I made a purchase on 11/8/17 and I was expecting to receive it on 11/15/17; and after waiting until 7pm, the UPS tracking showed "return to sender, as sender request", I called twice to Customer Service, never got an answer and the great courtesy option was a refund... That is not a courtesy of good Customer Service, that is my right after your company screw my purchase and now they told me, items are out of stock... Customer Service was poor, and lack of knowledge, and as a member, at least a courtesy email would be nice instead of make me wait the whole day.. I would not recomend to use to anybody.

    Your complaint is hard to read due to your grammar. It sounds like they were unable to get the product to you and instead offered you a refund. If that is correct, there isn't anything else they can do for you.
