If I could leave a "0" stars I would. This company is contracted by *** to reface our existing cabinets with vinyl. I regret ever using them and I would advise ANYONE to avoid this company for poor installation, poor communication, and questionable business practices. From day 1, the communication was non-existent. The project manager did nothing, and the office manager would only receive a portion of the information that was necessary. I had to babysit everything myself. They quoted 3-5 days to complete the entire project, but on day 1, the installers did not have all the information and told me it would take longer. On day 2, we had to call the absent project manager to review the poor work. The work was horrible and looked like the installers didn't have the correct equipment or knowledge to install the product. It took 7 weeks for them to return with more materials (replacement material delay) and a new, more experienced installer. It was discovered that they STILL did not properly plan for the repairs that needed to be done. The project turned into just trying to cover up past mistakes. It was another 7 weeks for MORE replacement materials. The original installer damaged our microwave, and the company agreed to pay for a replacement and the installation. At the time the microwave was installed, the cabinets were damaged. I agreed to pay for the repairs and asked for someone to provide a quote. They denied me a quote breakdown and only provided a generic, handwritten quote with a price that closely matched what they had to pay for my replay microwave. They again refused to provide a breakdown of materials and labor costs. When the installers arrived to make repairs, they did not have the materials that I was verbally told they would order. The installer also explained that the scope of repairs was incorrectly quoted and all they needed to do was trim a piece and add trim. They had to use material I had saved from the past visits.

I got new doors, drawers, and outside casing for our cabinets from Anderson Cabinet Company in April. Unfortunately, the upper cabinet doors were ordered too tall and now they almost touch the ceiling. We were supposed to have molding above the upper cabinets, but because of the doors being too tall, the installer said they couldn't fit the molding properly. The edges of the cabinets are messy and uneven. We were also promised molding on the corner edges, but it was missing. The project manager hasn't been helpful and dismissed our concerns, insisting that we have to pay for new upper cabinet doors even though they were ordered incorrectly. He claims "his hands are tied." On 8/4, Aaron, the salesman, told me that the auditor changed the measurements even though they had already been approved. I've called multiple times on 8/19, 8/24, and spoke with *** manager ***, who said Anderson C. would call me back. But I haven't received any response. I called *** again on 9/3. This issue needs to be resolved.
