I had come to your store front at 10:30 to order food, unaware you opened at 10:45. I was yelled at by one of your employees from the behind the bar that the store doesn't open for another 15 minutes.
I roamed around the area, came back at 10:41 in hopes of recieving some slightly early service since it was only a few minutes till opening. Again, I was yelled obnoxiously at by the same employee, "we're not open!"
Although I was extremely annoyed at that point I waited outside, just to see employees sitting around on their phones, throwing cups at each other, and laughing. One minute before opening, 10:44 A.M., I opened the door to again be told, "we are not open!"
By that point I had just had it. Even with a couple of seconds left till opening, I decided I would find another place to eat. I would rather inconvenience myself and lose more time then deal with a store with such rude and unprofessional employees.

Hello; my william I went to chipotle 05/22/2025 1838 webster NY around one, lunch time and wanted stake bowl well done ,because the stake meat was still red and half done I ask nicely if I could get my stake meat cook or re-heat to the correct specified temperatures and was told no and the manger said all chipotle serve they stake meat half done ,and I know this not true because I have gotten well done bowl from other chipotles and she refuse to serve m well done stake meat ,like I order, so left and told her Persona the manger I would report it...
