to start a business. While they are a directory of suppliers, the majority of them are unveted (despite what they say) and are nothing but a scam.
Further more esources themselves conduct business in an unethical manner. After being unhappy with the service i emailed them to cancel my subscription before it's renewal. They cancelled my request and their help pages are like a labarynth to navigate and offer no real advice of how to cancel. I tried to contact them to cancel and they only responded once they had taken my money and after i threatened to report them to trading standards. They refused to refund my money despite this being in direct violation of the distance selling regulations.
The moral of the story... Do not waste your money with business and once you sign up they make it very difficult for you to cancel. Their behaviour is paramount to theft. If you want to find suppliers use google, it's free and reliable!
The company did everything to try to resolve the issue, but after several attempts to contact the complainant, no answer has been received. Therefore the complaint is declared to be untrue.
Thanks to all for all the great advice and warnings.
Dear “Richard Trollop”,
There isn’t a single Richard Trollop in our entire 1.4m database : )
You have been trying to spread false information about us for years, and have always failed : )
We continue to grow and we receive real feedback from our members every single day, that is all we require to confirm we continue to offer the best service in the business.
Uk dropshop and dropshipblog were part of a scam drop ship network which we were the first to expose in 2011, and which was since closed down. We will ALWAYS put resellers' interests FIRST, and have done so since 2004. Total dedication to our resale customers is our core value, which is what makes our service the best in its category. ; )
You can read all about the course of events on wholesaleforum.com (search esources.co.uk on the forum for details)
This is the eSources guarantee:
1. New Wholesale and Dropship Sources verified daily
2. Unlimited research: need more sources? Just ask.
3. Free advice on how to source intelligently
4. Over 150, 000 verified sources, and growing.
In short, we continue to grow and we love to help our customers. There is only one type of person who dislikes our success : ) And that person is an inefficient competitor who has every interest in spreading false information instead of focusing on customers. We love helping our customers, we have been dedicated to their well-being since 2004 and will continue to do so with complete passion and despite your fake reviews ; )
I was searching for wholesalers myself and have come across another report, Search "ukdropshop esources scam" for another independant and honest review on the websites mentioned in this post.
:D The above fake review about Esources and Wholesale Deals has yet again been posted by Mr Steven Gibson. Read on to find out who he is and why he has a "genuine" interest in distancing resellers from our services.
Many people know about Mr Gibson's network of scam drop ship domains, which Esources and Wholesale Deals were the first to expose back in 2011. The network has since closed down because they were no longer able to swindle start-up resellers, and they have now reverted to recommending a very dubious gambling product... but we digress.
When we exposed their network, they retaliated by opening a fake forum, where they published fake reviews about our services. All Esources and Wholesale Deals reviews are verifiable by a fiscal trail and by the original email sent by the customer who sent us his feedback. If we were really posting fake reviews as Mr Gibson claims, we wouldn't be operating so many successful services since 2004, and we wouldn't have over 1 million members... Additionally, we depend on our customers' feedback to remain the best in the business and develop a service that continues to satisfy the needs of each individual reseller.
So, as Mr Gibson thought about defending his fake drop ship network by posting fake reviews on his forum, we decided to have our own say by launching wholesaleforum.com and dropshipforum.com. Complaints about his scams started pouring in, while simultaneously we started using the forums to offer FREE sourcing information at our own expense.
+ Did Mr Gibson like this?
Of course not. The forums reveal the same drop ship sites he was using to swindle membership fees from his unsuspecting users. Further, the forums discussions recommend many more sources completely free of charge.
+ Does offering verified trade sources for free cost money?
Of course it does.
+ How can we offer so much free quality information?
Because in addition to offering free sourcing research via the forums, we also offer premium research via paid services. We already offer the largest database of verified trade sources on the web (as confirmed regularly by our premium members) and we offer one-to-one sourcing support INCLUDED in the premium membership. Put simply, there is no website offering the same value database and there is certainly no one around who offers custom sourcing support at our extremely low rates.
