Burger King service

Stopped at Burger King on the Ohio Turnpike plaza 14959 one employee was flirting with a girl- 2 standing around not doing anything- after 5 minutes standing there the one kid I'll be with you in a minute and walked to the back to another room- the other two following- I stood there another 10 minutes waiting for someone to come out which no one did - then a different guy was walking back from break and asked me where everyone was- I said in the back room- he came around and waited on me the receipt said his name was Delvonte- after he was completely done taking my order then making my food the others came out from the back carrying on - the place was also filthy - pop was spilled all over the counter which the lazy employees were ignoring

Burger King everything, sadly

This store in Redmond, Wa seriously needs help. It's difficult to tell if it's an owner issue, or an employee issue. They need more employees. My shoes are ruined from the VERY sticky floor. No ice in the soda machine. Drive thru says it's open, but was blocked off. Employees are visually unhappy. Please get someone to inspect and assist immediately. I'm sure there are other sanitary issues going on as well.

Burger King burger king

I am complaint burger king on 675 E rand Wellington heights in 60004. on friday 28 le September 2018. de come on Drive thruth de started ordering a whopper meal. When de asked te Lady for total she told us $8.99 so de decide yo used a cupón and she say I got it. she dont want to Cancel de first order. and start talking bad. she called her mánager pig. saying I cant Cancel your order bcause my boss os not her he is sleeping like a pig. and she start recording us. make us wait more than 20 minutes never give te food. she call us mexicans. her name is leticia. this Lady was so rude. she dont never to be tiene w tita actitud.

Burger King customer service and ordering

I pulled up at the drive thru at 12:40 and sat for a min for someone to come on the mic and say we are closed 20 mins early than what they should, Burgerking missed money and I didn't get my food, I've worked in customer service enough to know that you don't close early cause it's saturday night and you are suppose to provide great customer service, I guess even down to the managers because they let the place close early with no explanation. Thanks you for your time

It was a simple order which was:
4 Cheese Burgers
2 Cheese Burgers with
Double Mayo & Double Onion
3 Spicy Chicken Jr's

Well all sandwiches were rushed when made as it was only one couple other than us within the restaurant. So, there was no need to rusj sandwiches at all. The Cheese Burger buns were cold, the cheese was not melted at all. The condiments was barely there on the sandwiches at all. I can keep hoing but this is not in any way shape or for standard from burger king. A phone call was made to the restaurant once we obeserved the horrible sandwiches. We requested the Manager as a you sounding girl answered the phone and stated she was rhe manager. We explained the problemed sandwiches and this young sounding female stated the manager will call us Back as all Info was left in detail to call us back. We stated thought you was the manager and she said have a nice day and hung up on us. We were never contacted back from any employe or burger king from this location. Is this why this particular Burger King seems to be empty majoritt of the time. Extremely not happy.

Burger King employee smoking in uniform

I'm tired of seeing Burger King workers in there uniform smoking weed. This should be unacceptable. Even if they not on the job they are still making a bad reputation on this facility. I see the same employee shonica smoking weed in the uniform and sometimes on the job. Y'all not handling so I'm guessing I'm going to have to go another way. Thank you

Burger King the whopper

I picked up three whoppers last Wednesday here, waiting for them I watched the lady making them just through them together and then proceed to squish them down the slider .they guy bagging them seen this and still bagged them I thought I was over reacting until I got home and opened them, they were squished and were made like pig slop . I've never received this type of service before from this store but I was deeply disappointed as I was hungry and it's my favourite place to go . I do have photos of them I would gladly send I'm not a picky eater but it has got to be the worst I've ever gotten thus far . I wanted extra mayo and no onions and I got extra onions and regular mayo that was just mine though .

Burger King drive thru window cashier

On 9/26/18 about 3pm I went in the drive threw at 677 contra Costa blvd burger king and the lady taking tge order told me that a small float would be $3.00. I stay in vallejo ca and I get them three times a week and I dont pay more then $2.00 for a small. I didnt appreciate it and she got very smart and also didnt sound like she even kbew what she was doing. Talking bout they dont have floats.. Then said what her price was.. That was not cool and something needs to be done about it..

