They did a grate job! They were very helpful in gettin us a new roof.

Great company! The process is long cuz insurance companies never wanna pay for what they should which is why the process is long. But this company gets them to do their job!

They were super quick to get back to me, and when they came over they were on time and did a really good job. They cleaned up everything when they were done, which was awesome. I would definitely tell my friends to use them. They're a really good company to work with.

i had to get my roof replaced and i went with classic roofing. they did a really good job and im happy with my new roof. they took good care of me and i would tell my family to use them too.

I'm really happy with the job these guys did. It all started with their guy, ***, who was super helpful. The roofers were great too, they got my big roof done in just one day. They cleaned up everything really well too. I'd definitely tell my friends to use this company.

Our experience with Classic Roofing & Solar was awesome. Danny and Josh were super professional and even dealt with our insurance company. The roof fix was done fast and good. You can't even tell there was a patch job done at all! Highly recommend!

Not happy with Classic Roofing & Solar. I saw good reviews and went with them for a new roof in May . But within a year, there was a leak and they wanted me to go through insurance again. I thought I had a warranty, but turns out it doesn't cover anything unless they decide it was an issue during installation. How was I supposed to know until it rained and water was coming from my ceiling? Wouldn't recommend them or use them again.

We had a great time with Classic Roofing and Solar. It all started when Jeanine P came to our door and asked to check our roof. We had a leak in the addition of the crib, but we were a little hesitant because we had a previous bad experience with another roofing company. Jeanine was very smart and gave us time to think about our options, which was very helpful to us. Jeanine was very straightforward and told us that this process can take time (potentially several months, which it did). Jeanine worked directly with our insurance company and was present for the multiple inspections through our insurance company. When the day came that the roof was actually being replaced, everyone was surprised that our decking was all rotten and needed to be replaced, which was very unexpected. Jeanine again worked with our insurance company to ensure that this additional cost would be covered. A few weeks after the roof was repaired, we had a little issue with the roof - we contacted Jeanine and she had someone come out the same day to repair it. After it was all done, she helped coordinate the repair of the inside of our house that had been damaged by the leak, which I'm pretty sure was not part of her job but she did it anyway. Overall, a very good experience. I would definitely recommend Classic Roofing and Construction.

I been waitin' for 6 months to get my roof done and I've been tryin' to get in touch with Classic Roofing & Solar. Every time I call, they give me some excuse. I've talked to a bunch of people at this company and I told them I don't need their services anymore and I want my insurance check back. But they keep givin' me the runaround and it's makin' me real upset. I just wanna be done with them now. I know it ain't right for them to hold onto my check like this. I need this to end. Thanks for any help y'all can give me.

I was approached by Classic Roofing & Solar and they offered to fix my roof. I had some damage and they gave me a price of $2800. I paid in full on September 4th. However, I still don't have a new roof. They only placed a tarp on it and that's it. I've called and spoken to many people, but they always give me the runaround. I'm 85 years old and battling cancer, so this is really wrong of them to do. It's been over 5 months and they haven't done the job or even stayed in contact with me. I want my money back.

from *** stating that the repairs would be made, but it seems like they are trying to back out of their promise. I would not recommend Classic Roofing to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service. It's a shame that they can't stand behind their work and make things right for their customers.

This was the worst contractor experience ever. The roofer came to me and said he was replacing my neighbor's roof and could get mine done with no cost to me through insurance due to a hail storm. They guaranteed that if they couldn't get insurance to cover it, no work would be done. After the first inspection, I didn't hear anything for 8 months. It took me reaching out to my insurance company to get the contractor to finally call me. Eventually, insurance decided to only cover roughly $13,000 out of the $16,000 job. Classic Roofing tells me I need to pay them $500 to get another appraiser to come out. I pay Classic Roofing $500. The contractor then tells me the difference between the insurance coverage and the quote of nearly $3,000 would have to come out of my pocket. I told them that from the beginning, they assured me I would not have to proceed with the job if insurance didn't cover the whole thing. The contract itself stipulated "*contingency" for not proceeding with the job if it wasn't covered by insurance, and the contract also stated that the contract was only in effect "once work is commenced". I told them I would not be needing their services. I contacted my insurance company and let them know I would be doing the job myself, since roofing doesn't require a contractor's license and my city does not require a permit. From start to finish, I do the entire job myself since the guy at Classic Roofing only ever did an appraisal. Now, they've sent me a letter saying they're placing a lien on my house and taking me to court for the full insurance covered amount of over $13,000 for "materials and labor equaling" even though they never provided materials nor labor. These guys are simply scam artists. Not to mention, in the state of Texas, you can not file a mechanics lien on a job if the homeowner has a homestead exemption, without getting the signature of the spouse. They did not get my spouses signature on the contract. The contract states it is only valid if construction work is performed, and is only valid if the full cost of the job is covered by insurance. The contract was also never signed by the CR&C owner, which is a required field on the contract. Despite these four things, they're trying to get me to pay them over $13,000 for work that was never performed. The only work that was performed was an appraisal, and I paid them $500 up front for that appraisal. I am blown away by the audacity to take legal action given all of these circumstances and can not believe the kind of person or company that would do this to someone.

So, this one time, some dude named *** from Classic Roofing came up to me and said they could do my roof for cheap or even free. I asked for an estimate but their guys never showed up. I called and talked to a lady who said they'd send someone out. This guy named *** came and said we had some missing shingles and hail damage. He patched it up but it still leaked when it rained. He kept pushing us to go through insurance and said it was against the law to give an estimate. We felt pressured and signed a contract. We waited for the insurance adjuster but there was a delay because of COVID-19. When the adjuster came, *** was late and told me to call him when the check came in. I got suspicious and researched the laws for roofing contractors but couldn't find anything about not giving estimates. I found complaints about Classic on ComplaintsBoard.com too. I called and asked for an estimate but they said it was against the law. I talked to someone else who said they'd only charge what the insurance paid out. I didn't like that they were trying to get more money from the insurance company. They used bullying tactics and lied about the law to get us to sign the contract. They never gave us an estimate and want 20% of a price they never told us. It's been a nightmare dealing with them and we want the contract dissolved.
