Burger King chicken sandwich and fries tasted bad

I bought two chicken sandwiches with two fries at your store front in Saratoga Springs, Utah. I first notice the fries had a peculiar taste and when I began to eat the sandwich it also tasted off. I did not finish the fries and did not eat the second sandwich.

I used to frequent this location frequently but I have had poor tasting food before. I am not interested in buying food even with coupons which continues to taste poorly. There are other food vendors in the area which do a much better job.

Burger King fresh food

I took my family of five to the burger king near my friends house in concoction it was about 8 o clock at night we ended spending near 50 dollars on a bunch of different things to have since we hardly get fast food. What a waist of my money. The fries were cold and not even filled up to the correct amount per size the nuggets were Okay for the price. My husband's burgers were supposed to be ketchup and mustard only they were made regular, but the worst part was we got 3 large size chicken fries and let me tell you they were as hard and old as can be. I'm not talking coupl hours I mean they were terrible. All three larges couldn't even been eaten by anyone in there right mind. I live about 45 mins away from there and I was not turning back after getting 20 miles in. I was sooo angry I waisted my hard earned money on a meal that no one took the time or effort to make decent. NEVER AGAIN.

Burger King drive-thru cashier

Went thru the drive-thru right before 10p.m. last night and was made to fill as if my wants and needs were a complete inconvenience to the drive-thru cashier. When pulled to speaker we was still figuring out what we was wanting and looking at menu, she said she could take our order and I said I needed time still and before we could figure out she said for me to put in my order not asking if I was ready or if needed more time. It was more her way making it known she wanted us to order already... Asked for sauces at window and said we had to pay bc we didn't order chicken nuggets but our meals had fry's and we was only aloud 1 pack each so any extra needed payed for which I did. After pulling away realized she must not of heard when I asked for salt packs for fries so came back thru the drive-thru when she seen me at window she asked what I needed and told her I needed salt I was told she had one pack in area where the salt packs are stocked and instead of going and getting more to stock up and give me I was handed one salt pack and was told that's all there was. I just felt as if coming to this store was wasting the time of your employees. Very very unwelcoming feeling.

Burger King food

Went to Burger King in Windsor heights, IA. Ordered 3 crispy chickens one turned out hard. I couldn't even break it apart with my hands. when I bit into it I felt it was going to break my tooth. The staff acted like they didn't know what they were doing. Acted very confused when I confronted them about the situation. It was awful I won't go back again.

Burger King poor customer service

We went to the Burger King in Carroll, Iowa on Friday, September 15th around 1:30 p.m. When we got there, we noticed that one entire piece of the menu board was missing. Also, two different kinds of soda were out of order, along with the ice machine. We placed our order, after asking about certain items, because the menu board was missing. We waited 15 minutes for a salad and a Texas Whopper meal. Upon finally receiving our order, my husband noticed that his french fries were cold and very limp. While we were waiting 15 minutes for our order, they obviously did not make fresh fries. When I brought them upfront, they proceeded to hand me a new box right from the same batch that we had just returned on. So, once again cold. At this point, we needed to continue on our trip, so we just ate it. Upon entering the women's restroom, I noticed that one stall was blocked off and marked "out of order". The other stall obviously had not received any cleaning in quite some time either. I used it, flushed the toilet, and proceeded to find that the soap dispenser was broken off the wall and on the floor. Keep in mind, they had 3 people working, and the entire time we were in there, no more than 4 other people came in for food. I think we know why. Obviously, this Burger King needs a lot of help with some issues. Service should NEVER be that slow unless you are swamped. When someone returns a food item, you make them a NEW one. Finally, items that are broken need to be attended to. We have always enjoyed eating at Burger King before, but this one was just a shame.

Burger King wrong preparation of food and disrespectful employees

On at least 4 occasions I have ordered sandwiches without onion due to my allergy to them, and when I get them home they have onions. I have complained and threw away the food because I didn't have the time or inclination to drive back to the store. This last time about ten days ago, I drove back and the employees thought it was funny and were yelling give him extra onions and run onions on the roll. You have the worst employees for fast food in this area. That is probably why several of their stores closed in this area. I have 7 employees and uses to get BK take out frequently. THAT IS DONE. BK is no longer on our list of places to have lunch or dinner when we work late.
Your employees took away food that we enjoyed and made it a place that is considered so bad that I and my employees and family will no longer frequent that BK. Maybe you should send your employees to Chick Filet and let them see what customer service is. They could also learn respect.
BK obviously doesn't understand how important having a good customer service is and I expect this store to go the way the BK Turnersville went, CLOSED!