+ Is Mr Gibson upset that he had to close down his scam drop ship network because his marked up prices offered no margins?
You bet, he was raking in so much money at the expense of new resellers that he never thought about putting in the effort to truly help them succeed.
To conclude, Mr Gibson, you can post as many fake reviews as you like. They make no sense anyway. For one, Wholesale Deals offers a guarantee on single deal purchases, i.e. they are guaranteed to be valid. We, on the contrary, love what we do, and love has no boundaries. We will continue to support our customers relentlessly, we will continue to publish their opinions, we will continue to use them as a basis point to improve and satisfy the needs of each individual customer, and we will continue to offer real deals, unlike your swindle network that is now long defunct.
May you find peace one day :)
Esources and Wholesale Deals SCAM websites
Wholesale Deals claims to be the UK's most popular wholesale and dropshipping sourcing service, however this could not be further from the truth. In fact it is a scam and a very elaborate one at that. The man behind it all is call Mr Stefano Carboni and he and his accomplices have swindled thousands of pounds from hard working people taken in by his antics, So, how do we know it is a scam? Well you have to dig a little deeper than the first page of google. Let me explain.
Wholesale deals is part of a large network of websites which the aim of charging potential buyers for the privilege of finding suppliers and products to sell online. The problem is that these suppliers or products do not either exist or if they do the prices are so high you could never sell them on!
If you type into google "wholesaledeals.co.uk scam" you are met with a list of entries on the first page, one being wholesaledeals themselves. The other websites which show up are
Wholesaleforum.com
dropshipforum.com
reviewwholesaledeals.blogspot.com
wholesaledealsscam.blogspot.com
All the above websites have glowing references and reviews about how great wholesale deals is, however the problem is, all these websites are either owned by or created by Stefano Carboni in order to further his scam. Take Wholesaleforum.com for example, this looks like a fairly busy forum with a good number of members but be careful. This forum is online for one reason only and that is to funnel traffic to wholesale deals and the esources scam and his other money making machines. If you signed up for an account on wholesale forum and tried to post a new thread this would be held for moderation. Not too unusual as you have just opened an account and some forums have strict controls in place but the problem is, no matter how many posts you attempt they will never see the light of day.
Around 99% of the articles on this forum are fake users created in the mind of Stefano Carboni and his band of merry men. You just have to look at the thread about wholesale deals to see how uniformed the usernames and responses are. Look through the forums as a whole and every single post even by different users are formatted exactly the same. This would never happen in a open forum. Take a look at the latest posts, the only ones are from the mods replying to 3 or 4 year old threads to give the forum a slight look of activity. The mind boggles at how far he will go to keep the illusion alive.
Move onto dropshipforum.com and the story is the same with the same format of responses however this has not been updated since 2013 so it appears he has given up on this side of it
Now lets look at the blogspot websites, both of above provide long, glowing references in the same tones as the forums, These imaginary reviewers must really have a good imagination, Long story short, these reviews are 100% fake, false and blatant lies.
If you take a look at the scambook.com entry you will see a real review. The response? Stefano Carboni called him a liar, points out reviews of both wholesale deals and esources on HIS forums to try and prove that this review was fake. He even thanks him for his "fake review"
If you continue to dig you will see that each time he finds a negative review he responds by referring to his own site reviews as his proof of legitimacy of his businesses. He has even gone as far as starting smear campaigns against other legit businesses who have dared to speak up against him.
Unfortunately, his campaigns do not stop here. There is more. On a website called selfgrowth.com he poses as a blogger called brad smith. Now if brad smith had written one article about he had nothing but good experiences with wholesale deals then this would not cause many suspicions. But when you dig deeper, our friend brad smith has written not one but 16 different articles defending not only wholesale deals but also esources and as we know from earlier stefano carboni owns both websites. Not only does brad smith defend them but goes as far as stating that everything ever written which is negative about these websites is false. The funny part is that there are replies from people who are not taken in by this who basically call out Carboni and surprise surprise there are no replies from him
Even sites such as trust pilot are not to be trusted as he posts fake reviews on there and campaigns to have real reviews removed. Around 6 months ago there were at least 20 negative reviews on trust pilot but today there are none and all the current reviews have been posted in the last few months.
