Bradlows Furniture service

I am so disappointed with your service after i paid my account fully and now you overcharged me, you did not debit the remaining amount and now i have to wait 100 years to get my money back. I went to the store and they told me that head office hasn't respond to their email. i took couches and a queen size bed and i'm enjoying them, but your loyalty is the only that will make me not to take anything else from your stores.

Bradlows Furniture settlement account

We settled our account in September this year, in full paid an amount of - +R20000, we expected this to be a good thing, only to find our that the count is paid off at Bradlows but reflecting as an unpaid account from September on Experian, we then we to the phoenix branch, and they were of no assistance, we were told to resolve it by ourselves, they failed at their service delivery, as when a debt is settled it was their responsibility to notify the credit bureau that the account is paid of, now we have the issue of the credit score falling, according to experian Bradlows was to notify the bereau and give authorisation to remove the account, now we can get a home loan because a bradlows failed to do their jibs

Bradlows Furniture zanzibar lounge

I am very disappointed with the lounge that my husband and I bought at Bradlows in 2014 . Six months down the line the couches where very uncomfortable we laid a complaint and they came to fetch them for repairs they came back better after 2 full months withouth couches. The problem started again we reported the matter they sent people to come and collect them for repairs for the second time . Again the problem started after sometime then I decided to remove the plastic that covers the couch under neath to see what was happening there I was very shocked to see bits and pieces of sponges that were there and the was a spring that was loose which was tightened with hard black string see photo attached. When I logdeg a complaint I was told my guarantee is expired I need to pay for the repairs. I have one question do I have to pay for their mistakes or should I pay for making a mistake buying a furniture from Bradlows please assist I am very disappointed.

Bradlows Furniture factory faulty coffee table

I bought couches on laybye on the 24 November 2018. By then I wanted the couches that were on Special for R11999 cash and we were told they finished nation wide. So I decided to take out R14000 cash to laybye different ones. I explained to the seller that I would come and take the couches before month end December. To my suprise four days after the laybye I started receiving messages saying I must pay the outstanding before the 2nd December 2018.
I had to go back to the shop to find out what's happening. I was told that the couches come with a free coffee table, in order to still get the coffee table, I must take out the remaining amount. I told them I can't because that was not the agreement. I had to make plans to take out the laybye.Couches and coffee table were delivered but I was told that they don't open the goods.. I must just see that they sealed.. They left. I waited for Husband to come Saturday and we realised that the table is faulty.

Bradlows Furniture delivery delay

I didn't receive the goods I bought from Bradlows furniture a gt Festvall mall.I bought the goods on 10 November of this year2018.I only find out that goods were delivered to wrong address after I went to the shop on 17 November.the address that is printed out as my address is not my address.I have attached the picture of my address/the munispal bill of my address the one I used as proof of address.

Bradlows Furniture lounge suite

I am very disappointed, bought the lounge suite have been paying with no fail, September i reported the same problem the fetch the 3 seater and it came back the reclyner was not working properly i told the guys who were delivering but nothing has been done, my 2Seater is cracking 2 and its not even a year i bought the lounge suite, i bought this lounge suite for my mother now she is stressed the money I'm paying in not near the quality you are selling I'm very disappointed

Bradlows Furniture rialto lounge suite

I bought the Rialto lounge suite cash at Bradlows last year in November.

The springs came loos just after two months and they took it back for repairs, same thing is happening now. The springs on the 3 seater is loose again.

This is supposed to be a Grafton Everest loung suite. I don't even have it for a year and already has to be repaired for the second time. I want a new couch. I don't want it repaired again. How can something brand new, has to be repaired twice in less than a year's time. We are four small people sitting on this couches . I should hope it can withstand normal wear and tear. I want a new couch, or take the whole set back and refund me. This Grafton Everest is worst than backyard factory standard.
I will report this matter to the SABS if this is not given immediate attenion

Bradlows Furniture service and quality of goods

In have requested last year december for my fridge to be repair they could not repair it they wanted and extra amount i have requested that they stop my debit order and they refuse me i mean this is ridiculous the service and is bad and need to go on yellow peter how do one get help because not even the sales consultant can help why do you do this to your customers give good service and you will receive good payments

