CNDirect I am complaining about the customer service received after receiving the incorrect colour product

I received an garden umbrella and stand from your company. The colour was brown when I had ordered grey. Customer service tried to tell me that the colour in the brochure was misrepresented and that I had received grey, it just may not look grey! Order number 3217050.
I was asked to take a picture of the item and my order where i'd specified GREY. This I did. They then offered a discount I responded saying I would not use it and wished to return it. I explained that I am at high risk to COVID and not allowed to leave the house I do not have access to a printer. They responded that I didn't need a printer and to write out the address and request a receipt from the booked carrier Hermes. Hermes arrived a week later and refused to take the item without a label, saying that even if they could they wouldn't offer a receipt.
The service has been terrible and accusatory.

CNDirect Order of birkenstock sandals

I ordered a pair of birkenstock sandals for my daughter. I used PayPal, and never received the product. I have tried emailing your company, and calling. Nothing! I am issuing a complaint with my bank to retrieve payment if I do not hear back from you. And since I need to make my complaint li get apparently, you may want to consider making your site easier, and less shady looking. Its obvious what you guys are up to, and I should've known better.

CNDirect ancheer 25" mountain e-bike (an-eb001)

My E-bike wad shipped without a battery. The carton was not properly secured the staples wasn't holding it together. Looks as if it was opened and tied with tie wraps .The package slip say that the battery was included, but it wasn't in the carton. Tried contacting the seller by phone and email with no results. This is the third written complaint in one week, and there is no response from the seller. I purchased an Ancheer E-bike on 3/9/18 thru paypal. It was delivered a week later on 3/16/18 and the order was not complete. The 36 volt lithium ion Battery was missing but was listed on the package slip inside the carton. My phone calls are sent to voicemail, a message is left including phone number and still no response from the seller.

The battery was included in the sale but, when I received the bike, there was no battery delivered. The packing slip included a 36 volt lithium ion Battery. Is the battery being shipped separately? The bike was paid in full via debit card for the price of $499.99. I already own a non electric mountain bike and I ordered the electric bike for age and health reasons. I love the structure of the bike and would love to have taken it for a cruise when it was delivered. Its all assembled and so far, it just lacks the battery.

We purchased an Ancheer bike as well. The throttle button was broken. Can't even use it as an electric bike, and same issue, no response from the company. They have a recording of a man saying "Hello, " but nothing else. Emailed, sent FB message, I don't understand. Is this place legitimate? I don't see anyone posting negative feedback about their customer service. I'm out $615!

CNDirect not receiving clothing I bought

Hello my name is Sophie and I bought a hoodie we're it was written "hangover hoodie" on CNdirect's website on January 9 2017 over a year from now and I would lovely like to have my money back.

And I payed with a girft card, it cost me 16.12$ I also have a photo that I screenshoted just to remember that I payed arrived to the checkouts. Looking forward to an answer. Sophie

CNDirect gold hoverboard purchased a week ago

I purchased my son a gold bluetooth hoverboard a week ago with free shipping and it said the estimated arrival time was 3-7 business days haven't received it yet or heard anything about it and my visa card was charged I wanna know what's the hold up is and if I don't hear anything soon I would like my money to be credited back to my card. CNDirect fingerling /happy monkey

Long story short I ordered a fingerling off of cndirect website. It showed the actual company Wowwee, Fingerling Momey with actual pictures and description. I ordered it on Nov 25 and paid for expedited shipping (6-12) After the 12th day I emailed the company and got a bunch of crap from a rep named Fiona stating it will take longer due to it being the holiday season. I stated I paid extra for shipping, the entire point of it. Anyway, the tracking wouldn't update so I kept emailing and got a bunch of bull. Around Dec 20th I started asking for a refund because I knew it wasn't going to be here and this was the gift they wanted the most. Fiona, stated it will be here before Xmas. On the 24th I emailed her and she told me to check at the post office. I told her no that it should be at my house, not there and besides they're closed. She then said "oh deliverman probably on holiday. Holiday in states right now." I almost lost it. After Xmas I emailed and demanded a full refund. Once again it was ignored. Fiona said it will arrive the next day. I said I don't want it anymore, it's already after Xmas and we ordered her a new one because we had no clue when it was going to arrive. Well it did arrive on the 27th however the package was small and flimsy. It was crushed down. Upon opening it half of the box was almost flat. I pulled it out and almost died. It was not a fingerling but a cheap rip off version called happy monkey. I turned the thing on and it wouldn't say anything other than hello. It was literally stuck on one word. I took pics and a video of the monkey and sent an email off to the company. Fiona emailed me back a few days later asking me for pics and a video. I stated that it was already sent to check your inbox. From then on I never heard from her again. I kept emailing the company, about a week later a new rep wrote me and apologized for the shipping and it being broke. She offered me 14$ for a refund. But not my shipping costs. I took it because I knew I wasn't going to get anything else. They didn't ask for it back but I kept asking her why I was sent a fake version and not the one they advertised and the one I ordered and paid for. It took a few emails but she finally said that it's the same thing just in a different box. We all know it's not the same thing to say the least. This company should be closed down and sued for all the people they ripped off especially at Christmas. I don't know how they are still open to be honest especially to be able to do business here in the states. I hope enough people will read these reviews and not buy from them, not ever and something is finally done. I don't know how these people live with theirselves knowing what they do to people.

