Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Internet Broadband plan BBG Speed Combo ULD 2295

Customer ID - [protected] Telephone No. – [protected] The connection was requested on 22nd of August 2015 by paying a one month rental of Rs. 2295 and Rs.500 for installation. On 24th we received the connection after 3pm. No phone connection was given. Line was directly connected to ADSL Modem . The plan we took was “ BBG Speed Combo ULD 2295” assuming that we will get at least 5-6MBPS speed of the 8MBPS speed. However till this day never reached a speed more than 4MBPS and rarely we have seen 5MBPS. But we decided to adjust with this as we heard BSNL services are so pathetic. I require the internet connection for my son who needs it so that he can work some IT related business at our home for some time. He usually has client conference and other client update meeting after 8pm with his US clients. Till this day our internet connection has never been working after 6:15PM. He usually works till 3AM according to US Business hours. Upload is not more than 515KBPS. In a day our internet works only for 4 hrs. Technicians has visited many times to resolve but it has not been resolved. They said they would update to their JE Mr. Das. However he hasn’t responded. BSNL generated a bill of Rs. 2132. for the days from 24/08/2015 – 30/08/2015. For just 6 days they billed almost a month. When inquired through their toll free no. [protected] I was told, they billed for land telephone instrument, Caller ID for Rs. 600, etc etc.. The modem is a NETGEAR Modem and is owned by my son. No telephones and caller Ids are installed or given to us. However we paid that bill. The whole purpose of taking the internet connection was to do his business from home for a while. Since he works in US timings he usually be online between 6-7pm, However till this day internet connection never worked after 6:15. He lost a lot of money and clients in his business and therefore he is returning back to Chennai. There are no other internet service providers available except BSNL in our area. The next bill has come and we don’t want to pay this bill unless a fair connection is given to the hard earned money we paid so far.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Broadband service failure

I am writing to you to complain that I am experiencing a lack of connection with my broadband service. This has been occurring since [protected]) approximately 2 month.

I have checked my equipment and I am satisfied that this is not the cause of the problem. Many times I complaint to bsnl office but no satisfied service from there side.

I hope this issue can be resolved shortly but, if you are unable to do so, please tell me the next steps in your complaints procedure or issue a deadlock letter outlining your final position.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Not changing broadband plan for months

Hi I had given a request to change my broadband plan last month from 845 ULD combo to 1091 ULD CS70.I saw in my self care account that even after two weeks there is no change.So I called the [protected] number and they are as useless as they can be.They don't even give contact numbers of who to talk to about this.I registered with mis.bsnl.in complaint redress system and no answer at all.Folks, I am so unfortunate in the sense I cant choose another ISP because BSNL has total monopoly in my town.If you can I suggest you to opt for different ISP .BSNL staff and customer care are just unbelievably hopeless .

Your bill reflects your service a month in arrears. Not all telecommunications companies provide real-time service information in the customer self-help portal. You can confirm your speed at speedtest.net. Keep in mind that you want to patch your Ethernet cable directly to the modem for a higher degree of test accuracy. WIFI comes up much slower depending on the type of 802.11 that your gateway provides.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Complain about Billing against my Broadband Connection .

I take BSNL land line and broadband (Koraput, Odisha circle, Phone [protected]) on June 2015. But, I am getting problem with broadband and land line from that time. I am now very much annoyed by this BSNL broadband service. Finally, planned to lodge some complains here.
1. BSNL employees does not cooperative towards customers.
2. They do not have much idea about Broadband plans. (At the time of plan purchase he told me that “you can make calls all over India for free between 9:00PM to 7:00AM”, but after I saw the bill over net and asked to the customer care, they told me that the free call is not available on your number due to Govt service holder.)
3. They have not (hard copies) listed properly, broadband plans on their notice board.
4. Phone bills increases day-to-day without any reason.
5. There are always disturbances in the BSNL phone.
6. The broadband works for one hour and then again goes off, then works for 1-2 hour and again goes off. Daily I call the exchange many times to ask about my problem. But there is no satisfactory reply.
7. Whenever I tried to contact with the JTO, he frequently not present in the office.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Telephone and broadband not started yet after 7 days

Hello sir,

I have applied for BSNL telephone and broadband on July 9th and order is also made and I have paid 1499/- rupees for services already, but BSNL is not giving me telephone connection and broadband internet. Today is July 16 and still my telephone is not ready to use. They have put the cable line and telephone at home, but it is not connected yet, not dial-tone. They have given me phone number 2681025, but it is dead. My order details are below:-

Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Customer Service

This company is a joke. I have been calling for a week, several times day. And all I get is a prompt " I'm sorry there are no agents, available at this time. Please go to mycricket.com. I even went so far as to chat with an agent via laptop, and she said
" Call Back. No help at all. So, I tried all my ports, to connect to the internet. Still no connection. And i am so frustrated, right now.
Tomorrow, I am going in person, to the corporate office on San Pedro, San Antonio, Texas. Hopefully, this will be resolved.
This is the worst company ever. All they do, is make you go in circles. I want this farce, of a company, to disconnect, my service.

