Dairy Queen 6 pack of dilly bars

We paid for 6 bars but when we got them home there were only 3 in the box (Sun. June 3, 2018) As we live out of town, I did not get back there until today (June 5). I took the empty box with me and explained to the girl (manager?) what had happened. She said unfortunately there is nothing I can do about it. She would have had to be notified the day it happened. My word was not good enough (I am 75 yrs. old). It was like maybe I was lying/scamming. A replacement for the ice cream was not that important to me. I wanted them to know this had happened. I guess my advice to others is open the box, empty it in front of them and count them. I will not do business with this one again.

Why didn't you check the box before leaving Dairy Queen if you live so far away. And yes, you should have let them know right away if you were missing items. They have no way of telling who is lying and who is not. I'm sure people try to scam them all the time.

Dairy Queen regular fries

I went thru their drive thru and ordered a regular fries, and recieved a regular fry box with not even half full of fries. Came back and the girl told me they cant make anymore fries as they are closing in 15 minutes. I called and talked to the manager and his name is Veeru to let him know what happened, and the manager did not handle the situation properly, did not apologize nor work it out with me. Was very unproffesional and very not manager-like. I, myself work at a fast food restaurant as an HR person and deal with costumer's complain every single day, and After this incident I could definitely say that not every fast food restaurant managers knows how to deal with costumers properly. Dairy Queen clothing/cleaning equipment

First off I want to remain anonymous but my daughter works at the store located in Crawfordsville Ind and I want to know why these girls are only given one shirt for there uniform? The store just got new ones but none of the girls working there got any the new ones are given out to the new people that start there. Some times my daughter works four nights in a row and has to constantly wash her shirt or wear it in dirty! I don't get it! NOW for the big complaint! They were cleaning one evening on the drink dispensers and the knobs and in side the containers had mold in them they are lucky no one got sick! I think some one needs to do a surprise visit to our Dairy Queen and set some things straight with the managers etc...

Dairy Queen free dilly bar survey

I purchased 2 large ice cream cones. on the receipt, it said you could take the survey and get a dilly bar. the receipt said to enter the phone number [protected] as the code. I went to the fan survey and entered the phone number and the survey kicked me out and said i did not have the right code.

I eat at DQ on a regular basis. each of the receipts says to fill in the survey and get a dilly bar. If i eat there 3 days apart, the survey says to come back after a certain period of time to take the survey again. is there a time frame between taking the survey. If so, they should state it on the receipt what the requirements are. It makes it sounds like you can get a dilly bar each time you visit and fill out the survey.

Dairy Queen terminated of not securing assets, but had no proof I was the one at fault.

I was employed at Dairy Queen in Russell Springs, Ky. Hired on February 5, 2018. At first I started off on night then moved to days, learn front line then moved on to drive through to have the opportunity to go full time. So after 3 months I got full-time. Going into my 4th month, on Friday May 22nd after I clocked in I was asked to go to the office. The shift leader Coty Hills and another shift Leader Chantel Hoyt. I was told I was being terminated for money coming up short on my register. Was told they didn't say I took the cash that was missing neither did cameras show I took anything. But since my name was used more than anyone else fingers got pointed at me. I was in total shock. I was speechless. A note was posted about a week earlier that if your register was short you was responsible for the money to pay it back or get wrote up. Even though I didn't take the money I offered to pay it back, that option didn't apply to me. I was wrote up 5 different times that week and was never told about the first write up. I was given all 5 write ups at once. So still in shock I'm like what just happened. I asked like how much was I short for the week. Was told around $80.00. I honestly do believe their in the wrong. I've asked to talk to them about the situation and no one will talk. I believe I was set up. I wasn't the only one using that register. Yes most of the day but when I was on a break then a manager would take over. I was wrongfully terminated and I want answers or my job back...

