I made an order for perfumes and watches worth more than $400 from awok.com on the 5th of March 2018, from their website, they indicated that they can ship to Mozambique only to be told after almost 3 weeks by DHL that the package was on hold in South Africa because perfumes are dangerous goods. I have written numerous emails to them with no response at all. DHL finally told me that they were going to destroy my shipment and they had confirmed this with awok, but awok is not saying anything or responding to my emails about my refund. Anyone knows how I can get my refund??