Many have tried to get their money back through County Court Judgements, however the address he uses is simply a home of PO boxes (27, Gloucester Road, London) and he hsd even been known to claim that he will not pay any judgements as his business is registered in Italy and not the United Kingdom. This is something else he falsely advertises. In connection with his Italian link, he also has some Italian websites which are sure to be just the same scam in another place.
Just how far this man will go to keep up the illusion that wholesale deals and esources is legitimate is quite staggering.
So what do we take from this. Do not under any circumstances hand over any of your hand earned cash to wholesale deals and esources. You will not get what you pay for and if you complain or ask for a refund, you will simply be ignored.
Don't bother with this website
Don't bother with this website, poor customer service as I have never received a response back from my emails. Paid for the premium service which I only used for a little while. Towards the end of my first years subscription I looked to make sure my membership wouldn't be renewed which there was no clear indication that there would be. I later received an email saying that they have deducted another years premium subscription from my paypal account without receiving any reminder before hand. I have contacted them about this and received nothing back. Stay well clear and invest your money into something that at least has customer service to offer.
The company did everything to try to resolve the issue, but after several attempts to contact the complainant, no answer has been received. Therefore the complaint is declared to be untrue.
Thanks for all the advice.

Stay far away from these guys
I signed up to this site to fine distributors. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal for the yearly subscription of 70 or 80 pounds (That's all they can get me for I hope). Anyway, they said they vet all the sellers. This is total balls. I checked the names against companies house, and half of the companies have dissolved. Stay far away.

Scammed me
I have also been ripped off by Esources. I took a years subscription out January 2010 and didnt read the small print (there was pages and pages of it).
I didn’t realize that my years subscriptions was on auto renewal and they would debit my Paypal account the following year.
Even with auto renewal, I would have expected them to do as my car insurance does, which is contact me a month beforehand to remind me of the renewal, payment date and details etc, to give me time to decide whether I wanted to go ahead with the renewal, or cancel.
What they did was, send me an ‘invoice’ for the renewal on the same day they debited my Paypal account (probably done at the same time). I responded to the invoice telling them I did not want to renew my membership, but when I checked my Paypal account, they had already taken payment.
They refused to answer my emails requesting cancellation and refund, so I opened a Paypal dispute, which I lost. Paypals buyer protection seems to be written in water.
I checked my esources account, out of interest, and have been suspended. I emailed them asking for my money back, as I no longer have access, and received an email informing me that my account has been suspended for fraudulently trying to claim against them from Paypal. No mention of any refund, of course.
The whole outfit is sickening and their Italian Law clause is just another way of wriggling out of responsibilities. How they get away with operating in the UK amazes me. Where is the Office of Fair Trading in all of this?
Also, I spoke to a few of my suppliers who I met at Trade Shows, and who are listed on esources. And guess what? They had never heard of esources.
I have kissed goodbye to my £50 now, but have at least cancelled the Paypal auto payment so they can’t get any more off me. It simply amazes me that such traders can get away with such fraud and continue trading.
It also raises issues, in my mind, about companies like google who are no doubt being paid to push esources and his fake forum to the top of the search results. I realize the internet is difficult to police, but there is enough money being taken by google and the like to put a system in place that bans certain sites from using their Adwords facility, surely?

Search "ukdropshop esources scam" for another independant and honest review on the websites mentioned in this post. Shocking information!
Scam
I purchased a lifetime membership from esources.co.uk in 2009. exactly a year later to the day they sent me an invoice for £79 for another years subsription to their website. I sent them various emails demanding a refund and they just either ignored me or sent me a reply with threats of court action.
