Dairy Queen incredibly slow but most importantly not cooking the products properly

I put my order in at 10:31pm - two cheeseburgers and by the time I getto the window and received the cheeseburgers it was 10:50pm = 19 minutes in a drive-through to get two cheeseburgers. I couldn't get out of the drive-through because of someone in front of me, had to turn the car off because we were running it so long. When I got to the window it wasn't wow sorry Ms. for your long wait or apologies in fact here will give you these five dollar burgers for free nothing. I had actually prompt her apology for me and say isn't that the first thing you should be saying to me sorry for your long long long wait? Then the worst part is still to come, burgers were obviously terrible after waiting 20 minutes but she gave me the old burgers anyway, then they're not even on the right bun! She used some sort of weird bun that I've never seen before in the 30 years I've been going there. What the heck is going on over there? Very very strange behaviour and very very strange service. I have includes a picture of what the cheeseburger is supposed to like and a picture of what I received.

Dairy Queen triple brownie “sundae”

I just tried to send you a complaint and I don't think it went. So I will do it again.

My Triple Chocolate Brown was a farse. It was so small! The ice cream portion was the size of a walnut. I complained to the waitress who only smiled and moved on.

$4.47 - please! Either change your picture or prepare the food accordingly. I believe you are false advertising!

Dairy Queen cold food, abominable manager/store owner

I went in to Dairy Queen on 1/24/2019 at 2:36 pm an order the 3pc chicken lunch basket deal, I specifically nicely asked for my chicken tenders & french fries to be cooked freshly hot. When I got my food it was cold so I took it back & asked for a refund due to I was scared they would do something to my food, so the girl was really nice about it but since I paid some with cash & the rest with card the girl told me it would all go back on my card so went to my bank to let them be aware my bank told me it would take 5 to 6 business days, but still yet to this day 2/6/2019 I haven't gotten a refund. Therefore I went back to the store to try talking with the manger about the little issue that was going on so he reused to give me a refund even after I showed him my bank account & recipes that's when I had to call the police to get them involved although they couldn't do anything about the situation. Therefore I am reaching out to you guys for help.

until you stop providing food for this event, because you are sponsoring animal abuse, gambling and Cockfighting Event held at: Araneta Center, Quezon City, Philippines between January 28th and February 6th 2019.

Dairy Queen service at dairy queen - poplar level road, louisville ky

The service here is always extremely slow, and not due to lack of effort by staff, but simply poor management and the fact that the store is extremely understaffed. I walked in with no line in front of me just to wait 10 minutes to be asked for my order followed by another 10 minutes to get my sigular blizzard. This was because there were only 3 staff members working the entire store with a line of 5+ cars in the drivethrough. I have been to this location several times and this continues to be an issue. Please, hire more staff.

Dairy Queen I am an employee at the new dairy queen in kearney mo

I have a couple questions. There is one manager ( male) that I work with that touches my shoulder when asked to do something is that ok? Also before i started working there i got told that I'd be working from 8-2 and I have not. I only work for a couple hours and then they send me home. I have NEVER once had a complaint about a job till this one. What should I do?

Dairy Queen service complaint regarding filipina women.

I have sent in two different customer service complaints to DQ Canada. The location is in Saskatoon Saskatchewan on Primrose Drive. Both my concerns and complaints have gone without any response from the area manager and or store owner. I'm very upset regarding this issue. Both previous complaints have been regarding a filipina women who works the front end. She was and is, of last visit extremely unprofessional. My complaint is regarding her professionalism in a dressing customer complaints. I'm expecting a response from DQ Canada as I'm not willing to drop this issue until it's been looked into and I receive a written or verbal apology from her. Thank you for looking into this matter. I work with the city and word of mouth is extremely bad for business with having over 1500 employees.

