Air Arabia / flight delay

My delayed flight is e5 316 from dammam to borg el arab. We haven't been notified that there will be a delay through msg or email. We knew from the screens in the airport that it will be delayed for 4 hours and 20 minutes, then after couple of hours we found out from the screens again that it is delayed again for one more hour, with no one from the company to reply to our inquiries except for two employees from the airport.

    Nobody responds on complaints without the documents, such as e-ticket / boarding pass / notification of delay .
    You can claim food and drinks, moral harm due to delay your case in a court.
    Procedure can take 1+ years.
