Agoda / hotel booking
We booked a room for 13 november (booking number [protected]) but when arrived at the hotel we were told that all rooms were sold out. It was late night, nobody gave us a solution and we had to spend the night outside so tired and in the cold (all hotels in the area were fully booked). We want an inmediate refund of €53 paid for this booking, an explanation of what happened and a compensation for the total lack of service and the huge inconvenients caused. Please treat this case with priority as we need this money back to the statement or we will post it on the social media and take legal mesures.
