Assurant Solutions / lied about prices
when I filed an insurance claim, I was told the price to replace the phone would be $75. when I called to pay for it, somehow it went to $100. all they would say was "sorry they told you wrong". Then I was originally told that after it was paid it would take 1 business day to receive my phone, but instead, once I paid it, they told me there was other paperwork I needed to fill out that would take 3 days to process then another day to receive the phone. I won't be dealing with this company or T-Mobile again.
