eBay thieves!!

I ordered a tablet from eBay, but then I changed my mind and decided to cancel my order. I contacted the seller and asked him my money back. I was told that there will be no refunds, since tablet was already shipped. Absolutely ridiculous lies! I made an order and less that 30 minutes I contacted the seller. Then I asked eBay customer service for help and they refused to do anything! They said that seller was right and I had to think twice before I made an order. These thieves are working together! It is so complicated to cancel the order, worst shopping site ever!

eBay fraud

eBay customer service is absolutely worthless and unprofessional. Companies can make claims against customers. And eBay doesn't care when their members have problems and need help. They never respond, they do absolutely nothing to help! They care only about profits they get on each transaction. There is no chance you ever get your money back, so please avoid this website. I ordered some items and never received anything, when I contacted eBay and asked them for help, they did nothing. I was told to hire a lawyer. Very funny! I'll never order anything from their site again! That was the most horrible online shopping experience ever!

eBay resolution center

Ebay resolution process does not give information on how a determination was made. I ordered a men's dress shirt size 17.5 neck and regular fit.Seller does not offer refunds. Ebay protection plan claims to cover when the item received does not match item description. Item received was a 17.5L, no indication of type of fit. No further description was provided. The trim appeared to be a slim fit. I provided ebay with sizing charts from from Neiman Marcus, Brooks Brothers (both national retailers), Calvin Klien and a generally published mens shirt size chart. All charts for a regular fit were 5-7 inches larger in the waist than the shirt received.

Ebay ruled the shirt delivered was as described and would do nothing. I said regular should mean as is generally used in the clothing industry. I asked what ebay's definition of regular was and was told there was none. I asked if the body of the shirt was 12 inches would this still be considered to meet item delivered was as described and I was told yes.

Ebay indicated I was barred from leaving a seller rating or a notice about how the "Regular" description of the seller is different from the charts used by reputable national retailers and clothing manufactures, so other buyers would know . Other buyers could then specifically ask the rest of the sizing information.

The seller had over 30, 000 ratings with not a single rating below 5 star. No one bats 1000 in 30, 000 at bats, no one. Clearly the rating system, or exclusion thereof, is flawed.

I want ebay to establish clear standards relating to descriptions or apply generally accepted industry standards when determining the validity of disputes. Further, since the disputes under the ebay guarantee if won/granted gets paid out of ebay's bank account, a nonemployee of ebay should decide the appeals. I request to post the sizing difference on feedback of the seller.

eBay ebay refuses appeal of proven switch phone by buyer, sellers beware!

I recently I sold a mint LG G2x T-Mobile smartphone on eBay in which the buyer claimed random shutdown and boot problem eBay to exercise their “Buyer Guarantee” clause. Directing the buyer to return the phone at sells expense, despite no return on the sale.

The return phone was not T-Mobile as sold nor did it have the digital records recorded by T-Mobile, instead it was Videotron (a Canadian phone company). The phone now hard boots in French language and is Canadian Videotron software.

When appealing the unilateral decision made by eBay to accept the return and debit the seller’s account the appeal was denied based on the following reasons: “The Buyer Did Not Admit to Changing the Phone or Software”. EBay customer appeals department claimed statement outweighs the buyer and T-Mobile’s paper and electronic records of the phone.

I was told dismay that a representative from eBay could honestly make this type of argument, ridiculous and blatantly biased.
I’ve been a seller on eBay since 2005, 1245 transactions (700+ sales), 100% positive feedback, and two years considered a power seller. The buyer has 5 transactions.

eBay’s “Buyers Guarantee ” policy has become buyers and unfair to the sellers and it’s time for sellers to take note.
I’ve been an avid supporter and user of eBay since 2005, considered a power seller with 100% positive feedback. Recently (marking the sale as no return, knowing there’s a problem selling phone).

eBay This seller took unauthorized charge of $900

Guys, be very careful if you purchase from Electronicsfrom2006. I have found this store on eBay and bought one item from them. 10 days later I got the email, where this seller confirmed 10 purchases. I immediately checked my account and found the unauthorized charge of $900. I emailed the seller and said to return money back, because I haven’t authorized it. But he of course ignored my message. I want to spread this information.

eBay don't purchase from ebay

Ebay really doesn't care about the consumers or the sellers. Once they get your money they are done.They guarantee money back but it is actually a lie! Once you gave them money you'll never getting it back. I made and order and never received it. I contacted eBay customer care and was told that I just have to wait another few days. Few days passed and still nothing! They also scam you on shipping and handling charges. These people say they have free shipping, but be prepared because they will charge you tax on the postage portion. eBay is a complete scam! I have been charged tax on several transactions that should never have been taxed on the postage part of the purchase. Horrible website, I'm really disappointed.

eBay ebay is a complete fraud!