Burger King poor quality all around

So, I just visited one of the few Burger Kings left in operation in my area. I went out from visiting my elder mother to pick up lunch for us. I went to the nearest location which is Maple Avenue Burlington, NC 27215 (sorry I don't have the store # as I left the receipt on the bag). I had to go inside as the drive thru was temporarily out of service. I ordered for my mother and myself and received rank, old food that was room temperature at best. After an attempt to eat a portion of the food, I prepared to leave my mother stating that I was going back by there to request a refund. The manager came to the register and told me he needed ALL of the food back and stated that I had been gone a half hour also that they don't guarantee the food will be hot once we leave the restaurant or arrive home. I said, you know what? That's okay, just throw it away and I'll call Corporate. He didn't seem moved, concerned nor accountable to his poor conditions at this location. I even asked him, what were they doing with the money's they made? This was the last 'red' penny that this Burger King will ever see from me/us and you must know the value of Social Media? Others will know as well. It was above $7.00 for a $0.00 worth of crap!

Burger King service at burger king

First of all I am regular customer for more then 7 years. I never did complain before. This is the first time I am doing that and hopefully it will change. Whenever I go for my coffee I have to wait recently all the times Either there is customer or no customer but they always make me wait because they have to make fresh coffee that they says to me.If I go through then also I have to wait, what is the problem? It wasn't before like this way and now recently why it's like that way, I don't want any free stuff. I need only smiling face and no waiting for just coffee. Please do somthing and thanku in advance hope my this complain worth for other people too.

Burger King service

After spending $50 at store 6248 we got the worse service I have ever seen in a fast food restaurant first of all told we could not go into the store so went to the drive through and then had to go back when the order was not complete there were people sitting in on doing this they did not want to let us in to let them know it was wrong when they did they were rude and throw the burgers at us and gave us back our change while screaming at someone in the store and not even looking at me not sure how you train your staff but I think it needs looking into after looking at your customer service page all it is full of is bad complaints once again this is the worst experience I have ever had in a fast food restaurant. 09/15/17.

Burger King unethical behavior and burnt food

I went to burger last night in the drive through in Oceanside ny on long beach road around 8 pm and i had the worst service ive ever experienced. i ordered 2 grilled chicken club salads and the young girl at the drive through had told me to pull up away from the window to wait for my food. i pull up and notice 7-10 cars leave with there food in a fast manner while im still waiting for my salads. 15 minutes goes by and still no food. i go inside to ask what is taking so long and the girl i ordered my food with at the drive thru says "oh you didnt get your salads yet?" and looks surprised. I have not only felt completely forgotten about but embarassed as well. i finally get my 2 salads that ive been waiting for, for about 20 minutes now and get home to eat one and both of my salads grilled chicken was COMPLETLELY burnt and dry i didnt even eat it and threw it into the garbage. not only did i just waste money but i wasted my time when i could of taken my business elsewhere.

Burger King service/ food / everything!

I work for the local Fire Department in the area and after Sunday morning training I decided to grab some BK breakfast before heading to the station. I went through the drive through of store #846 and ordered 2 croissants for $4, I specified that I would like a sausage egg and cheese and a bacon egg and cheese. I also ordered a large coffee and an order of hash browns. when I finally got to the window after a substantial wait I was given my items. I said thank you and drove away. Prior to leaving the parking lot I realized that I was holding a cup of cold coffee, coffee that was supposed to be hot (indicated by the fact that it was served in a styrofoam cup). I said "what the heck", I will just have an Iced coffee so I poured my coffee into my creamer (I had creamer with me in another cup) and found the bottom of my cup full of coffee grounds (not just a few, there were so many grounds in the bottom of the cup that only if I turned the cup on it's side could I see the bottom of the cup). I decided to go into the store for a replacement because the drive through was wrapping around the building at this point. When I stepped into the building I noticed a very prominent glass/plexiglass window (the kind that sits between you and the bank teller). There were several people in line waiting after standing there for about 3-4 minutes I went back to my car and retrieved the rest of my order because at this point I didn't want any of it. Back in the restaurant, I find a gentleman in the sitting area tidying up and request a manager (by the way they never came out, and the line is still not moving). The young lady working the drive through walked inside the building a few moments later, saw me standing there and asked with familiarity "is there something wrong with your order" I advised her that I had a problem with my coffee (and showed her) and advised that I would like a refund, she promptly took my food/drink and went into the door behind the glass/plexiglass window. I waited for her to return but she never did so I walked over to the glass and asked if anyone was processing my refund. Another young lady then asked for my debit card and brought back a receipt showing the refund. This would have been it but when the young lady opened the window the music that was loudly playing in the back was distasteful, vulgar, and profanity laced, and the same people were still waiting for their orders and some had not even had their orders taken. This is not something that potential customers should be subjected to. From start to finish, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

Burger King order wrong

Sept 2/2017 Store # 2751. Bacon double cheeseburger only mustard and pickles had no bacon. They made me a new burger this time no pickles. Please cut my burger in half. Sure no problem. didn't happen so back up to the counter. Asked if I wanted whipped cream on my strawberry shake. I said no thank you. Milk shake came with whipped cream. The only that they didn't screw up was the fries but of course by the time I got all the burgers sorted out the fries were cold. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. Sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry didn't cut it after the second one. Never going back. And it's true. Make a mistake and 10 people are told.