Bradlows Furniture expecting a refund

i bought furniture on credit which i finished paying earlier than the expected period, so i accumulated interest which Bradlows has to pay me back, but i have not received the refund even today .i submitted all documentation that was requested but the shop even today cant help me with the refund .so i ended contacting Bradlows Head office by myself and their too requested the same documents that i submitted at the store, even them they cant come up with a tangible response to say they have received the documents and iam going to get my money back, i have been sent from pillar to post by JDG Furniture

Bradlows Furniture couches

I bought the couches at cosmo city mall last year after 3 months they got damaged i went to the store to lodge a complain and i also called and spoke to the Manager who promised to come and collect the couch to fix them, I told Him that i dont want the couches fixed because I was not happy with the quality of the leather on the couches . I waited for them to get back to me with feedback and as a result I did not pay the account which accumulated arrears . I then went back to the store again to complain as the arrears were affecting my credit record and the damage on the couches was getting worse and the consultant advised me to pay the arrears so that they can fix the problem . I refused to pay because i lodged a complaint long before the arrears and it was not attended to . I am now getting threats from the store that they want to come to work because i am not paying the account . I dont want the couches anymore and i want to cancel the contract with Bradlows so that they can clear my name .please contact me on [protected]

Bradlows Furniture cash back

I bought lounge suit around 17th August 2018 in Germiston brranch, it was a cash sale, promised cash back when i went to the sore to collect my cash back, they wanted delivery note, return wit the note, they say dey dont have cash in store, after twoo weeks, the sytem has change u will no longer receive your cash back from the store but it will be issued by head office, please submit ur bank statement, after a month twe gonna call you still waiting but dololololo
Your service and liars its no good for customers who are supporting you store, um not happy at all why do you keep on lying

I've been requesting to get a refund from Bradlows since August, even today. they keep on saying my application is being processed. just after being told it takes 7-14 days, little did i know i will wait more than a month to get my money back! its amazing how when a client miss their monthly installment they get a reminder over and over and over from the store to pay! i want my money back!

Bradlows Furniture lounge suite-brown leather

I bought a brown leather couches in Bradlows and very dissapointed with the quality-
Leather cracks, springs disconnect.I have been returning them for the 4th time now.
No quality furniture at bradlows anymore.
I will not recommend it to anyone or buy anything from you ever again.
When you return the item it takes more than four weekd just to raplace the leather and
when the spring disconnect it also take forever to fix them.
You get so inconvenient and now they must take 3 seater and the two seater.
Where will we sit?

Bradlows Furniture cash back

According to terms and conditions of cash back for 24 September 2018, cash back is applicable for both cash and credit sales but on 24 September 2018 Bradlows Vryheid at Church Street it was only for cash sales.

I bought Hisense 512l side by side Fridge Black Glass SBS fridge H67 for cash but was told cash back is only for credit sales. This is false advertisement by Bradlows

Bradlows Furniture lounge suit

I bought a new lounge suit. After 6 weeks the 3 seater was returned for repairs after waiting 3-4 weeks it was returned to us. After a couple of months it was returned for the same repair, Its now 3 weeks and no news. Lydenburg staff are full of emty promises, when we phone to enquire they always have a different story and they promise to phone back which they never do I would like a new bench or I will be forced to log a complaint on Hello Peter.

Bradlows Furniture lounge suit not delivered after a month

Our lounge suit is within guarantee now we logged a call with bradlows, went into the store, they promised to collect the lounge suit and fix it or give us brand new sofas, they then advised us that it will only take two weeks for them to return them. Two weeks and the lounge never came through, I gave them the 3rd week and still nothing, no communication from them whatsoever I advised the store manager that my mom has a leg problem and cannot afford to be sitting on the floor with a problematic leg, I complained to the manager that its way passed the delivery date and its totally unacceptable how they are treating their clients, and worse I am the one that needs to contact them instead of the other way around. I have been phoning them every morning now three weeks to only be told that they only received the lounge suit material a week ago whilst its the third week since they took the sofa's( how does this really happen, as they were suppose to collect knowing that they checked if material is there in the first place) now this is the 4week meaning a month n days with no sofa's arriving, follow ups has been done and feedback with none substantial evidence of what they saying has surfaced.
I am exhausted with all this because we bought those sofas cash and we must struggle just to get them repaired or even delivered to us.
now the head office guy phoned me to tell me they were supposed to be delivered yesterday but the driver had wrong paper work and they will deliver first thing today now its 11:45 no call from them and no delivery done, I believe now they really taking us for stupid's, I will be taking this complaint to the next level.
my mother has cannot go anywhere so that she doesn't miss the delivery next thing there is no delivery done.
they only have by COB to delivery those Sofas before I take this to the next level.

