This restaurant which is located in Raymore, Missouri, is not a clean restaurant and not a restaurant that is ran efficient. The most recent evening I visited this restaurant was tonight on June 13, 2025, AT 8:00PM cst. The restaurant line was full, however the workers informed the customers there was NO RICE as well as there was NO LETTUCE! i asked to speak with the manager and the manager on this date and the manager informed me that they ONLY had rice for the online orders and would not and could not provide the rice for the bowls to the customers that was in line which was about 15 or more customers in line. THIS IS TERRIBLE! My question is this... Why was there not enough supplies ordered for this store so that we as the customers did not have to face this issue!
I am a resident of Belton/Raymore and I have always had issues with particular location. This store needs better management, cleaning is a issue and customer is terrible! I usually go out of my neighborhood to another Chipotle to get better service and better food!
Desired outcome: Better management, Clean store, better food(hot and better portions) and keep update to date on supplies such as food. There is no way that is restaurant should ever be OUT of RICE and LETTUCE!