Dairy Queen dirty and tired restaurant and very poor service

I had lunch at the Dairy Queen on Stony Plain Road and approx 180 Street in Edmonton this past Monday (May 28, 2018). I realize that not all DQ's have been renovated but this location should be closed down. I ordered from someone who felt it was my honor to be served by her..including no smile...no thank you. Very poor service. I then sat down and realized how old and dirty the restaurant was. I took pictures to show the floor including the laminate dance floor in the middle of the 1980's tile. Also, you may notice the black on the bottom of the tables and chairs. That is dirt and grease...It is absolutely disgusting and I am surprised that City of Edmonton has not shut down this restaurant. I spent $13.00 on lunch. Dairy Queen blizzard

I ordered a few blizzards through the drive through window and both of the cups had damage on the sides causing a large mess in my car. It was very noticibly spilling out of the sides I am not sure how it was unnoticed before handing me the cups I also work in the food industry and I know it's an easy fix. I am a frequent customer and would appreciate it if every experience was pleasent.

Dairy Queen food

So i went to the dairy Queen/ orange Julius in Mayfield heights... First off the establishment smelt like rotten cheese.. the girl working the register was nice but didn't know what she was doing and i didn't get a receipt which i thought about later, but most cashier's are supposed to ask always. I asked for a chocolate brownie blizzard at first it didn't seem like she knew what that was but then found it on her screen.. And she said ohh chocolate like that's not what i said.. so 2 minutes later the other girl behind the counter served my blizzard upsidedown like expected then me and my friend left. I proceed to eat my blizzard only to find a thick straight black hair in my cup. So i thru my blizzard out the window in anger and disgust. I would like to be reimbursed for my purchase ASAP.

Dairy Queen expired dressing at dairy queen

I ordered two crispy chicken blt salads through the walnut grove, langley dairy queen drive thru. I only go to dairy queen for salads because I love their honey mustard dressing. When I got home, it was not crispy - it was grilled chicken and the dressing expired 3 months ago. I decided to deal with it the next day as I was hungry so I just ate something else instead. When I went back the next day, I figured I could just exchange the expired dressing for one that is not spoiled. But, they tried giving me expired ones again after I explained the scenario. Then they tried giving me dipping sauce instead of dressing. Then they told me that they did not have any other honey mustard dressing that is not expired. So I explained that the dressing is the only reason I get this salad so I asked what can they do for me. The supervisor explained how she can't do anything because I did not have a receipt (I mean, who keeps receipts from fast food nowadays!?). They put the expired packet back in the container and I told them that they can't be giving people expired dressing. The supervisor said I will have to come back when the manager is in. I mean, what is the point in having a supervisor that isn't able to satisfy customer needs? She should have been able to either refund me the salad or offer a free salad in the future. She should not have told me to make another trip when the manager is in.

Dairy Queen dangerous items in food

My boyfriend and I ordered two number twos from the Rockville Indiana dq and he took about three bites of his sandwich and bit into a screw! I then proceeded to try and call. I called three separate times and got no answer. This is absolutely ridiculous and they are lucky he isn't seriously injured. I will be sure to talk to the owner about this also. I will be finding out who played a part in this and if it was a prank or just an accident.

Dairy Queen worker would not service customer because she had a big order already.

I was at the Lycoming Mall in Pa and it was 4:54 (mall closes at 5:00 pm) and I got in line to make a purchase and the worker told me sorry "I'm going to be closing I already have a 10 item order to fill. She would not let me make a purchase. The stand shoukd of still been open another 6 minutes and should be taking customers orders until closing. Very disappointed in service from this dairy queen.

Dairy Queen food and service of manager

I went and bought 2 .4 piece chicken meal the chicken you could break and it was dry like it was under the heat lamps and the 13 fries i got were cold and HARD.went to talk to the female manager and all she said to me is you get what you pau for and nothing she can do about it.So i then asked for my money back and she blantley told me that it was not there policy to refund money.all i want is my money back for a clearly low quality product that dairy queen served

Dairy Queen employees

The employees were extremely rude they didn't give me a straw, then an African American boy told my boyfriend his friend "likes white boys" then they asked my boyfriend if he wanted this girls number, when my boyfriend said no a skinny white girl said "that [censored] look 12" this is completely disgusting to have this type of behavior in your establishment. the time was around 9:30 on Saturday the 26th. at the webster groves MO location.

