Burger King product and service

I just want to inform you that
Just now I visit bk at vadodra in orbit mall and this my first and wrorst experience with bk, im ex employee of bk and I'm highly disappointed with product and service, burger are serving more then 30 min old, French fries is served soggy, and making when i change drink cashier will making his face bad its really looks poor service

Next time I'll never suggest bk vadodra to any one

Burger King original chicken sandwich

We visited the Burger King in Ontario Or. on December 14. We ordered two of the Original Chicken Sandwiches. We frequent the store often however this visit was a very poor experience. The chicken was so hard and dry it was not edible. We had to throw it out. The store needs to monitor their preparation and not serve food of this quality.

Burger King burger king saluda. sc

I have been a BK fan all my life, but tonight, 12/13/18, is the last time I will ever set foot in a BK store. Tonight, after not having eaten all day, I stopped at the BK in Saluda, SC. I placed my order for a whopper meal with heavy ketchup and onions at 5:26 pm. There was one customer waiting to get his meal. After I ordered three more people placed orders. My order was #52, the first meal out was #55, the next meat out was #53 and #54. After waiting for twenty minutes, my order was handed to me. I sat down at a table to open the most pathetic burger I have ever laid my eyes on. Not only did it not have extra ketchup or onions, it did not have any onions at all. I took the meal back and asked the young lady why I had waited for twenty minutes to get what I was showing her. After I asked, she turned away from me without saying anything and started doing something else. I asked her if I could speak with the manager, who was standing right there. I told the manager the above including the young lady turning without saying anything. I showed her my receipt and asked her if she saw any onions on the burger I had. Her reply to me was, the guy fixing the burgers is new and I will talk with the young lady.

I am not a complainer, and I know BK will not miss my business. In fact I know that I will be the loser again, because I love the whopper sandwich. However, I wanted you to know, that I teach classes all over the state of SC, One of the classes that I teach is a customer service class. This experience will now be the example that I use as my worst customer service experience. I do not know what has happened to BK. I know when I talked with my sister about this incident, she relayed to me several things that she has heard from her friends about BK in the last couple of weeks. It is a shame that your company has fallen to this.

Burger King employee totally order something different from what we wanted

Store#4mebkg11, Order #329, #394049, was the cashier, Dec 9, 18, my husband and I were returning home after a quick trip and decided to stop for a quick bite. The sales girl was pleasant, there were no other customers in the restaurant. We ordered a number (2) #12's as I have an intolerance to wheat and when she gave us our order they were #11 Spicy chicken sandwiches. Clearly this was not going to settle very well as I don't easy spicy foods either. She just said ooops I must have hit the wrong key. The gentleman cook offered to make the correct order but at this time 20 mins had already passed and we wanted to get back on the road. I had a couple bites of the sandwich and French fries, to have something in my stomach and didn't want to be in discomfort for the rest of my trip. This probably was just an error on her part, but she should be paying a little more attention to what she was doing. This meal cost $22.66 and I wasn't able to enjoy my meal! A refund would be nice!

Burger King hiring procedure no communication

went to my interview at 3:30PM last week GM didn't show after I walk a half hour in the cold to get there. Another manager completed my interview and told me to be there at 1:30PM today which is Dec. 10th, 2018 and again I walked a half hour in the cold to be there ready to start the training at 1:30PM and GM didn't show. For someone to be determined to work hard and show they want the job and to be exhibited such ethics from a much higher position as to be expected from a lower position employee, I feel really disrespected in this matter. This has happened twice in a row.

Burger King 1cent whopper campaign

High Street/Western Branch franchise.

i appreciate BK as a eating establishment; often redeeming the coupon found on the back of my most current receipt, as I have done for years. My issue concerns first) the Android Mobile application and second) the local franchise policy to honor a nationwide coupon. The 1 Cent Whopper on the Mobile application coupon offer (even with the permissions enabled for location settings on my phone would not enable the Whopper purchase, even sitting in my car 25 feet from McDonalds front entrance). I have the camera image.
Secondly, when I drove the 4 blocks to the closest BK franchise to explain the situation. I was told by the on Duty Manager that their store does not participate in this particular offer, and That i would have to drive 5 miles away to another store which supposedly would participate. They wouldnt provide a contact point for District or Regional Headquarters.
In order to enable a more positive customer experience I would appreciate fixing the Moble app integration with GPS on the phone to give me credit for driving to McD's. Second I did not see anywhere either on the Mobile App or multiple news sources that this offer was specific franchise dependent. (The news sources indicated that this 1 Cent Whopper was a great advertising campaign and driving to McD's a great gimmick). To this I agreed, however my problems have left me soured and frustrated.

