I am growing increasingly frustrated going to Buffalo Wild Wings 3 to 4 times a month MINIMUM and having to return two to three times because my order isn't done correctly the first time . Nearly every time I order "wet extra wet" and my food comes cold and dry. I come back to your establishment because I enjoy the product I eventually receive, but the consistent inadequacy is unacceptable. I would like to see your kitchen staff thoroughly trained on reading tickets correctly and your serving staff to take more time to ensure the order is to the customers' satisfaction. I was hesitant on sending this but the problem persists. I hope you take this request seriously as I can't imagine I am the only customer experiencing this.