Dairy Queen employee being rude

I was visiting the Ridgetop Dairy Queen today, and at first, things were going well. I was having a wonderful birthday and I stopped by to get some ice cream with my family. Going through the drive thru, it was hard to understand the employee, but I was able to deal with that. However, things took a turn for the worse when I got to the window. The first thing I saw was an employee just glaring at me. He wasn't the one that greeted me, however, even though he was totally capable of doing it. After sitting at the window for a solid minute, someone finally greets me with the same employee standing behind the greeter. After being cashed out, they go to get my food, with that same employee just glaring at me. I smiled and waved, but he just kept on glaring. He did walk away at some point, but he seemed to be making my root beer float. When he came back with it, not only did it seem to be made wrong, as every other time I ordered a root beer float, the ice cream was down the side and the root beer filling it up to the top. However, this time the ice cream was just floating on the top. It also wasn't filled up all of the way. Overall, it looked very unappealing. I got a glance at his name tag and I'm pretty sure it said 'Raj.' With his service, I don't want to visit here anymore. As long as he isn't there, I would still love to visit, as it really is a nice place with great ice cream.

Dairy Queen dairy queen

Got in the car at 9:30 last night I wanted to take the family for blizzards got there at exactly 9:40 they had all the lights off one kid was taking out the garbage I asked why were the lights off he ignored me and went back into the store I looked inside and there were 3 young guys in there playing around i live in spring Hill Tennessee a nice Lil town but I promise you if this is not addressed myself or anybody I know will not be back!

Dairy Queen cleanliness

So, I came into the Silverdale Dairy Queen on Ridgetop Blvd NW, and I was in the lobby. I saw the shorter Hispanic man working in the grill area preparing some other customer's burger and I saw him lift the back of his shirt up and scratch it with the gloves that he was using for the burger. He then continued to make the burger without changing his gloves or washing his hands. I then saw him finish the burger and put it in the area under the monitor that has the current orders showing, saw someone put it on a tray and who called it out to the customer who ordered it. He then continued to make other people's orders with the same gloves. I feel very disgusted by this act of uncleanliness and the unwelcoming crew members and I would not recommend this restaurant to others. I will not be coming back to this location again.

Man, some people these days! Today, I saw a man that looked very similar to your description today just glaring at me. It also was in the same place! I don't know why he's still working there, honestly. It seems like he's just rude and unclean, not caring about what the customers may say.

Dairy Queen management

I was in russellville KY Dairy Queen 2 days ago on the 23rd of may. I watched a manager shove an employee because she was "in her way" with a whole walkway between them. She seems to be very violent, this management is not good & the employees seem to be treated with no respect! With the way that it seems the employees are treated, I will not be returning to Dairy Queen anymore, I think this needs to be resolved.

Dairy Queen root beer float

Imagine my surprise when I walk into the brand new DQ Chill & Grill, located on Union Cross Rd, Kernersville NC 27284, and find out they wouldn't serve what I asked for?

I ordered a root beer float; the clerk said they don't have them. I look up at the menu board and say:

"You have Barq's root beer and you have vanilla ice cream; you're telling me I cannot get these 2 items put into the same glass/cup/ container?"
Her reply, "No, we can't do that".
My reply, "This is ridiculous!"

I walked out and, I will never go back again!

Dairy Queen service

At the McCarran/Mae Anne location in Reno NV, on 5/24/18 around 18:40 the drive thru services was the worst I've ever experienced. After saying hello multiple times and waiting close to 5 minutes to place my order, the female employee was extremely rude to me. When I got to the window to pick up my order it was wrong. When my order was re-made I asked "is there spit on my burgers", the employee said "their shouldnt be". I then asked to speak to the manager who was just as rude and shut the window on me and walked away. I can't convey how upsetting this experience was. No paying customer should be spoken to the way I was by employee or manager, and no paying customer should fear their food is contaminated. I would like to request a full refund for the meal I did not eat.

Dairy Queen worsening behavior

Person in drive thru order board isn't really what you call friendly. She sounds so forceful and unwilling, it's uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I don't know if she's having a bad day but please don't make your customer's day as bad. It's my first time visiting north side dq but I may not have the liking to come back. I was having a rough morning at work and I just thought that lunch at dq would refresh this things up but I stand corrected.

Food was great just change the attitude of your employee(youre supposed to be friendly to customers)
