On Saturday July 19th there was an aarons employee knocking on my door at 7:45 in the mornjng asking for a payment that was due in the 15th of July. Mind you that the store doesnt open until 10 am. The said employee had then proceed to say what is the point of having a phone if no one will answer. Obviously it is none of their business as to why I couldn't answer my phone (which is broken) then has gone on to say with attitude that they have my card on file and they would just run it (no consent given). I would just like to say we don't appreciate the fact they are knocking on our door way before business hours are even in affect. I may be late at times with my payments but it does get paid! At times I feel like its almost harrasment calling 30 times a day from multiple numbers just for being 4 days late. I have paid off at least four things from this company and they proceed to treat people like this. This will be the last time I will go through aarons I have never been treated like this with my other agreements as the way I am being treated now.

    Yes, they are extremely rude. Most of their complaints i see are how rude customer service is and how they payments are mysteriously becoming more than an actual cost I'm just confused with this company I have bought two items from there each time I have experience really bad customer service. Same have happened to me, and I'm in the Loves Park and Rockford area so I really think the corporation needs to step up and have these managers go to Omni management classes or something I'm late from time to time as well but I never just not pay I'm almost done paying for my merchandise but I'm going to file a complaint., , enough is enough with them disrespect and customers and being rude
