Dollar Tree manager services

I have been a faithful consumer in Dollar tree for over 3 years now. My daughter and I went today around 1:00 pm in Cumberland, Indiana. I finished finding what I needed and was ready to check out. Before I made it to the register there was a lady checking out so I hesitated until she completed her purchases and moved toward the register. I heard the manager say, "See u Monday". So I proceeded to the register with my basket not full of merchandise. The manager ( MALE) was tearing away register tape and walking away from the register to blow up balloons. The store was not busy at all! When he made it too the helium tank I started talking to my daughter so maybe he would take notice and see I was ready to check out. I'm watching him never once did he turn around and acknowledge me at all! I looked around and saw another worker was stocking the end cap aisle with her light on... Yet neither one of them stop and say anything... So I got back in the line the manager then walks away and goes to the office and slams the door... By this time I walked away from the aisle with the shopping cart and left it at the door...I don't understand why is it if you HATE Dealing with the public these jobs are given to people to serve in. And also promoted to management to spread the poison to others! I understand we all have our days well today was mines...I won't shop at Cumberland, INDIANA first impressions are lasting...and I'll make sure to warn others..

Dollar Tree restrooms unclean biscoe nc location

The care and attention give to the public restroom was very disfavoring. I have been in this store on multiple occasions and had to clean and sanitize before use. This is the worst conditions I have every seen any public restroom. Toilets with waste all over it, down the sides and floors very unsanitary. Please help keep these clean and prevent the spread of germs to public.

Dollar Tree returning items

I had just walked out the door then walked right back in because I had bought too many things . They had just seen me and told me I had to exchange the items for other things and was not able to return any of the candy I bought. Even though I just walked out and came back in . So I went through the store grabbed by things I needed for the house not even as many things as I were to exchange so I was loosing out on two dollars in top of it . At the end of this long and drawn out transaction I owed them still .75 after loosing out on 2$ dollars I told them I wouldn't pay that on top of it . This whole thing is sooo uncalled for I should of been able to just get my money back I have never been sooo furious with a store before .

Dollar Tree unethical behavior

my name is Annette I go to the store#6089 on merrick blvd theres never enough workers when store is packed only one register open they have workers standing around doing nothing and the one cashier they do have her nail are so long she cant put my stuff in bags or give change and the rest of staff talking about what party they going to someone needs to do a secret shopper to find out what be going on in the store long lines only one cashier its crazy. please help our store we really need it.

Dollar Tree I am complaining about your manager. at store #6672

I went in to do exchange with receipt in had was tolda I can only exchange 10 items with my receipts. I told my daughter that is dum. They he turned n said loud what you say, I said that's what the policy is but receipt says gladly exchange any not just 10 items that are unopened.with receipt. They I did as he said exchanged just the 10 items. He followed me through the store I said the Chinese man was rude n loud with me n is following me like if I'm gonna steal something. Then I paid for my extra items n left store was in my car looking a receipts and he comes out pounds on my car window and tells me I'm not Chinese, and I don't want you in my store again yelling at me.. this is bad customer service bad reputation for your company I felt violated and insulted and threatened.

Dollar Tree employees attitude and dress apparel

Every time I would enter the store, I would get a very rude hello. And the cashiers would be leaving the office. And as soon as they were done dealing with a customer they would bolt back in to the office and grab their personal phones. Cheyenne, and Abigail are a good one for that. Abigail and Cheyenne would wear these skin tight leggings that would show everything. And that is very disgusting and wear non-uniform attire like a black hoodie instead of the traditional green shirt. Store 3225 has gone down hill for the last couple years. The only thing that would make me want to go back was the kind male cashier that would help out no matter what was going on. But once I heard he was leaving, I have no other reason to keep shopping at this rude store. I can get rudeness at any other store. Hopefully the staff will change for the better.

Dollar Tree service complaint at dollar tree store #1268 - mar 25, 2017

Today I went to Dollar Tree to purchase two items; a hand towel and the local paper (Sacramento Bee). When I got home to read the paper I found that the paper that I purchased was for the previous Sunday 3/19/2017. Although it was only the paper; I decided it was worth the drive back to the Dollar Tree Store to get a correct purchase and not just accept the fact I was sort of short changed by paying for something that was useless.