Can't even submit a photo, to prove the broadband to the internet doesn't even work.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Barring of service even after payment and before due date of bill.

I am postpaid BSNL customer since long back. Since the beginning I have been paying my mobile bill regularly within due date. Unfortunately from last few months unwanted messages regarding outstanding bills are arriving to my cellphone with a warning to disconnect services even after payment.The matter was brought to the notice of the BSNL through their Customer Service unit but they replied that due to some system error the wrong messages are sent automatically to my phone and a assured me there will be no barring of services. Now on 11th of April 2015 message of bill was received by me with amount and due date of payment was mentioned as 28th of April 2015 and if pay by internet the due date is 26th of April 2015. Suprisingly on 13 of April2015 all outgoing calls are barred by BSNL before due date as mentioned above. The barring of call causes me great inconvenience and hampered my day to day duties and as I am a Superintending Engineer the barring of calls greatly affected my official duties too.
However on received of the message for payment, I have paid it online through My BSNL App on 13th of April 2015, 8:41pm (Receipt No:-[protected] Tel No:-[protected] Amount-Rs:4735) and accordingly I informed my payment to the Customer Care Service to remove the barring of calls.After that information to the Customer Care I called several times to the No:-1503 but only the computerised voice messages are heard without any response.Unfortunately, till now there is no response from them. It creates a great inconvenience for me and my family.The matter is brought to your kind notice for early neccessary action.

sir, i got the final attempt of entering the pin code and i made it wrong. then the trail & error metod came to an end. i got to enter the PUK code then due to same method i made it wrong. at last i am receiving the message SIM card rejected on my NOKIA 3500 classic mobile. it isnot going or it is strucking my mobile. i request you to please solve this problem and my mobile number is [protected]

Suddenly my mobile handset 's connectivity has been lost .This is with sufficient fund available on my Pre Paid account .
No reason has been assigned.
On changing the handset and inserting the SIM into another handset, the label EMERGENCY CALLS only is displayed on the handset. I am on ROAMING since ten days & this problem is found since 2 days.

My land line connection for board band services is not working properly since one mouth., the issue has been reported to the officials of BSNL office at imphal, Manipur. time and again. it has not addressed yet. The govt. will expect us to pay monthly bill without giving basic services even

This problem happens every month and they usually rectify within two days. But I am unable to understand why the problem persists every month and this time they have taken more than a week.

I had called a call to Maldives on 15.6.2011 after 7.00. i talked 1minute 53 seconds and they debited Rs.80/- from my account. I contacted BSNL. filed a complaint KL [protected]. But no response. A reputed firm like BSNL is doing such irresponsibility means it is very shame. Usually they are charging 12 Rs. for one minute. It is very high amount they debited from my account. Kindly credit the exc ess amount they debited.

I applied for installation of land line telephone at BSNL office Pathankot. As per the advice of BSNL authorities I deposited telephone security and in turn I was allotted Tele No. [protected] on 10 Jan 2011. I am unable to login. it shows "The password you have entered is not correct. Please enter your password again.(SBL-DAT-00569)" error..i tried the forgot password error and genrated the temporary pwd ...but still the same for the temporary passwrd given by bsnl also. please fix this bug and solve the issue. I got call from same no. There is one land line no. send to two systems.

As both should be same but getting 2 voices each and every time for 2 diffrent persons. I think this create and difference. So need to either update no. So something going technology issue. Line may get provide to 2 person at time. This issue need to fix.
This happen to me near by 15 times each day. Please escalate this issue and apply fix for same.

My phone is dead from past 15 days due to which we are suffering alot because after giving many complaints also the sevice commity had not shown a single response so i hope that a quick action will be taken agaist them and please check the connections quickly.