I took the matter to a small claims court and they failed to defend themselves. So i asked for a summary judgement against them and the court ordered that they must pay me back what they owe me.
Since then i have written to them with all the proof from the small claims court judgement, and a copy of the original paperwork that they sent me which clearly states that i had indeed purchased a lifetime membership from them.
Their reply was amazing…they said that i was using false information and asked me if i was aware that if i give false information in a small claims court that i would face possible jail time?
They have picked the wrong person to mess with and I will now be taking this matter to a whole new level!
Esources.co.uk are a scamming fraud website - stay away.

I am looking for wholesale companies myself and kept coming across all these reports about the esources scam, so decided to look for social media pages to talk to a representative of the company and ask them a few questions for reassurance.
I logged into their facebook page and asked them about all these rumours about the esources subscription scams and is my money protected.
The question was deleted from the esources facebook page and then I received a nasty message to cease and desist all questions about the esources scam.
I though WTF, its a social media page for chatting about your company and for being social, I did not ask in a nasty way.
I asked a few more questions, they kept on deleting them from facebook and told me to stop bothering them in quite an aggressive way, then I was blocked!
I then noticed out of 180, 000 members on facebook, no recorded activity from anyone on facebook over the years, just constant advertising, No social chatter from anyone! 180, 000 members and no social activity, very strange!
If you are not sure, ask them a simple question on facebook and see what the response is.
I did not join or pay a subscription as google lists plenty of wholesale companies in its search engine and business directory.
Hope this helps.

I was searching for wholesalers myself and have come across another report, Search "ukdropshop esources scam" for another independant and honest review on the websites mentioned in this post.
I joined about 20 days ago. They just take money and since then my company review is pending (they state that it should be reviewed during 5 business days. All products are pending (again should be reviewed during 24hours)
From my point of view esources id dead site, they just collecting money.
Another fake from the notorious UK dropship scam clan :)
Details of who is posting these fake reviews are available at:

Stay away
All of the following is true and a statement of the facts.
I too recently had cause to ask for a refund of subscription fees to esources.co.uk
After subscribing I found that much of the information was out of date and the claims made on the website regarding the quality and quantity of the information were simply untrue.
Furthermore, they have a system that monitors your IP address. Mine changed for some reason and they simply suspended my account without warning. I tried to contact support but got nowhere.
After a little more research trying to find a contact I find that esources.co.uk are talked about all over the internet and the main person, Stefano Carboni is linked to many unsavory activities.
As I have read on many forums I became yet another victim of the firewall set up by this company. it appears that all of the contact information is simply false. 27 Old Gloucester Street is an accommodation address and as I subsequently discovered, is well known to the Met for the cover address of many scams over the years.
So the problem it appears for many of us is how do we get recourse?
Luckily for me and not so for Mr Carboni, my business partner trained as a lawyer so knew precisely the route to take.
He checked the Electoral Roll/Council tax register on 192.com with a search for Name: Stefano Carboni Location: London - There are two premium results and after paying their fee we acquired the address.
As a sole trader Mr Carboni is PERSONALLY liable for claims so we served the relevant County Court papers (available from your local county court and a small fee which is recoverable when successful) upon Mr Carboni at his address. The court received a reply to the summons confirming the address unequivocally.
Each successful county court claim will severely affect a person's credit rating. A single CCJ will cause huge problems when trying to get a mortgage, even when trying to renew an existing one - a couple of CCJs and a person is effectively ostracized from the credit system. If a person has a couple of CCJs they will find it practically impossible to get credit of any description.
Despite the company's genuine attempt to obtain information related to this complaint, the customer didn't reply to their messages.
Therefore, the complaint is considered resolved.
Just subscribed to them thinking it would be useful for me, found that all the wholesalers they have listed I can find on my own or they’re just outdated. Awful experience and asked for a refund, at first they responded saying they were sorry, and sent me some stores they thought would’ve been helpful but I’ve already gone through those on their site before lol.
