I'm not very happy with how changes were handled. When you choose to improve the atm cards, your customers SHOULD HAVE been informed that they should swap their old cards for new ones! Don't just program your atm machines to not recognize the old cards. Plus, there are those who cant get off work on weekdays. Therefore, at least provide us with Saturday mornings to deal with this kind of banking problems! In addition, please do not ask your customers to copy our signature which we wrote more than 15 years ago just so that it will match the ones you have. A person's handwriting changes with time and I'm pretty sure that's what the identification cards are for.
