Bravofly / Bravonext SAflight information

On May 17, we (party of three) missed our flight from Manila to Stockholm due to faulty informtion provided by Bravofly. I never received the usual booking details by mail so I relied on my printed online information provided by the Bravofly app. I am attaching this information. All flight data here is off by 6 hours causing us to arrive at the Manila Airport too late for our first leg to Bangkok. There were also no other fligths to Bangkok available to catch our next leg in time. The information has since been corrected but due to login problems I never had access to it.

I had to rebook all tickets. I hold Bravofly responsible for this mishap and ask to be reimbursed the cost of the current tickets, USD 3, 027. I’ve been using Bravofly services for several years and I hope they appreciate my predicament and resolve this amicably. But obviously I am prepared to see this through all the way.