Don't use eBay, they will never protect or help you. I bought a cute dolly dress from a seller on eBay but instead of that I received a used bra! I was so extremely disgusted when I opened the package and saw that thing! What's wrong with this site? I cannot even leave a bad review! I contacted eBay customer support and explained the situation, but they closed the case just because they can! They said that it is not their problem. Oh my god, I receive someone's used lingerie! That is so disgusting. Ebay will never help you and they are protecting those scammer sellers. All you can do is report someone. I want my money back!

eBay don't try selling anything!

I make some cool handmade stuff and decided to sell them on eBay. According to their rules, I was able to sell unlimited amount of items for free. I posted many products in one time and did not use any of their payment services. Well, several weeks later I decided to remove all the posts because I did not sell anything. Later my card was charged and I realized that eBay took $25 from me. And since then they charge my card every month! I have not used eBay for months! I even tried to contact them and asked for a refund, but they ignore me! Stay away from this site and don’t try to sell anything! Sellers have no protection against fraud.

eBay do not order from them!

I purchased two dresses from a seller on eBay. The delivery price was almost the same as the price of the clothes. The shipping was actually very expensive, but I really liked the dresses, so I decided to make an order. I ordered back in November and wanted to wear one dress on Christmas and the other one on New Year’s Eve. But I never received my order and heard nothing from eBay! Who runs a company like that? I contacted customer support, but heard only excuses. I doubt that all the good comments about them are from real customers.

eBay unethical behaviour

On January 14, 2016 I reached out to Anthony Saldutti (Tony) AKA wagoneertony through the ebay forum with the following statement: "We will gladly leave you positive feedback for this item but only once we see that we have received positve feedback from you the satisfied customer. Thanks, Isaac" And this is how Tony responded: That's the [censored]tiest thing I have heard. I paid, done. I did my job. I'm going to report you to eBay for this hostage situation. That's a real scmbag move. 1.the buyer pays, 2. The seller gives positive review for payment sends item, 3. Buyer gets item and gives positive review if happy. You haven't finished 2. The coin came packaged like [censored]. You even threw the trash in the envelope. Go fck yourself. We never throw trash in any packaged items. Tony is exaggerating "packing material" for trash. eBay bad experience

Several weeks ago I got kicked off EBay! I was just selling guitars and that's all. A person ordered a guitar and I shipped it by boat. Few weeks later I received a negative review. I gave buyer a tracking number and he said I never shipped the guitar. When he finally got the guitar he removed the review. I received a message from him with apologies and he said the guitar was lovely. I shipped another guitar to Europe and the buyer told that it was damaged. It was impossible, because it came from a reputable company and was never used. EBay deleted my account and I was never able to contact them. They did not gave me any chances to explain anything! Very disappointed.

eBay network cctv system

I purchased a Network CCTV 4 camera security System. It never worked properly. I bought it on Ebay. The company had a return policy. I emailed the company to return the item. I received an email from someone who said there was a "newer version" coming on the market soon, and they asked me if I would be willing to wait a couple of weeks for it. They further stated that i could keep the old system as it was no good to them. I stupidly agreed. The "new" system never did show up. They lied to me and fooled me into waiting a few extra weeks, because had I of not agreed to it, I was still within the 45 day claim period of PayPal. They deceived me into waiting so I would be out of the 45 day "window" to file a claim.

eBay videocon led tv not received

I had bid on ebay for videocon led tv and ebay sent me confirmation mail on my mail that I had won the bid and after some time I received a call from the seller he sent me the bank account name to transfer the money but before making transaction I asked ebay by making call on ebay customer care about money transfer method in auction because for this item there is no any option to transfer money (buy now or pay now option) ebay told me that u can directly transfer the money in seller account they are verified and trusted seller. After confirmation from ebay I transfer money rs. 30000 to the seller account on 22 dec 2015, but after transaction the seller not pic my call and not reply me since 10 days. After that I complaint in ebay regarding the seller behavior but ebay told me that he cant do any thing in this case. Now pls tell me the way to solve my case. Mob. [protected] (rajesh kumar)

