Communty Roofing called us back like they said they would. Sadly, they don't do the kind of work we needed for our roof. They were super helpful and told us where we could find the right service. Even though they didn't fix our roof, it was nice that they went out of their way to help us. We can't say anything about their work, but it's good to see a company with integrity.

But then, one of the owners came to my door and was worried 'bout how I felt 'bout the work. We went on the roof and he fixed what I thought was a problem. He cared 'bout my feelings and made it right. Now, my electric bill is lower and there are no more leaks. The rain doesn't even sound loud anymore. They really care 'bout keepin' customers happy.

I got a new roof from Community Roofing on 6/30/2022. I paid $1,000 upfront and the rest, $9,853.10, when the job was done on 8/30/2022. They gave me a warrantee for the roof that lasts a lifetime. But when Hurricane *** hit on 9/19/2022, the roof blew off. I called Community Roofing and they sent an adjuster on 10/5/2022. They said the warrantee doesn't cover disasters and gave me a quote for a new roof that costs $2,000 more than the first one. They said I needed to put money down and get on the list. I checked their website and saw that they recently updated it to say that hurricanes aren't covered by the warrantee. But the signed T&Cs don't say that.

I hired these guys for my leaky roof and water damage. The lead quoter came out and I told him what I needed. He said they could do it and took my down payment. They pulled a permit but didn't tell me about extra costs. A month later, the crew came but said they didn't have the info for my house and couldn't install the roof. They backed out on the day of install, causing more damage and stress. I had to wait another month for another company. You guys really messed up.