Burger King bbq burger

I went to Burger King Zhubei, Taiwan, branch, today for lunch. They had no beef meals. I could only order fish or chicken products. I was soooo disappointed. The reason I go to Burger King is to eat a beef burger. How can they have no beef on a weekend?

I ordered the chicken burger then, which wasn't bad, but I think if they know its weekend and beef will sell out, they should prepare better.

Burger King food

We ordered our food and immediately started eating and our nuggets were cold, the fries were very undercooked and also had an awful flavor. It wasn't just one nugget that was cold, it was all of them and we even got two different orders. When we took them back we were treated disrespectfully and they acted like it was an inconvenience to them. I don't appreciate this at all

Burger King service

First let me say I LOVE Burger King but unfortunately the only one in my city, Danville Kentucky, is TERRIBLE. I literally have a problem every single time I go there. I decided today I would not go back. Others there were also disappointed in this store. Honestly, I don't see how the store stays open. The service is terrible. I was there over 30 minutes a couple weeks ago just to get a burger and fries. Usually, the order is incorrect. I can't remember one time in the past six months that the order has been correct. This morning, at around 9:30 AM, I decided I would give it one more try because I love the food. However, once again I am disappointed. I went to get breakfast through the drive-through. All I wanted was biscuits and gravy. The girl at the drive-through tells me they only have one biscuit! Really! I'm thinking to myself this is Saturday morning and lots of people are out Christmas shopping and probably hungry and going to stop and get a little breakfast and Burger King has one biscuit! Wow !The location of our Burger King is right in a shopping mall! I would think on a prime shopping day right before Christmas that Burger King would have lots of biscuits for all the people that are shopping and are wanting breakfast! However I'm not seeing a whole lot of people at Burger King and I think I know why. I hate it that this store is run so poorly because I really do love Burger King. I would hate to see this Burger King close because it's not managed properly so basically that's why am writing this! I'm trying to save our Burger King in Danville Kentucky! LOL Please help!
PS I ended up going to Dairy Queen for breakfast that is virtually within walking distance of Burger King. There were also two other people that were at the Burger King that followed me. So because of the poor management you are losing business.

I've been to the one in Bonney Lake Washington and many times my burger looked like it was ran over or squashed I've ordered a chicken sandwich and got a three dollar cheese burger instead. There excuse for inattentive mistakes is that they are understaffed. That has nothing to do with screwing up an order. (DUH!)

Burger King poisoned / tainted food / dirty restaurant and staff

My wife and I went for lunch on Wed. 12/5/18 as we usually do at the Burger King at 10th st. & Mulvane in Topeka, Ks and ordered a two separate meal, a whopper and a chicken meal. Immediately afterwards we developed stomach cramps and diarrhea, which my wife is still suffering and we both have had severe gas and bloating, swollen intestinal tracks and cramps. We also noticed at the time that the place was unusually filthy, and a very fat obese employer was taking out the trash with no gloves on and the cook had a real bad attitude. We also noticed that recently there had been a complete change of staff, because another individual we new who was good, no longer works there anymore, as some others. You really need to shut this branch down because it is gross. I am going to contact my lawyer and pursue a suit to claim doctor visits and pain and suffering.

Burger King unauthorised upgrade

Client number 7551. Host: Natalie

On 2nd December 2018 my family attended the Drive through at Burger King on Bridge Hall Lane in Bury. We ordered 2 kids meals which were fine. My husband ordered a Texas BBQ King meal and I ordered a Veggie Bean Burger meal. At no point did we ask to 'Go Large' and at no point were we asked if we would like to 'Go Large'.

We did not receive the receipt at the first window when we made the payment so we could not check if the order was correct. We checked the receipt when we got home and we realised that we were charged extra to 'Go Large' for both adult meals.

