Captain D's / horrible customer service.!!!

I had the worst service at the Louisville Ky. Preston hwy location. The cashier was under the influence, his eyes were 89% closed. Cashier gave my food away to customers before me. When I asked how much longer my order would be, he looked at me like he had never seen me before. Cashier asked for my receipt, yet him and the other cooks asked me what I ordered 5-7 times. I was thinking that they were making my food, but they wasn't if they had to ask me what I ordered again. Workers kept pushing out other customers orders, but had me waiting for my food about 45 minutes. Never once offered me my money back when everyone else in the restaurant was saying that they should and were wrong for steadily skipping my order. Then when I called the corporate office to explain, the person I spoke with seemed pretty unconcerned.