Burger King east moline employees (dumb and rude as [censored])

Dear Mr.Big headed burger [censored] I mean King, your very smart and educated employees completely [censored] up every order and than when called out on it because of correcting there paid for error decide to get [censored]ing smart with people its 2018 you think people are going to try for a law suit [censored] no we handle [censored] out selves, Today 9/28/18 around 4pm I ordered a veggie burger sounds kinda gay you dont like it go eat Big Mack's Dick, it was suppose to have NO KETCHUP, EXTR. TOMATO/LETUS unfortunately your employees were on the devils lettus, tons of ketchup one [censored]y tomato a sprinkle of letus, than the [censored] got a attitude, not my fault your bdaddy wont get a job, the correct order and [censored]ing cold and just as [censored]y as the first, I'm going viral with this [censored]! Try [censored]ing drug testing maybe or a Seminar on how to do there [censored]ing job!

Burger King whopper

My coworker and I went to Burger King on Dunn Ave in Jacksonville, Fl. I asked for 2 whoppers off the grill the cashier did not say anything. When we drove to the window to pay for the food that we ordered we asked again could we get the whoppers off the grill the women that took our order said " everyone heard you in here !" Needless to say the whoppers were cold. You would think you company have the advertisement "have it your way " it would have been done. This is the same BurgerKing that was on the news less than 8 weeks ago for letting a woman that was in line waiting to order food, come and prepare her own food. That's a 12 dollars I spent for nothing. I do not like cold food.

Burger King food and employees

I am so upset and frustrated with my visit to burger king on 4th st. Marysville wa. This time was completely unacceptable and a hazard to my family's health. The chicken nuggets were discolored and completely cold. The chicken sandwiches were overcooked and over old and cold. And the whoppers patties were pieced together and cold. All this after specifically asking for all this order to be hot and fresh please. This is not the first time having a bad experience w receiving old and cold food from rude and snooty employees. I will not stay silent any longer.. This is complete b's.. Something has to be done before something devastateing happens. Enuf is enuf already.

Burger King dirty store

Went to the Burger King on m-120 twin Lake Michigan and the floors and service was awful there was wrappers and food all over the floor and it was so messy I ordered but will not be going back there they took about 15 mins for my food and just the messy floors alone made me not want to order I live close to the establishment but I don't think I'll be coming back

Burger King assistant manager

I normally enjoy eating at Burger King. I really like the food, the deals, and everyone who works there. Unfortunately, the assistant manager's ex-wife makes going to Burger King a miserable experience for myself and many others in the community. She makes rude comments to other customers (like calling my wife a dumb [censored]) and to on the clock employees. She shouldn't be allowed to go in there and act like that.

I almost burst out laughing when I read this. I know exactly who you’re talking about. She’s awful. All around wretched and awful in every way. I don’t know why she hasn’t been run out of town. Nobody can stand her.

Burger King customer service

On September 27, 2018 at 12pm at the North first location in Abilene, Texas, I went through the drive through while on lunch break. The female working the drive through window was extremely rude the entire process. From taking my order to handing me my items. While at the speaker, I had ordered my meal, she then came on and said "I didnt get that. What was the order". I then repeated my order louder so she could hear me better. At this point she came back over the speaker with an annoyance in her tone while smacking her lips states "well, I couldnt hear you." I pull up to the window and when she opens the window, I hand her my payment. She literally snatched my debit card from my hand when I handed it to her to pay, she shoved my drink and straw into my hand without even looking at me. But even then I still said thank you however it was met with a slamming window and no other acknowledgement. She then came back to the window and handed my card and meal to me, when I said thank you a second time she again slammed the window and walked away. My entire experience today was met with nothing but rudeness and bad manners. The female would not even look at me, and gave the impression to me that i, as the companys customer, was an inconvenience. Would I recommend this establishment to a friend? No. Will I go back and continue to do business with such rude staff? Probably not.

Burger King chicken sandwich, onion rings and cheeseburger

Hello Burger King! I want to say that I love your chain and I am always stopping by for a quick meal on the go. Recently I had a very bad visit and am very dissatisfied with the service and food I got. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich which is my favorite thing on the menu and unfortunately the chicken was not fresh, and had purple inside of it. Im not sure what that was but I couldnt even eat it. Then I also had onion rings with my meal, and the whole breading was barely on there it was just onions which defeated the whole point and lastly me cheeseburger the meat was ice cold and the cheese wasnt melted. I really do love BK and want to continue eating there but im extremely disappointed with how my visit went, and Im hoping there is something you can do to make this right. Thank you

Burger King the whopper

I ordered a whopper and was very disappointed at what I received as it did not meet any of the qualities of the burger advertised.

