Applebee's Restaurantsfood and customer service

I placed a to go order and the food was old and cold. I called the manger crystal and she told me she would replace the order for me the next day. The next my placed the order online and did a pick up at store. I placed the order from my mobile app some how I was charged a second time. I called back and talked to the assistant who promised he would fix the situation and call me back and didn't. I talked with the assistant three times and crystal two times nothing got handled and no one has called me back. When u asked for corporate number they wouldn't give it to me. I would not be coming back to this establishment. Very poor management.