i have proof of seller residence and confirmation mail of ebay so pls solve my issue otherwise i go to the consumer court towards ebay as well as seller

eBay extremedeals2014 - running shoes

Vendor shipped shoes to me that were not accurate on the size (US 11M); the shoes were at least one to two sizes too small, and, nowhere on his Ebay site was it EVER mentioned that the Saucony shoes, which I paid him $89.99, ran smaller than the size marked on the tag. I sent the shoes back to Amazon, where he had purchased them (I was not aware at the time that this vendor did not take back purchases). Amazon gave me an RA# and the shoes were delivered back to them. I called and stated that my account had not been credited so that I could get my wife the CORRECT size shoe, but was informed that the VENDOR was credited with the return compensation! I have tried to get a replacement shoe, but the vendor is rude and non-communicative. He now has DOUBLE the amount paid for the returned shoes to Amazon! He kept my money and was ALSO reimbursed by Amazon! He is dishonest and deceitful. I am surprised Ebay allows him to treat consumers like this! I have complained to the Better Business Bureau, and, have an inquiry into the TN State Attorney General's Office in the form of a fraudulent complaint.

eBay seller: willowbrookantiques - listing practices

Ebay seller “willowbrookantiques” claims her items are vintage and estate items, though most are available brand new from Chinese jewelry dealers selling the identical items for a fraction of the price. Here is an example, a necklace she says is designer and sells to vintage jewelry collectors in the “Vintage & Antique” jewelry category for $88 ( [protected] ), though countless Chinese dealers sell the identical item for $6 including shipping (see item [protected] for example). Here’s another example, a gold buckle cuff bracelet she says is an “estate” find, and sells in the vintage and antique category for $52, it’s always available brand new by dozens of Chinese sellers for $7 including shipping (see item [protected] for example). Here is another example, a lipstick shaped purse that she says is " incredibly unique” and just sold for $56 (see item [protected] ) is always available brand new for $12 from a variety of Chinese sellers (see [protected] for example). In looking through her auction history I have found countless examples of her “estate” items being readily available new for $6 or so dollars by countless Chinese sellers, this includes some of her “designer” items (like Oscar de la Renta necklaces she’s sold for hundreds of dollars, they are “signed” with only a hang tag that's made from a color of metal that doesn’t match the necklace. You can find the same necklaces selling for $10 from China, only the Chinese sellers don’t pretend their are designer). Do some research before buying anything from this seller, odds are you can find her vintage “estate” jewelry being sold from a variety of Chinese sellers, listed honestly and at a fraction of the price.

I also sent this seller a message asking about an item (#[protected]), stating I have seen similar pieces being sold on the streets of NYC for several dollars, made in China. This seller replied, " My items are legit thank you for being such a great human did you ever think perhaps the person that sold them to me told me something that wasn't true". I am sad to say that this item sold for $240. and this seller has been scamming buyers for many years. I believe it is time that this "shop" is closed.

i received an item from e-bay. the item name is, " power rangers' operation overdrive red ranger, helmet. i received it on 11/27/15, when i open it. its have scratches all over it and its have a bad order inside of the helmet. the person i received from, gina m krupp, 4 williams rd, north branford, ct, [protected]. i am asking for a full refund. and, i didn't got a receipt for the item.

eBay htc desire 626g plus warranty issue

I have purchased HTC desire 626g Plus for RS 14290 from ebay.in around 1 months ago and its was in 12 months HTC warranty . So, recently i started facing problem in handset so i approached to HTC service center but they denied and gave the reason that the product has been purchased from ebay so we will not provide any service. So, i talked to the ebay customer care but they are also not helping me. Yaa but now i have a proof & i am uploading the same on this site. You are worst site i have ever experienced in my life & i can bet that even a CHINESE COMPANY can give a better service than you people. eBay george boulos george9785 - space cover

George Boulos sells philatelic covers signed by US Astronauts on eBay under the name George9785. He buys under the name 55seconds. He has a Post Office Box Address in Blaine Washington, but he does not live in the United States. He lives in British Columbia. George Boulos is originally from Lebonon . I purchased a cover from him on eBay. Almost immediately, George9785 began sending harrassing and threatening emails to me demanding feedback 'or else" . He apparently "Googled" me, because he knew the names and ages of my children. When the cover arrived (yest he did send it to me) it was accompanied by a considerable amount of "ANTI-AMERICAN LITERATURE". I found the contents to be quite disturbing.