Yesterday BSNL contracter was broken our MSEB connection under BSNL complaint maintenance

BSNL & MSEB was not takeing respossiblity to slove it

We are unable to repair govt. authority from last two days we are living without elecricity

Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Shame o services

Dear Sir, Shame on BSNL OFFICERS. I have a 999 broadband plan and its not working since last one month. To download a 5 mb file it takes 5 hours and atleast 50 attempts..By this way a 5mb file is downloaded as 200mb sinc eit stops midway and has to start again.I have resorted to mobile wifi now. The complaint has gone into deaf ears of BSNL MANAGEMENT. IS THERE NO ONE WHO WILL CARE FOR THE CUSTOMERS...Every month prompt bill is forwarded and if not paid ..immediately cut..I ask--why should we pay if we are not given the services PROMISED? Even online complaint has been kept pending for month.This shows that its all an evewash and BSNL dont care about their customers.
With this site, i request the BSNL TOP MANAGEMENT IF THEY HAVE CONSCIOUS, LET THEM WAKE UP AND DO SOMETHING FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE COUNTRY ELSE GOD SAVE US FROM THEM

My landline no.[protected] is dead since 18th june . No rectification undertaken for complaints made through 198 service., Fiber office Line man & head of the BSNL says that due to PWD works cables lost & connecting process is under construction .. Till today it is dead, So many phone calls made to BSNL authorities . No response... what to do ?
After going to customer care service station at camp, the officers were very rude talking, n have no care for our complaint.

There is always some cross-connection when I dial any number or some call comes to us and the voice of that cross-connection is so significant that we can't hear our voices. Please correct it ASAP.

my bsnl land line no. is [protected], its not working since 6 months, i had allready given (5to 6 times) complaints to bsnl branch @ chinchwad, pune-33., plz give me details regarding the same., if phone connections are not going to working in the future, then plz let us know, so that if ph. r not going to work, then i 'll manage some another company's landline connection, if bsnl is helpless

I am inform you that I have received a Defective Product BSNL Penta is701c my product was Damaged Order #[protected]
Order Date:17-06-13 Product Delivered Date:20-06-13 AWB #[protected] I went out of station my wife Received the Product I came in my house 23-06-13 Box opened seal or Brocken Tab is Damaged so I complaint snap deal Ticket #2386055 Date :23-06-13 Still Not Resolved this Problem.
It’s been more than 15 Days now there is no resolution to my merger complaint every time they call even to tell hi and give me a 2 days TAT until I hear from them next and mostly they have filed and complaint ticket #248047 Akosha-l/m1

Note: This Product was is having the scheme –“1 Years Replacement Warranty” And according to your “Trust Pay I can get the money back Rs.3299/- Snap Deal Customer Care no: [protected]

Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] Getting DNS error whenever trying to connect to the net

Dear Sir/madam
This is to inform you that i am suffering from serious problems whenever trying to browse the internet with my windows 8 desktop PC. The internet gets connected and I have no problems while updating the antivirus (this is to say that there are no issues with the connection). But whenever I try to open any web page using my browser, I get a "DNS lookup failed" error. I can't browse the internet most of the time and this is seriously hampering my work. My BSNL phone no. is [protected]. I am totally frustrated with the service as whenever I try to call up the customer service, the phone gets disconnected. I have already sent a MNP message to airtel and I am likely to port my sim card to airtel unless my problem gets solved within the next two days. I will not wait any longer and I pray you to take immediate action so that I don't require to take any strict measures.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] non transfer of landline phone within Bangalore City

Dear Sir,

Ref : Shifting of my BSNL landline Phone no. [protected] from 12, Seethamma Road, Kamanahalli, Bangalore .560084 to
20, Ist A, main Road, Kariyanapalaya, Bangalore. 560084 (with broadband facility)

I had in February 2012 shifted my residence from Kammanahalli to Kariyanapalaya(as detailed above).( Both places within Bangalore City Limits) I had given a written application in this regard to thier Lazer Road office, Fraser Town, as instructed. I was thereafter promptly furnished with a copy of the work order as follows :

After waiting for a reasonable time I approached the above office as to enquire what is the position. I was forwarded to the JE who was then a lady. She couldnt properly explain the reasons for the delay, saying that the work order was wrongly issued for local shift whereas it is not so. I informed her that this was not my doing and the work order if prepared wrongly should be rectified by your office. But she however promised to complete the job in a week.. I had been patiently waiting since then. On the next occassion when i visited their office, they said that the lady JE was transferred and a new JE has been posted. I even met the new JE who also promised to complete the job in about a week. I am waiting for suitable action since then.

