I had some fraud activity in my account and chase happened to restrict my account. My last two checks were submitted into the closed account, even though I was told that no activity can take place. But like the many times, chase representatives always deliver false information. I was told to give them a call once my claim report is finalized so I can receive my funds. I've called every week for the past 2 months and still they would tell me the same issue, that my money will be sent to me. NO MONEY YET! I'm tired of calling and being put on hold for hours just to see where my money is. If I don't see or hear about my money by tomorrow I will bring a lawyer into this. It is not right that I have to keep harassing this bank for My Money! If it was the other way around, my money would have been added interest and doubled.