We also noticed that we had been charged twice for our chilli cheese bites. We did not receive an extra bag.

We are regular customers of Burger King but this will make us go elsewhere as we feel that it is a very underhand way of making more money out of us.

I expect a refund of the difference between the regular meals and the Go large meals and for the extra chilli cheese bites that we paid for.

I look forward to your reply.

Burger King I did not receive what my phone app offered.

On my app was an offer to get Whopper for a penny by going within 600' of McDonalds and then unlocking the lock on the app that would get you a Whopper for a penny. I did this. The lock unlocked and said I had an hour to get to a Burger King to claim my Whopper. I traveled three miles to a Burger King, stood in line for ten minutes and then was told they were not doing that promotion because it was not a corporate store. It was a stand alone store, not in a gas station etc. so it looked like a corporate store to me. The manager could not tell me where a corporate store was. She said she and everyone there was new. She said she wished Corporate had been more clear about how to get the Whopper for a penny, that it was only at certain Corporate stores. Since the offer appeared in my phone app I did not think it was a scam. I think I should at least get a Whopper for a penny for my effort, maybe two or three for my time and gas. :). I was disappointed and so was my wife to whom I was going to give the Whopper while she was at work.

Burger King improper treatment

On 12/4/2018 I went to the drive through at burger king (1723 division, Spokane WA) I had tried to place my order. The employee over the speaker kept asking me to repeat the order. So I said it a little so she could hear me. She then yelled and and told me to not be so snappy. I then pulled up to window asked to talk to manager. After several minutes the young manager came to window. He told me that I didn't need to yell at his worker. I was totally calm and tried to explain that I was not yelling or trying to be rude. I was just trying to make it so the worker could here my order because the worker kept asking me to repeat the order. ...
There is no reason for me to be disrespected the way I was. Not to mention absolute embarrassment! I did not deserve to be treated the way I was! It was totally uncalled for. I spend a lot of money there and for them to treat me the way they did is wrong!

Burger King I ordered cinnamon minis and a whopper with cheese

I ordered cinnamon Minis and there was no icing on there now on the commercial that have icing they're small dry and hard taste like they've been sitting there all day and cold with no icing then the Whopper with cheese had no cheese was poorly constructed and messy I eat at Burger King 3 4 times a week in this was a very bad experience and I didn't feel like going to drive back up there to have it corrected because I went by there on my way home from work got home to have me a nice dinner and they completely messed my order up and then my favorite Minis had no icing what is wrong with that Burger King and is always dirty in there

Burger King service

Every time I go to the meachem location in roselle IL (bk13092) that manager lady (cashier 1103743) is as rude as can be. Gave me wrong information on prices, shoves the food at me and always forgets to give me a receipt. I'd take the survey but there isn't a survey code on the receipt. I wish I was able to get in touch with her district manager. This is so unacceptable on so many levels and it makes me angry every time I deal with her

Burger King service

I'm at the burgerking on Phoenix Avenue, Fort Smith, Ar 72903. I order 5 orders of chicken nuggets. I then order a large coke. I'm told they are out of the Large cups but I could have a medium. I suggest 2 mediums because it's not my fault they are out. How do you run out of large cups? I'm told "oh no, I can't do that. " By the manager! So I guess she would rather lose a regular customer than spot me a medium cup? That is very poor customer relations. In the same situation, I would rather pay for it out of my own pocket before running off a regular customer!

Burger King orders always wrong, and not open on time in the mornings.

the burger king in nicholasville ky. is not always open on time in the morning. the last two times i went to get food for dinner my order was wrong. last time my two orders of fries were not in the bag when i got home. tonight i used a coupon for two mills for 8.99. i gave her the coupon number at the speaker ordered cheese on both burgers one with out pickle and lettuce. i ask for sweet tea for the drink but told her i only wanted one of the drinks. it came to 15 dollars and something. i ask how it could be that much when i got to the window and the lady said i ordered cheese on them. i told her that with my coupon it still should not be that much.she said i should tell them i have a coupon at the speaker. i told her i had and she asked for the number again. she practically through the bag of food at me after she fixed my total. when i got home i did not have the cheese on my burgers that i paid for and my sweet tea was coke. the orders from this store are always wrong. the factory where i work is close and people from work go there for lunch and they joke about how close what they get is to what they really ordered. i guess i will be driving to lexington to saron drive burger king from now on. just wont be able to get my whopper fix as often.

