Days Innovercharge at days inn

Stayed in Hamilton Days inn on 210 main street, was billed twice for the stay, called my credit card company and was given a authorization number and asked to call the hotel to see if they can fix it, called was told the manager not here who takes care of accounts so cant help you, called second day and was told that will look into the matter and call me in 2 days no one called, when called got the same answer Manager Azim not here, when pressed for answer was told that the money would be returned in 2-3 days called again after 5 days same answer Manger Azim who takes care not here when asked for direct line was rudely cut of by the person on other side stating that it takes upto 10 days to refund the money. Still waiting need help to sort this out.

    2. Do a chargeback and stop waiting for the Days Inn to fix things
