Dear, Bachman Furniture Sale Reps and Owner
We have recently purchased a sectional sofa from your store, we‘re rejecting the goods to be improper. We have made several attempts in store; email, telephone and this last attempt certify mail. Your company refuses to communicate with us or work this issue out; we’re the customer.
We’ve offer you to come to our home and view the sofa. Now we’re requesting your company (Bachman Furniture) to remove the goods from our home and requesting a refund. We have asked for the phone number for the warranty and manufactory, to let us know where the furniture came from (Italy). Your company decided to remove all the labels, because that’s your policies, according to Jordan, sale reps.
We hope you understand. We’re looking for a prompt action in this regard. We are not interested in any kind of replacement, as of now.
Concerns’ that has not been address:
• Color, uncomfortable wrong sofa
• Warranty no phone numbers for contact
• Manufactory (Italy)or labels on merchandize

I thought I was buying a pub set, what I got is something useless
I thought I was buying a pub set. What I got is something useless. The legs don't line up for the chairs or the table. Bachman refuses to replace it, or even give me the floor model since it is a clearance item. The owner/lawyer, Joe has even implied that I damaged the furniture, as if I could put holes in it myself. I signed some piece of paper that I could not even read that said not refundable. I told the clerk at the time that the print was too small, and of course was assured not to worry. Wouldn't you know it, the clerk is no longer an employee...so moral of this story for senior citizens like myself is don't sign anything from Bachman you can't read. You may just be burned, and have a pretty pile of junk in the end. Way to represent the legal profession Joe Bachman. Thanks for a great experience.