When I returned to Dollar Tree and entering the store with the old paper; I went to the news paper stand and checked to see if they had todays paper in stock. In checking the bin of papers I found several outdated papers that were even older than the one I bought. After a few minutes of searching I found today's paper. At this time the cash register staff ask if there was something I needed. I reported that I was returning the paper I purchased earlier and would like to get today's paper. The clerk asked if I had my receipt and I said that I didn't have it but that I was just in about 40 minutes ago and the paper that was sold here was outdated. He questioned me on the paper I was returning and remarked how did he know that I didn't just bring in the old paper. I said that I'd like to speak to a manager and the other clerk said he was the manager. Next, I reported why would I bring in a paper that was last weeks Sunday paper. He again said did I have a receipt. At that time the other clerk said that she remembered that I was in earlier and made the purchase. I ask the manager for his name and he said that I could contact Dollar Tree Corporation to report an issue.

In Conclusion, I feel that the store manager should have taken a moment to evaluate the papers being sold to see if the reported issue was valid. By his decision to assume there was some wrongdoing being made was not why I would take time to drive back and attempt to falsify the return of a newspaper for a dollar. I feel that this issue needs to be review to ensure customers rights are being hear - rather than a theft is being made.

Dollar Tree Manager Jessica Swallows

I was employed by your store and was very happy until Jessica Swallows became manager. Almost everyone has transferred, quit or been fired. The store is a mess. Our customers can't stand her because she is rude. She doesn't do anything but run back and forth pretending to be working. She messes up and puts the blame on the employees, which is how I lost my job. She has been seen by residents living behind the store taking boxes of stuff out of the store. She doesn't know what she's doing much less how to manage a store. She is a mouth piece, that's it. We can't talk to Robert who over looks this store because she says he doesn't want to be bothered and we have to go through her. I want my job back because I didn't do anything wrong except listen to her and I don't want my co-workers to have to go through what I'm going through. Isn't there any way she can be transferred to another store and Franchesca be the manager since she is the one who basically keeps this store running? Something needs to happen soon or your store will have to move or be shut down. The city has already been called because the semi that brings our merchandise ran over the mail boxes across the street and actually parked in someone's yard. It's not suppose to drive down our street but he does. The water lines can't support the weight of a semi. A smaller semi would probably be OK but my neighbors are so mad, I'm afraid they may have already started a petition to shut this store down. I have picture showing the condition this so called manager has your store if you would like to see them. I submitted about 8 photos.

I would also like to know if there's any way I can have my job back. It means more to me than you know. I have anxiety and just recently lost my mother. This job kept me sane and helped me with my anxiety so it's not just a job to me.

Dollar Tree two employees fighting in front of customers

The store on College and 27th street in Milwaukee 53221, there is an employee named Amanda, she got into an argument and threatened physical violence to another employee. The other employee quit the next day. This employee has gotten into arguments with numerous people. She comes to work on drugs, the manager, Brittany said because Amanda told her of her demons she doesn't do anything to her. I am an employee in this store and I don't feel safe working around her. On more than one occasion she has threatened violence and in front of customers.

Dollar Tree service at jeffersonville indiana 10th street dollar tree.

I was in the dollar tree on 10th street in jeffersonville indiana i go there with my children to get good dollar deals on food i had a huge cart full of items i got in line and started to put my items up the cashier didnt seem friendly to me at all. I thought oh well she could of had a bad day. Being a single mom dollar tree is the perfect store to spend a good amount of money. Well as i was done the woman behind me waited paitiently and dont seem to be bothered by my items. But the cashier seemed to be apoligizing to the customer behind me as if i was a issue and said iam trying to get u out of here to the customer. I felt it was rude she shouldnt apoligize serving me.i told her thank u and she said thank u in a digusted way. Her name was angela and she wore a skirt. Just a concern i have. And how i felt.

Dollar Tree customer service

On 3/20/17 - I was shopping at the Dollar Tree Store in Lake Stevens. While shopping I overheard someone ask an employee named Joanne-which turns out to be the manager. Her reply was a very loud and rude answer "why can't everyone just leave me alone." I have been in there several times in the last weeks that Joanne has yelled at her employees in front of customers-which I find very unprofessional and no way to run a business! I'm afraid if this behavior is to continue, your store will possibly be losing business . I have heard others comment about Joanne's behavior to her employees while standing in the checkout line. I don't think this kind of behavior by a manager is the face of Dollar Tree. Please take this complainant into consideration and try to contain this on-going problem.