Second time asked for a refund, they ignored and.sent me a bunch of stores again. That’s not what I want, or asked for? I’ve gone through all the lists before asking for a refund duh?
And now they’ve been completely ignoring me for days. I’m really worried I won’t be getting my refund cause I really trusted them and signed up for the £75 one. And I’m not even from the UK so it’s really pricey when converted to my currency.
Stay away from eSources UK. F**** scammers.
Complete spam.
Have requested multiple times to remove us from their mailing list and have also reported them to ICO.
it's quite clear they are also hiding any negative reviews that also confirms this. More than likely to pave way for the hundreds of fake 5 star reviews they have paid for.
Steer clear. Dodgy scam artists. Look online. Even the business owner has been known to argue with people on forums that call him our for being a spammer. (Even on THIS message board)
More than likely Stefano Carboni will claim that I am some other bloke he has beef with trying to disparage his business' name, but just look at the reviews from "TryHarder" do you think any self respecting business man would act or talk like that?
P.s. before you tell me you cannot find my name registered in your data base, that's the whole point, we've never signed up for your spam but yet you refuse to cease sending it. I hope the CCJs I've read about elsewhere start to mount up and you end up in jail for non-payment.
Please do feel free to tell people to ignore this review. I'll re-post it every time you do.
I had not used esources in a very long time, (2017), only to find that yesterday they withdrew £75 from my bank account without my knowledge. They have replied to my email referring me to their terms and conditions surround subscription fees. As I cancelled my subscription on the same day the money left my account I believe this should be covered by EU right to cancel regulations and am awaiting my refund. My bank will also be assisting me to recover the money. I do not recall ticking any box to agree to automatic renewal and also believe they should have sent me a reminder email prior to helping themselves to my money.
did you get the refund ? same problem here
By the way Esources Facebook page no longer offers the option of adding a public comment...
I sadly have also been scammed by this company. I was unaware that i ever agreed to anything more than a one-off monthy subscription. I quickly discovered that they had started a monthly booking of 25GBP from my account. I asked them to cancel my subscription because i had no use for their services which they agreed to. Recently however I have seen that this monthly subscription was never cancelled (which i never agreed to anyway) and although I haven't used their site once in the previous year they refuse to refund the money. I have now blocked them via Paypal but have lost a considerable amount of money. I find this a scandal. Customer service is zero and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I regret that I didn't see this comment before paying. This website is a faker website. After giving money, They will ask you to proof your company. If you can't meet your requirements, you will not be refunded. Without phone service, mail is always a formula reply.
Hi, I have the same experience they took money from me £75.00 and won't give back a refund. I had no intention of automatically renewing the service, and they automatically took the money. I requested for a refund but they won't give me my money back. they have very poor customer service, virtually non existent. I called several times with the number registered to paypal account and it just goes directly to voice mail. There should be a class action lawsuit against these people, they need to stop scamming people.
Hi Diane, Thank you for your message. We do not have any emails or Facebook messages from a Diane Jones. Please note you can reach support 24/7 via https://www.esources.co.uk/contactus.php
Constant spam emails from esources, all requests to stop spamming me are ignored, I have clicked on unsubscribe buttons, emailed them, asked them on facebook, do not under any circumstances give this scammer your real email address. Hopefully the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements, deadlines and facts.
GDPR is a regulation that requires businesses to protect the personal data and privacy of EU citizens for transactions that occur within EU member states.
And non-compliance could cost companies dearly.
WILL PUT A STOP TO THE LIKES OF ESOURCES!
If you are in America, or other part of the world, DO NOT SIGN UP!
Thank you Kevin, glad to read you have spotted the incongruences. This is exactly our point, resellers who would otherwise benefit from our extensive resources are getting hurt by these fake reviews, which ComplaintsBoard have themselves identified as fake (see Resolved notes throughout this thread).
