BSNL / Telephone and broadband not started yet after 7 days
I have applied for BSNL telephone and broadband on July 9th and order is also made and I have paid 1499/- rupees for services already, but BSNL is not giving me telephone connection and broadband internet. Today is July 16 and still my telephone is not ready to use. They have put the cable line and telephone at home, but it is not connected yet, not dial-tone. They have given me phone number 2681025, but it is dead. My order details are below:-

I have called many times to the BSNL persons, but no one is solving my problem. I request you to please look into this matter and please help me providing a connection.
