Chipotle Mexican Grilldouble paying

I ordered online and payed for my order online and went to go pick it up and they said they didn't get an order. So I went back to my house and tried to order again and called before I left this time to see if they even got the order but they did not again. I payed both times online so I got double charged and did not receive food, I need a refund.

    It sounds like there was an issue with their website. Did you review the location on your order confirmation? When you went to pick it up, why did you leave to re-order online instead of just ordering it in person? Either way, you will need to contact Chipotle directly for assistance. If they cannot help you, you could always try to file a dispute with your bank, though that would be a last resort.