You can read about the course of events on wholesaleforum.com (search esources.co.uk on the forum for details)

This is a horrible horrible website especially because of their customer services
This is a horrible horrible website especially because of their customer services. I cancelled subscription and I don't know how ONE payment was left and they took £49.99 from me though I hadn't used the website in a year, and when I tried to contact them regarding the payment and cancelled subscription AGAIN, there has been no response whatsover. They've given a phone number to contact them, and then under that they write that they don't do phone help, I haven't gotten any response from them as if there is zero concern, I know my £49.99 is down the drain now and is not coming back, I just wish PayPal had some way of filing a claim against such $#*!ty websites as well. Just horrible customer service, I would NEVER recommend this website to anyone, you don't get what you're looking for, and if you ever need any help, you won't be getting it.. ever.
The company did everything to try to resolve the issue, but after several attempts to contact the complainant, no answer has been received. Therefore the complaint is declared to be untrue.
Thanks for all the great advice.
Hi Un Hap,
Cancellations can be submitted at any time directly from https://www.esources.co.uk/contactus.php which provides instant cancellation instructions whenever a cancellation request is submitted. The request is then followed by cancellation by support and an email containing cancellation instructions for future reference + confirmation of cancellation.
This thread contains many fake comments as confirmed by ComplaintsBoard, if you are a real customer you can always contact support via https://www.esources.co.uk/contactus.php for a solution.
Esources customer sucks. Cancelled subscription by email but they don't aknowledge. Emailed repeatedly ZERO response.
I just want my subscription fee back as I cancelled a month before end and they still charge me.

Unauthorized charges
I logged on to there site to sign up as a member for 3 months which was £29.95 when I got to teh checkout a message box flashed up to say upgrade one time offer you will nevver see this again upgrade now for life time membership for just £48 so I though well I may as well as was paying £29.95 for 3 months so to get it for £48 for a life time membership seemed to make sence, then just went on to say transaction complete no details, I logged onto online banking to relise they took £78 not 48, so I cancelled my membership instantly asn emailed advising I wanted a refund as they should never have taken this amount I never confirmed that amount and I want it all cancelling and refunding as I am exstremly unhappy.
I have sent 6 emails and no reply to any you can not phone them or fax them as they satte they dont offer this service, I have had a email to confirm its cancelled but nothing about my emails or money and this was just a automated one from when I cancelled it.
I just want my money back from this company and to have no further dealings.
The company did everything to try to resolve the issue, but after several attempts to contact the complainant, no answer has been received. Therefore the complaint is declared to be untrue.
Im now (sportsefy) already trying for 1 month to cancel my subscription through the site, but that is not possible. I payed with a creditcard and have no paypal account so they wont help me. I am desperate to cancel the subscription.
I have emailed them, and they aren't cancelling my subscription. I have stopped using services since the 1st day, but this is my 3rd month and they are charging £20 each month from my debit card.
they also don't have telephone service to address an issue. Kindly avoid using this.
They did the same to me, I am currently pursuing legal channels as I will be taking the owner ( A sole trader and well know con-man named Stefano Carboni) to court for as much compensation as possible. It shouldn't be hard considering I have been able to print over 200 pages from the internet, all of which contain different complaints and accounts from previous victims of this scam.
When I mailed asking for the stolen money to be returned to me, I received an email telling me they had "awarded" me 2 more years membership. I replied, explaining I didn't want their membership and I want my money back, and I am still waiting for a response! I recommend avoiding this company as they won't be around for much longer, the Financial Service Authority will be in touch with them very soon.
eSources.co.uk IS A SCAM. I fell for their "Money Back Guarantee" lie.
I subscribed to their lifetime membership on the basis of the "Money Back" guarantee.
Within 2 days I realised that it was a total waste of money, it gave me nothing that I couldn't easily find for free so I requested a refund.
After a lot of time and effort I did manage to get a reply to emails only to be told "You have contravened the Terms & Conditions so your account has been suspended".
The above review is a fake, submitted by a competitor :)
