I order plane ticket from edreams Oct. 14, 2016 never took off on that date. Instead they change the Oct. 15, 2016. So I went to a different airline and spend $2, 000.00 to fight back. I spend $1, 421.08 buying the plane I should get half of money $1, 421.08 back I didn't used. Nothing has been done. A lot of running around no one answer call from scoot. Feel like I got ripe off. Booking # B2WDTV brought the ticket on February 12, 2016. [protected] and email [protected]@hotmail.com

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