I understand that you have to make pictures look good but once I pay for the product I believe that I deserve for it to look and be good. It was messy and the onions, lettuce and tomatoes were just there.

Burger King management disrespectful to production workers.

Wed September 26th, 2018. 06:18pm.
Location 2507 West 12th Street
Sioux falls SD 57104.
The reason I visited this location this lovely evening was to receive a Whopper that replacing the burger I ordered last night that was not prepared the way I ordered.
Walked in, ... Wait before I get to that when I drove in the parking lot, I saw a family two adults one child under three years of age woman was smoking, and the man? I'm thinking ok the woman had her BK uniform on and the guy was in Street clothes? Anyway I walk-in to the register the kitchen was in a state of pandamoneum, disarray, three minutes go by before I'm helped, so while I'm waiting there another customer who has just ordered in walked up to the counter with two burgers that were not prepared correctly. The young men behind the counter started to help myself and the other customer. All is good. Then out of nowhere comes the gentleman that was in the parking lot with the baby with rage in his voice yelling at the workers about getting the job done right and so on... One young man who seemed to be doing his job said are you talking to me? Then the guy from the lot told myself and the other customer, " I'm the head manager" took the two burgers that the other customer was told keep by another BK employee.. And threw them in the trash... He then asked the the hard working employee what are you going to do? He then reply I'll quit... The street clothed manager said out loud go ahead! It's not like I can't replace you... In front of everybody customers and all... From the other side of the register while his daughters blanket around his neck, his baby girl crying in the lobby, total chaos... Myself and the other customer look at each other with discuss, he told me if he's the manager that was totally unprofessional, I told him it's a time and place for everything. The"head manager" then storms out of the store with his baby girl..I couldn't go to bed tonight, not know that someone with the power to put the head manager in his place very disrespectful... It was right around rush hour, and mistakes are going to happen but disrespect is and will not be tolerated no matter who you are, . Very sad.

Burger King don't want to return it hopefully

Can you please explain to me why this particular location is so wrong with things I order? This is not the first time it's happened and I'm sure it won't be the last. It's insane... This has happened 4 times and I ONLY went there because my vehicle broke down and I was with someone else. I'll NEVER return to this particular restaurant. If a restaurant relies on the motto, "Have it your way" why can't they live up to it? I just don't understand it. I work hard for my money and I've NEVER screwed ANYONE out of what I promised. Why can't you do the same? I just don't get it...

Burger King incomplete orders

Yesterday I picked up Burger King for lunch for my roofing crew, get out to the job site and they shorted me a whopper, luckily I got myself lunch to so I was able to give all my guys lunch by giving up mine. Big deal, but not worth a fight so I just let it slide. Today I still wanted that burger I did not get yesterday so figured I'd get both myself and my son food on my way home. My son is 4 and the toy is always a good bargaining tool to get him to eat quickly but instead today I have an upset toddler because your employee could not follow a simple procedure of placing a toy in a kids meal bag. They did get the juice box which you would think should spark the thought of "these are for kids meals, I'm putting a kids meal together, let me grab that toy." As a parent something as small as a missing toy can make for a much more difficult time. I don't feel the problem is entirely your staff, but how you as an employer treat your workers. If they felt you cared about them, they would care about your company and the product they produce. I see this first hand in my own trade, my workers are happy and respected, that is why we put on the best roofs in the Low Country.

Burger King wrong orders and half cooked food

I go to Burger King every morning to pick up biscuits and I never had a problem with that location. Now that I have moved to a new location this Burger King #11685 was more convenient for me to swing by to pick up two biscuits in the morning but the last three times I've been there the order has been wrong or the biscuits was half cooked this will be my last time visiting the store (#[protected] w.craig road and now talking to other people in the area this is the worst location to order food. Corporate needs to get involved with their management to have this location revised. The morning crew is terrible.
