I cancelled my reservation with Pegasus Airlines (PNR: 2XVKRP), but the refund has not been returned to my account. When I checked the refund status, the system showed: “No application records were found for the refund request.” This means no refund request was created by the airline, even though the ticket was cancelled. I have contacted customer service several times, but I still have not received a clear answer or a refund date. I am requesting that Pegasus immediately create the refund request, process my refund, and confirm the exact date when the amount will be returned to my original payment method. This delay is unacceptable and has caused inconvenience.