CNDirect birkenstocks

They sent birkenstocks in a box that appears to be authentic. The box states made in Germany. There is then a put sticker on it that says made in China. Not authentic! The box also arrived very damaged and took a very long time to come. It is very obvious this is from China, but being advertised as being authentic. I will post a picture of the box.

CNDirect fingerlings

I have already sent in one complaint about this.
I ordered 3 fingerlings November 23, 2017 from CN direct. I was charged $67.29. I still have not received them! Please reimburse my money. It was stated on their shipping information they would be here before Christmas.
I am very disappointed they have not been received and my kids were disappointed not to get them for Christmas. I have not received any response from my first complaint.

CNDirect blue hoverboard

On december 20th 7:53pm I purchased a blue 2 wheel electric self balancing scooter for $139.90 express shipping claims to be 3-7 business days. My order number is cnno1q774 I don't think I signed up to place the order but I have the email confirmation I would like to hear what's the hold up my email is [protected]@gmail.com I really don't have much to say but your site insists that I have more to complain about theirs no issues with the proceeds I could either get a refund or my order! I can't pass out christmas gifts because of this which is horrible because it's been past 7 business days was the express line closed for the holiday?

CNDirect fingerlings

Received four fingerlings...not one was a real fingerling...1 came and was out of packaging . Come.to find out thid was in a beat up fingermonkey box. So it wasnt a fingerling. 2 others came and do not even work!xome to find they arent the true fingerlings either! I am trying to get my money back and im not getting any response! I'm going to better business bureau and going thru PayPal where I paid for them! What a bunch of crap and sad kids for Christmas . INTERNET SCAM

CNDirect I don't know

My credit card was used to buy something on cndirect.com. My bank texts me the amount charged to my credit card that I did not do the transaction. My bank has already locked the card and will act something to stop this payment. I want to inform you and pls do not ship the item to the person. My card number is [protected], name Nguyen lan Huong. The amount charged is 12, 329, 349VND (about 500usd).
My phone is +84.904.198870.
Pls advise if this works to prevent your deal with the theft. Thanks a lot, Huong.

CNDirect fingerlings

We ordered 5 fingerlings and I can't figure out why they are not here yet. I would kindly like a refund so I can get something else for my kids stockings. The total charged to Our Card was $80 and some change. I have order number as well in pictures I will post below. Cell [protected] email [protected]@yahoo.com. I am aware that some people are saying that the website I used is a scam but I could even be happy with generic fingerlings as my kids are young and wouldn't know the difference. This was a joke! I ordered 3 of them and they were not the real thing, they were not in a box of any sort, wrapped in saran wrap and taped! They could of easily been used also, I have never in my life received anything like this and spent almost $50 on the 3. How in the world can a store do this. I would definitely like a refund and a apology for this type of service and the product!

CNDirect hair color wax

I purchased and paid for two hair color waxes on 11/22/17. I have not heard anything at all from the compsny. Along with still not receiving the items. I have tried to contact them however their website has no contact numbers. I've sent them messages I. Their online refund submission form. I tried Google searching contacts for them and all the US numbers do not work. I feel as if was was scammed. I purchased them as Christmas gifts and not only will they not be here for that but I also am out my money.

CNDirect happy monkeys

all the monkeys I ordered were substardard and either did not work or repeated the same word over and over again. I have sent several messages but you refuse to respond. I am quite sure this is the norm for you that you rip people off by selling this junk! You have blocked me on your facebook web site but I will make sure everyone knows about the trash you sell unsuspecting people.

CNDirect fingerlings are fake knock offs

I ordered 5 fingerlings and received some bull#$%t baby monkeys instead the white one the sent one off the paws wasn't even painted left white not tan I would like a full refund fro. Cndirect bad customer service left I g company sell fake products they don't even offer a complaint department on web site total ripp off how would they like it i f we played them with fake money exactly they wouldn't like it well we don't like fake products 95 $ wasted on some rip off company I will continue to post negative reviews on internet until I'm refunded thanks [protected]@gmail.com

CNDirect fingerlings

I have a print out of my order being accepted by this company on Nov 3 2017.
I have been waiting for my package. decided to go to the web site and track my order #CNN4W1TO4. They have no record of this order on my account.
I am canceling my order now. I shall also be following any charges on my card.
I will not pay for it. Will head off to stores and try yo find a replacement for my granddaughter. Very dissatisfied by the add.

CNDirect customer service

I ordered 2 Fingerlings for my daughter's over a month ago. I paid for expedited shipping and still have not received items even though I was charged. I have sent numerous emails and still have not received items or when I can expect to receive them. I will NEVER order from this company again since no one helps over there or sends the items that they charge you for.
