A few weeks ago I purchased trainers from DHGATE but when the item was delivered the size was correct but the upper of the trainers were big and flimsy and my feet would slip from trainers it was impossible to wear so due to already having previous orders of trainers from DHGATE I asked for the item to be returned they would not allow this I then asked for a refund I then got abusive email from the seller so after contacting customer service they was just as bad the outcome was they did not listen or response to my concerns all they did say was it was the correct size that was delivered I then asked the person dealing with my complaint to pass on to a manager to review and look at my complaint this was never done

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

    We checked that your dispute was released. We suggest that you send a message to the seller and negotiate on a resolution. If they agree on a refund, please ask him to leave a message for you saying 'I agree to refund you $***'. Once the seller agrees, send us a screenshot then you can contact us again and we will arrange the refund for you. If they don’t agree to refund, we cannot operate for you too.

    1) Click "My DHgate " on the upper right corner of the page.
    2) Click "My Orders” at the left side of the page.
    3) Find the order number.
    4) Click the link “Message Seller” at the top of the order details