Dollar Tree unethical behavior

To Whom It May Concern:

I have always gone into this Dollar Store (#3048) & never had a problem!
Until earlier tonight (3/2017 @ 7:45pm), where a cashier (Caucasian female, late 20s - early 30s, Overweight status, long, light-hair color) was speaking in such bluntness & crudity, without using any gestures of respect. As she proceeded to verbally abuse the customer out load, (as others heard her humiliate the customer, while the customer attempted to use her credit card).
The cashier was talking to her in condescending mannerism, which I felt totally sad and angry for the victim, who appeared to have a quiet, & reserved demeanor. I hope this pertinent concern will acknowledge management to train their employees accordingly (the cashier is somewhat new...I've seen her before on previous visits). This particular cashier should be disciplined without pay (simply due to her ill-mannered, abrasive interactions with Dollar Tree Customers. I truly believe that this incident is not the first nor will it be the last scenario. Please reconsider this heart-to-heart complaint & place yourself or your love ones/friends, as to how you would feel wholeheartedly, if they were to ever experience such contemptuous, harsh, discourteous wrong doing, as well as representing herself as an employee of Dollar tree.

Dollar Tree brach's maple nut goodies

I bought this product at 3 different Dollar Trees. The date on them were 10-20-17 all bags I bought were stale. I went into dollar tree today and bought 2 bags of them with the dare on them 11/21/17 and they are stale yet again. I'm not a happy camper. I've traveled store to store looking for this product with a different date no such luck. If it is because its the dollar store and you send them the products that aren't made correctly or have gone bad just not to lose out and still make a $1 a bag that's just ridiculous. I'm pretty disappointed with your products now. You need to be aware of this product. I buy them everyday and now you have lost a customer.

Dollar Tree frozen foods

I went to a dollar tree on 18 march 2017. I love to visit dollar tree, but on this day was not a good one, the store was a complete disapointment. The shelves were not stocked, an the ones that had products on them, the stuff was on the floor an there were boxes all over. And expired frozen food in the freezer with the date 1-2016. Need to close on sunday's to stock store the way they should be...

Dollar Tree hours of operation

This store has missed no telling how much in sales this morning because the doors are still locked at 10:40am and were suppose to be open at 10am. I have personally watched TWENTY different people (not including myself) pull up, go to door and leave. If the sign says open at 10am then the doors should be open at 10am! Everyone loves this store fir the prices, but i witnessed a bunch of angry customers this morning! I've worked retail before in my younger days, there should always be a back up so things like this do not happen!

Dollar Tree one of your supervisors store #3300

Today 3/18/2017 my husband & I went into the dollar tree in philadelphia store #3300 which we visit a lot today around 10:15 we are shopping and over hear someone talking very loud and using profanity so we continued to shop & it just was unbearable to continue to enjoy my shopping and have to listen to that. So I asked one of the employees that was on the floor if I could speak to a manager regarding what I was hearing and she informed me that the person speaking was the manager, so she went to the back to tell her that we were complaining about her language and profanity and she proceeded to say ### us so my husband turned around and walked to the end of the isle and he could see the door where she was standing and said we heard what you said and she just stood there with no apology or nothing. She was the day manager her name was brittney and that was unacceptable to have employees that really act in that way and have no compassion for customers or their job. I will not visit that store again an may not shop at another dollar tree again due to this issue. I don't want to spend my money where i'm not appreciated & especially when I help pay your salary. I never want to see anyone loss their job but this one is a bad seed she should be terminated effective today.

Dollar Tree lack of training.