Burger King chicken parmesan sandwich

Really? And I get served the buffalo hot sauce which I can NOT eat! Took it back and I had to explain the difference! I watched them fix it and boy am I mad! Slapped it together microwaved it and served it to me! Wish I could include a pic!oh wait I can! Nasty! Batesville Ms store #9264! Get some proper help and where they aren't so rude! Looks bad!

Burger King drive thru

My co-workers and myself frequent the burger King in danville, pa. The past couple of times they have messed up the order and since we are on our lunch break we cannot go back and get what is missing or trade what was given by mistake. We get charged for items and so not receive them. We will no longer be going there and will make sure no one else does also.

Burger King fries and drinks

I have been going to BK for 40 years, as it is the only fast food place where I liked the food. In the last month, at both the BK in Redmond, Oregon and the one in the south end of Bend, Oregon, I have gotten fries that were very unlike any I have had before. They were crunchy instead of crispy and flavorless. In addition at the Bend location, I got tonic water instead of Sprite - no syrup was added. At both locations, workers failed to give me napkins twice and I have had to ask for fry sauce or ketchup, something I used to get automatically. Twice I asked for no pickles and the burgers had them anyway. This is a severe change from decades of good service and I am wondering what is going on. Although I disliked McDonald's food in the past, I have noticed it has improved, while BK has gone downhill.

I have been unhappy that there is no BK where I now live - near La Pine, Oregon, but am considering stopping my patronage. I will not order fries again, as they have changed beyond recognition.

Burger King service

Several weeks ago I finally complain about the drive thru at the location near my home was getting my order wrong all the time and I was too tired to check, I did not realize it until I got home 25 miles away usually I ate what ever they made a mistake with. This was life in a rural area. But the last time they really messed up and I was furious to the point that I was to drive back and let them have but I did not, I filed a complaint, and the next day I spoke with the area director and he sent me some coupons for replacements meals. I had not use the coupons because I keep forgetting them at home, well o finally decided to use them and the lady at the drive thru speaker box was giving me a hard time so when I reach the window, she look at me and said we do not honor these coupons, I said yes you do, they were given to me for the previous mistakes made at this location. So after going round and round I got fed up and left without my food.

Burger King service food

Went to Burger King store 10753 at 9239 Gratiot Avenue Detroit Michigan 48213 I ordered 3 10 piece nuggets and a medium fry order number was 71 on my way to appointment when I finally check my bag they shorted me a nugget call back to the store on Tuesday September 12th at 5:27 was when I place my order I called back to the store 15 minutes later talk to the manager on duty she did not give me her name she said that I could come back and get it they forgot to put it in the bag and they would let the other employees know I told her I could not come back right then but I will be back later got back to the store at 9:30 talk to a different manager she was very rude and nasty she said that she didn't know nothing about it and in my name wasn't in the book she acted like I was there to get a free 10-piece nugget if I place an order and pay for it I expect to receive what I paid for it's the principle

Burger King gave the wrong order and had to go around twice

Store #10798 at 2096 Mariner Blvd. Brooksville, FL 34609. Order #82 on 9/12/2017 drive thru.
We originally ordered a triple whopper large, whopper 2 for $6, two 10 piece nuggets, reg fries and onion rings, but they gave us everything except instead of the triple they have us a whopper with bacon. We went by drive thru and one of our cards declined so they told us to park so they can take the next cars. When we got the other card they made us go around again, which took another 15 minutes and so we did but the food was incorrect and cold and no sauce for the nuggets. We could've taken our business elsewhere but we went around twice to get food, never again.

Burger King poor service

I was in North Charleston SC over the week end due to the hurricane, I picked up some burgers from your store at 4820 Tanger Outlet BLVD on Saturday the 9th around 3PM. I was shocked by the service and food to the point that I had to complain for the very first time in my life. I have been in business most of my life and it was very obvious the workers at this location had no interest in serving the public and they conduct themselves like this on a regular bases. They could not focus on the customers in the store due to there private conversations and that of there friends. The gentleman in front of me left after he couldn't get a simple ice coffee with his order. My self as well as other customers waited for quite a while as the food was slowly brought out to the counter one item at a time. Everything brought out was cold and already cooked so I would of expected no delays. I had to wait for the servers finish up there conversation to get my chocolate shake in order to leave as well as taking care of other customers complaints. When I finally got my 2 shakes I informed the girl I ordered large shakes she said she didn't wont to get the large cups so she gave me a medium and only charged me for a medium. The bottom line is the food made myself and my wife sick, it was old and cold but my largest issue was the 4 girls who worked there and the treatment of the consumers trying to get something quick to eat. The customer that day did not get it there way.

Burger King no service

Burger king: located on sampson, dr., westlake, la... Incident took place between 8:30 and 9:00 pm on 9/11/2017...I placed my order at the drive thru, waited for 30 minutes, got out of line and went inside to replace my order thinking it would be quicker, waited for five (5) minutes, finally an employee walked in front of me never acknowledged me, she went to the back, i waited for a few more minutes, never got waited on. Left, as i was leaving several other vehicles that were behind was also leaving.