During the last week of May, I saw the linemen(BSNL) of this area near my residence, I immediately contacted them and produced the copy of the work order. They promptly effected the connection and informed me that it will be activated on the next day 31st may 2012. There was a call on this line the next day asking me what was my number and other details... I furnished all their requirements. They said that it will be activated on the next day. But the phone was not activated eversince.

I understand from the occupants of my previous residence that they are in reciept of bills from BSNL office till date.

I have also had Broadband facility on this phone, hence i was put into much difficulty with no internet connection for the past 6 months
I had also prefferred a complaint on The Grievance procedure, with no : (BSNL)Grievance Registered Docket no : KRK/CO/2012/5043 dated 5th july 2012. The present status on the site says the following :
Case is yet to be finally disposed off.by Circle Head Office. Forwarded to concerned units/sections for taking necessary action.Pending at Bangalore H.O.

I therefore request you to kindly look into this matter and take neccessary action as required so that i am not put into difficulties any furthur.

Please refund my security deposit and advance bill paid for next one year for annual plan for the period from 01/06/2012 to 31/05/2013 for my basic phone 2502792 at Allahabad which has now been disconnected.

I, Bhagirath Biswas, had surrendered my Broad band Internet connection vide telephone no.[protected] to Ramagundam BSNL office 0n 01.3.12 and I had given the address as Bhagirath Biswas, Inspector/RPFof Ramagundam Railway Station, Karimnagar Dist., AP -505208.But I have received the refund from this address. I have been transferred to OFFICE OF THE INSPECTOR/RPF, ANAKAPALLI RAILWAY STATION, DIST- VISAKHAPATNAM, AP-531001. Subsequently I enquired with the BSNL Office, Anakapalli and they have told that the Refund SBH cheque no. 600814 issued on 22.6.12 which is returned to the ACCOUNT OFFICER(Cash), BSNL office, Karimnagar. Now I am requesting to send that cheque to the above address please.

CHRISTIAN DEVOTIONAL SERVICE VALUE ADDED SERVICE
Rs.20/- is being debited to my mobile [protected] on account of so called "Christian Devotional Service". The service provider is not giving renewal alert as prescribed by TRAI. The number given by the service provider for deactivation of the above service is not working. Even my attempt to lodge the complaint online through http://bsnl.sparshindia.com/complaintportal/LogComplaint.aspx also failed as the screen is asking for "Select a sub category" where as no subcategory is listed for selection in the screen.

Please deactivate the service and inform the complete address of the agency to whom the payment is made by BSNL so that I can initiate appropriate legal recourse against the company.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] UNAUTHORISED DECUCTION OF CHARGES FROM USER ACCOUNT & NO ACTION EVEN AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINTS

Dear Sir

I am having a BSNL PREPAID mobile number [protected] and using the SIM since Jan 2012. But suddenly since 07 Apr 2012, every hour FOUR Paise is getting deducted on some charges of GPRS and i have lost good about of money in these last 10 days. I never use INTERNET through mobile. My nokia mobile is an obsolete model purchased in 2004/05 and doesnot have all latest facilities. REPEATED COMPLAINT to BSNL CUSTOMER CARE has gone in vain. Initially they didn't register the complaint, later thay gave a complaint number CH1204129032 and closed within few minute and sent me an SMS SAYING THAT THEY HAVE RESOLVED THE ISSUE without even checking with me. I have tried other methods like SMSing GPRS DELIST to BSNL, Removing the SIM card for two full days but the moment u put back into the phone, the money gets deducted.
NOW I AM NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHOM TO APPROACH SINCE BSNL HAS TURNED DEAF EARS AND MONEY IS STILL BEING DEDUCTED. IS THERE NOBODY AT HIGH LEVEL IN BSNL TO TAKE NOTICE OF THE ISSUE. tHROUGH THE COMPLAINT BOARD, I REQUEST TO BSNL AUTHORITIES TO IMMEDIATELY RECTIFY THE ANOMALIES AND REFUND UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTIONS ELSE I WILL HAVE NO OTHER OPTION BUT TO KNOCK CONSUMER COURT FOR EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.

sir i have recharged at yesterday for Rs.100 and I have lost of Rs.40 for mobiletv. i am not for received any massage and phone calls from your side but i have lost my money. i never use the Mobile tv. already i have inform that the customer care at last month. yesterday i have contact the customer care and about the problem . but he has no responsible answers to me and he was used most bad words. so i have surrender the prepaid sim card. pls inform to me how to surrender the sim card.
