Burger King / service

Hello I went to the Burger King in Louisburg, NC and ordered a rodeo burger meal and a six piece kids meal at the drive thru. When I paid for my meal the time was 6:07 on the ticket I asked for my refund 6:30 . They gave my order to the car in front of me when the customer took my order back inside to tell them they had given them the wrong order a few minutes later they proceeded to bring my order out to me that they gave to the other customer. I was not happy with this and asked for a new meal. After five minutes of waiting I went back inside and asked for a refund. I am very disappointed at service at the Louisburg location please tell me you can do something about the store. I was there for 23 minutes and left with no food this is very upsetting.