Burger King incomplete and over cooked food/ poor customer service

On 11/30 @9:07 PM I ordered 2 10pc nuggets and large fry in the drive thru. When i got to the window I wasn't greeted just stared at till i gave him my card which he swiped and didn't give me a receipt for. I was asked what kind of sauce i wanted. I said 2 sweet&sour and a buffalo and ranch. I got 2 sweet&sour 2 ranch. When i went to eat my food the chicken nuggets were over cooked and not even warm plus i was missing 3. I called them to let them know what had happened so they might do better next time to which I got the response of they were probably out of buffalo and an apathetic do you want your 3 nuggets. I said I'm not coming back for 3 nuggets I just wanted you to know and in the same apathetic tone was told ok bye. This is ridiculous and unacceptable behavior and I would appreciate it if they were reprimanded since a customer calling them doesn't matter.

Burger King job

Ok first things first... My name is candice hall.. I was a victim of hurricane michael that tore up our house in panama ciry fl... I have four boys under nine and my husband just got out of icu... I went into the burger king on hwy 90 for a job... I begged them I cryed I humbled myself... I have no teeth... I was told to go online and submit my application... I did that the same day... I was told to go that when I put in my application to call back and let them know we they needed someone very badly... I did just that... The manager sent the forms and I was bkocked from the snagajob site because I didnt remember my passwors... I had to wait until the next morning... I called snagajob git into my app and finishwd the process I then called them back and let them know it was done... About 530 that day I was cakkwd by the manager to come back in to get the reat of the paperwork work done to beinf ny id social and bank info if thats what I wanted was direct deposit... Since I didntt have a bank account I chose the pay card... Thias us where the problem starts... I told the manager on the phone that I was waitinf dor my sister to come in from work I woukd be there about 6...615... Well she didnt get here til 630... I headed straight up there... When I got there the manager had just left and wasnt answering the phone to cone back the next day because apparently thus next manager didnt know what to do... I left... The next day which was yesterday I walkes almost three miles to the store just to let them know I woukd be back because I had an incident with my five year old son almost choking to death on a hotdog I didn't get there before lunch... I told her I was sorry I dint make it this am that I knew she coukdnt do it dduring thw lunch but that I would be back in the afternoon... She told me to be back by three... The same manager who had dealt with me the night before sge was very short very nasty just the way she looked at me... I called back about 1 that afternoon just to let her know that I would be there at 3 like she had told me... She then told me that if I wasnt there by 230 she was leaving I asked her to please bare with me as I had a hurt foot and had already walked there once and that I may be five minutes late but please not to keave because I needed the job... I ran yes ran half the way up there I made it by 215... Whn the black manager told her I was there shw stated"I ger off at 230 I dont have time to deal with her"she seemed very angry and put out... As I walked to the back I wxplained to her as I have. Only been here a week and had all my stuff ruined in the hurricane I did not yet possess a tx drivers license I had a license but it was a copy on my phone I asked her coukd I email a copy to her she got real aggrivated and said I told you on the phone to bring your texas id... No maam I said you did not you said to bring an id which I did along with a birth certificate and a social security card and a hungry and homeless id from florida which was a gov issued picture id... She then stated that I need to do something with my kids... That infuriated me... She does not know me or my kids and had no right to bring my children in this... I told her just that and I also told her that she did not tell me it had to be a texas id had she told me that I would not have wasted my time I know this is bull crap because. I had a job in corpus christi using my fl id... Three times in she told me she didn't need my. Attitude... The only attitude I gave hwre is when she told me to co e thwre and then treated me like garbage. Now keep in mind thw night I came up there the firat time I did not out my teeth in cause I was rushing... If you do not handle tgis woman I will be getting a lawyer... You cannot treat people like tgis and her lying about having to have a texas st id is gonna win me thw case ive already consulted with an attorney and he ia chomping at the bit to get the case going discrimination is against the law... Be it for my teeth or my id its crap... And furthermore I dont want tge job anymore... But I want her job... Shes nasty... Mean... And racist maybe not because of skin color but there are different types of racism... Drove 15 min home to find out did not have.