Bradlows Furniture refund not being processed

Good day,

I purchased a bedroom suite at the Alberton Branch in May 2018, only received it in July 2018 and now they have an amount of R899.00 that needs to be paid to me.

I have went in store and I have emailed and called for the past wo months and the money is not being refunded to me.

This is not acceptable and I have been a loyal customer for a while now. Can I please receive urgent assistance, because when I call the store the lady Pearl advised that she cannot get hold of head office, why is head office there If I may ask.

Please rectify this issue. it does not matter if a low amount of money, it still belongs to me.

Bradlows Furniture couches not delivered as promised

Bought Zanzibar couches at bradlows Benoni princess avenue.promise date to deliver was today 17 September 18. I cancelled all my plans for the day waiting for them to deliver till 16:00pm I called the store to find out what's going on.. Phone engaged I called one of the guys cell phone number kg was his name..to ask whats going on he asked for my details and said will call me back... After waiting for 20minutes I called the store and a coloured lady answered I I told her my story... And her reply was ohhh sorry the "bakkie is broken it cannot deliver today " with no good manner of approach or any apology... She said Ill get "Dudu" to call you. Then phone cutted off due to my airtime finished.. Kg called back and said he passed on the message they will call me back, which I really appreciated cause he got back to asap. 45later Dudu called to apologize for "not delivering on time due to bakkie being broken " ... What irritates and makes me angry is if I hadn't called to find out whats going on NO ONE was going to notify me... I cancelled my plans for nothing cause believe you me we all working and it's not like I didn't have work to do... This store got a very bad customer service whereas I experienced the same bad customer service last year where I applied for credit it took 3weeks for them to send my application..thats when I went to the store to fetch back my documents cause clearly they doing nothing about them... Don't know why my mother chose them cause I know the store doesn't have good customer service...guess we gave them benefit of the doubt... And they have proven us right... Some thingz will never change... Bad customer service...

Bradlows Furniture service

I bought couches at bradlows vermuleng street in Pretoria. The couches are cracking on its arm rest 2 weeks ago I called the store logging a complaint about the couch I was assisted Monica answered the phone and could not help me as I didn't buy the couch from her the person a bought the couch from Andries was off, she took my details and said she will give it to Andries to log the incident and call me of which she didn't today 14/09/2018 I call the store as I didn't revive any call or massage I asked to speak to Monica and she was the one who answered I asked her since I left a massage with her why was I not assisted she was so rude to me and I was sow surprised and shocked what Kind of customer service is this and I told her I would call head office and she said I can do that she does not care by the time I was speaking to her I putted her on loud speaker and I was with my colleague and we were so disappointed that as a brand like bradlows its own employees have no customer service and I would never shop again at a Bradlows store.

Bradlows Furniture lay-buy, no stock on final payment. unprofessional conduct of manager

On 13 July 2018 we made a lay-buy for the Sienna 5 piece bedroom suite of which the total cost R13299.95. The sales assistant, Flora, was very helpful and professional. On this date we made a payment of R5000. On the 3 August we made another payment of R4000. Today we made the final payment of R4299.95. We were informed that the warehouse will phone for delivery arrangements. Flora enquired from the manager if there was stock available. We were in the front of the shop browsing because we were planning to purchase the rest of our furniture from Bradlows Somerset West. I could hear that there was an issue with the stock. Flora informed us that there is no stock available. Not once did the manager make an effort to explain the situation to us. I had to go to the back to enquire from her. Not once did she apologize. She just said that we can take something else or take the stock on the floor that is full of scratches, what an insult, shows you what she thinks of us. She also informed me that when you take out a lay-buy it does not mean that the stock is reserved. Other businesses reserve stock, why not Bradlows. I need to point out that the store manager is unfriendly, unprofessional and is tarnishing Bradlow's image. My question is why did they take the last payment? Flora phoned afterwards to apologize but she did nothing wrong. The manager just phoned now but I cannot interact with someone who treats customers like scum. I have indicated to her that I want my money back. I am very disappointed in Bradlows and will definitely take my business elsewhere. Brunhilde Hartnic