Dairy Queen service

I was in tonight through dt and Iasked for the $7 meal. I had your emploee give me attitude then when I got to rhe wondow I decided to be a nice person. I gave her the coupon which was my receipt for a free sundea. I then watched your manager put a paper bag over her head carrying on with a employee as I watched through the drive thru window. She then took the bag and put my food in it.I am beyound pissed off.

Dairy Queen order was wrong.

Just before 7pm today 12/23/18 I went to your Dairy Queen on Main Street in Cedar City Utah. I ordered a #3 double cheeseburger combo with no pickles and no mustard along with a fish sandwhich and medium fries. When I got home and bit into my hamburger I could tell it had mustard on it. I HATE mustard. I was already hungry and was eating with my family so I ate it, but I did not enjoy it at all. I also got no receipt in my bad to be able to provide to you. Why do they not put a receipt in the bag, so that they can screw up an order without there being a record of it? I should be able to order something and get the product how I ordered it with a receipt if something is wrong. Then the fries had soo much salt on them I could only eat a few of them. Dairy Queen your staff and service

I went to the dq on Main Street ordered a cheeseburger, when I bit into my cheeseburger there was a black hair in the middle of my burger .. when I called to speak to a manager all she had to say was "well we wear hair nets" or you can bring it back and fix it .. when I'm on my lunch break at work I don't have time to take a burger back to be fixed .. manager was rude and I think the staff should watch how they are preparing food

Dairy Queen employees/ manager/ gm

Daniela the store manager at the Whittlesey rd in Columbus, Georgia has a very bad attitude. I will never go back or ever recommend this DQ to anyone! Get her out ASAP before she ruins the business! I over heard her complaining to other employees about one of the employees which is very unprofessional. This ship will sink if you keep her in the store!

Dairy Queen poor customer service

Thursday November 29, 2018

Today I, Tyler Wilson, experienced something very unacceptable and unwelcoming. I came to the fast food chain Dairy Queen and I wanted to order a water with my friends a group of 6. We sat at a nearby table to get our money correct and I was being stared at. We were asked to leave almost immediately by 2 men that worked there. We were all concerned and asked "why?" They said that we had to make an order to stay. So, we went to get the order as planned from the beginning. After we PLACED AN ORDER for the water and PAID for it, we sat back down. We were yet AGAIN asked to leave. We refused at this point, due to the ridiculous amount of workplace bullying. One man in particular would not leave us alone and kept telling us that we need to make an order or that we need to wait outside in the rain. This was very unprofessional and uncalled for.

Dairy Queen employees and atmosphere

The Dairy Queen closest to me is in the next town over Beattyville Ky 41311. The day time it's a different place calm and nice customer service. But late in the evening when my child is off from school it's like entering a night club of party zone. The music the employees are blaring over top of the store music is horrible very bad language. Most employees are handling fowl language also. I have heard comments of candy weed and cookies with so many granns of weed in them. Sounds like they may be exchanging drugs at work or possibly providing more than food to some people. This needs done something done about ASAP. Just install a hidden camera you will have all you need

Dairy Queen food quality

We are Dairy Queen 'regulars' - so know what to expect. The Dairy Queen in Penticton is under new management, and the quality has suffered a lot. We never get exactly what we order. The hamburger (usually ultimate or double cheese bacon) is usually missing the bacon. we get Moolattes - no whip cream, or drizzle. When we ask specifically for those toppings - they give a very small dollpop of W C on the top - size of a quarter. If we don't ask - no 'xtras' - actually on menu board it shows toppings etc, but they leave that out. Worst - consistently - dairy queen anywhere. we are travel quite a bit in the valley for work - and promised ourselves not to stop there AGAIN! It's is way below the standards of any other Dairy Queen we visit between vernon and Osoyoos BC