So I had recently gotten employed by dollar tree in Lubbock TX on 50th and boston . There are lots of problems with this location . As soon as I got there an argument between two employees happened as they were working. I should have taken this as a hint of how bad this location was. The drama continued during my week and a half there . I shadowed a cashier for 5 minutes before they put me on a register without any proper training . The following day I got in trouble for not knowing the proper procedure with the balloons . Note ... I had been there for 2 days . So I wasn't made aware of anything . And the managers didn't feel the need to train me about anything what so ever . I got told on my last day that I was suppose to know what to do without training because I watched a video . That day she got angry with me for not knowing how to do a return... When once again I was not trained on how to do one . I had to teach myself how to properly run a check because I didn't want to get yelled at for not knowing how once again . Day 4 I needed to void a transaction, so I called the manager in the store which was Delia . Voiding a transaction so seems like it would be something a manager would know how to do right ? Well she didn't even know how to do one . I had to turn off my light . Delia called a manager to ask how to do one . She couldn't get a hold of anyone so she kept the customer waiting for 10 minutes. By the end the customer was overly frustrated and annoyed. It's pretty bad when a manager isn't even trained properly . I'm not sure how dollar tree has allowed someone to be left in charge if she doesn't even know how to do her job or teach others to do theirs . I voiced my concern to the main manager Kim and she got mad at me and made the comment about how I watched a video so I should know . It's pretty obvious why the turn over rate at that store is so high. In the future dollar tree should consider who they put in charge . Especially when the managers don't know what they're doing .

Dollar Tree associate

Me and my kids visit the local dollar tree several times a month. As a single father its hard financially when you have been laid off work and had been off due to cancer and the dollar tree seem to be the place for spoiling the kids. Until our last visit, I will not spend any of my money at dollar tree again. Reason is a rude associate and being rude to my kids. She stopped me and told me I cold not leave my kids alone, so I paused like this was a joke right as I am not 5 feet from them and I look at them and look at her and my 18 year old is standing inches from them. I asked her are you sure about that when there is an adult with them, she said yes I to be with all of them. Keep in mind she was advised my son is 18 and I believe that is still the legal age of an adult if she wanted to technical about kids. I could understand if I had walked away from a 2 year old and left him alone which would have never happened anyway but the rudeness of her and her insult about my kids as if an 18 year old is not old enough to be near my toddler his brother was just rude and even after advising her of his age she could care less. She only cared about being bossy and showing she is in control at that store which is the worst customer service anywhere. I am only sending this to advise you that your associate cost your company money. I spend 20 dollars every week in that store on the kids and I will not spend another dime there because there is no such thing as customer service for her, its about her an her job and not dealing with the public. My kids was not even acting up and doing anything and I do take offense to any one trying to tell me how to raise my kids. Especially a retail associate more worried about weather she may have to put something back verses someone spending money at your store. It all counts to the company's end. Of course me not shopping there is not going to damage dollar tree but it shows how much of a rude associate she is because no matter how good prices may be there are other places to shop at with very similar prices on goods. Dollar Tree the lady at the register was rude

I went to dollar tree today on Friday March 17, 2017 to purchase some items. I asked the lady I only have $100.00 dollars can you accept it because this is the only money I have and I know it is a Hugh bill. The lady at the register got upset with an attitude and said you should have said somwthing. Her attitude was rude. She had a bad attitude, she was not friendly at all. She act like she did not want to rang me up. And when I first went to the resigister I said hello. She did not speak. Customer service there is very bad. Dollar Tree unethical behavior of an employee

3/10/17
I went to Dollar Tree to get a few things and this lady was behind me in the line, we got to talking while the lady was getting waited on in front of me and the cashier was very loud and rude. Her name is Reggie. she took the marker up from my stuff and instead of stopping with just my stuff she kept on ringing it up and ran the other lady stuff up with mine as well, the lady was mad and I was too. I spent a lot of money there and for Reggie to do this is not something I can let go.
this isn't the first time she has done something like this, but I let it go that time, but she has gotten worse..
the 2nd one is: 3/13/17
Reggie again, she got on the phone at the register and ask for help as she said that we (my daughter and I ) had too much stuff and she ask my daughter all kinds of questions of what she was going to do with the stuff and everything. it is none of her business what my daughter is going to do with it, it is getting to the point that we will go to another dollar tree instead of this one which is closer to us.
Reggie don't point no one else out but us and she say how much our amount is and how change, if I paid with food stamps, she give that info out as well.
She needs to be let go, she is very loud, rude and no manners what so ever. she don't like waiting on us and if they don't do something with her, we will go else where and or if I go there I wont let her wait on me anymore, I cant stand her!
Something has to be done, she carrying on too much in the line and she don't look that clean.