Dairy Queen owner/unhealthy work environment

I was employed by this dairy queen franchise. The owner Allie Waller is paying her employee's with cash to avoid taxes. She claims that every employee has been either overpaid or underpaid, leaves out hours every pay period and when brought to her attention nothing is done about it. She is not running a safe environment for the staff. Sexual misconduct in the work place with several employees and one female manager. The manager is 25 and preys on the vulnerable teenagers who work there. Food is kept at the wrong temperatures. Copper wires are exposed on the cone dip warmer. The time clock is always off. I worked there for several months and only saw her three times including my interview. Sexual Harrassment has been reported and ignored. Children 16 and 17 are working in an unsafe and unhealthy environment. Something needs to be done about this location immediately. I quit this location 2 weeks ago. I could not tolerate or ignore the escalating amount of wrongdoings any longer. I am not a disgruntled employee. I am a mother and a 36 year old woman in the workforce in middle Tennessee. I am a concerned member of this community and town. Please take seriously.

Dairy Queen drive thru

My family went through the Drive thru after my daughters game in Mountain Grove. We had to wait at the speaker for close to 7 minutes before asking someone to take our order. There was no other cars in the drive thru at that time. We pulled up to the window and sat for close to 16 more minutes. Finally someone opened the window and asked for the money. She started handing out the blizzards, dropped one on the ground. Never said sorry or sorry about the wait. She forgot our Texas toast, our strawberry sundae too. We got the rest of our food. I asked to speak to the manager he apologized, tried to have the girl apologize as well. I asked him my receipt and some napkins. This was a very poor representation of Dairy Queen. I hope the service there isn't this bad.

Dairy Queen carrollton dairy queen

I had my small dog in my hands while my grandma ordered her food and mine, I was tying to look at the menu on the wall to see what I wanted to tell my grandmother to get me. When I first walked in a worker said such a cute dog! I proceeded to figure out what I wanted and was told that dogs weren't allowed in, I said I'm trying to figure out what to eat and I'll go outside once I figure it out. Then she proceeded to call her manager and I was told to get out they don't allow dogs in here. I said I'm trying to figure out something to eat? And she then kicked me out. I didn't get any food and my grandmother didn't get me anything because I was kicked out. I had him in my hands and I was going to leave right when I found what I wanted. This all happened in the span of three minutes. I have been to the Carrollton Dairy Queen before and they were so sweet to my dog and I, this time I was kicked out and yelled at and didn't even get my food. I'm very disgusted by this action of this woman manager for being so rude to me. I hope you have a talk with her.

Dairy Queen waited 20 mins on food manager was rude

I never complain but tonight was crazy. I know they was busy but I waited 20 mins on my food and ask for a refund the girl on front went to get then manager and he came and acted rude about it but that wasn't the issue. The issue is I could smell alcohol coming off him strong when did fastfood let there employs drink while there on the job in felt so bad for the crew members someone needs to do something

Dairy Queen chicken fingers

I attended a DQ store in Davidson Saskatchewan last Thursday on my way from Regina to Saskatoon. I ordered the chicken fingers and was quite surprised to receive four rather small pieces. I often attend the DQ in Lawson Heights in Saskatoon and have always been impressed by both the cleanliness and staff. I often order the chicken at that store and clearly the size of the chicken strips are noticeably larger. When I mentioned this to the staff in Davidson my concern was dismissed quite abruptly. While I will continue to patronize the store in Saskatoon I will no longer stop in Davidson.

Dairy Queen does anyone actually care

I've contacted dq about 3 times for 3 different occasions the first time they sent me a 10$ gift card... to shut me up when I just wanted the manager to contact me, he never got around calling me. The second was because every time I go to the white rock location they always give me the wrong order or wrong blizzard. And no one has gotten back to me. The third time I contacted them it was a nasty letter and I'm still fighting for it. The manager of white rock never follows up with the complains, head officer doesn't respond to my emails, all I want is to speak with someone, and get my order right and for all the messed up orders I would actually lile to receive some sort of complementary card. I pay 6$ for an ice crepe that isn't even right, each time. Mostly melted, sometimes I have to fight for them to make me a new one. One employee told me do I have to... it would just be nice to be taken seriously for once.
