Christian Brothers completed an entire reroof and installed additional roof and soffit vents. Daniel was a pleasure to work with...very dependable, extremely organized, detailed, knowledgeable, and an all-around nice guy! He also sent video during the install to keep us up-to-date with the roofing progression. With a large crew, they were able to complete the job in one day (the additional soffit vents were completed a different day). They were very thorough with cleanup too. We would highly recommend Christian Brothers!

It's been great working with Adam on all aspects of our roof replacement. Everything was thoroughly explained during planning, Adam and the courteous Christian Brothers crew were confidence-inspiring during the actual work days, the clean-up was unbelievable, and Adam came by a day later for one final look-over of the roof and our yard (he even hand-washed the new skylights while he was up there!). We're confidently looking forward to Christian Brothers replacing all of our fascia, gutters, and downspouts in a couple of weeks.

I interviewed several roofing companies before choosing Christian Brothers. I initially spoke to Ryan H. He was very professional, explained everything in detail, and came up with a plan that made sense. Setting up the appointment was easy, and they were able to fit us in one week after talking to them. The project manager was Daniel P. Fantastic, responsible, and actually sent us videos throughout the day updating us on the progress. They replaced our whole roof in one day, fantastic experience! Highly recommended!

Our roof was a least 25 years old. Christian Brothers Roofing did an EXCELLENT job! Our new roof, gutters & down spouts look fabulous. Dealing with the team at Christian Brothers Roofing was effortless. They took care of working with our insurance adjuster to the point that we didn't have to, with the exception of 2 phone calls from them. They kept in contact with us through the entire process. New vents were added. Clean up was impeccable. They arrived just before 7 a.m. & were done by 1:30. We would very highly recommend Christian Brothers Roofing.

From start to finish Christian Brothers were the example of excellence. The phone receptionist to the entire team were awesome in their personal and genuine interaction. They roof crew did an awesome job as they removed and replaced my entire roof to include total clean up prior to my return home from work. They were on time every step of the way and my roof looks amazing. Very impressed with the process. Christian Brothers Roofing inspected the roof and did some repairs first and suggested I contact my insurance company, which I did. They reviewed the insurance claim to make sure everything was covered in the claim. They were very thorough and followed thru the entire roof installation. Even forwarded pictures of progress, since this was a rental home. I worked with Christian Brothers Roofing 10 years ago also on a roof project and was very satisfied with the work then. Very pleased with the work and the clean-up! I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers Roofing.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Daniel arrived to our scheduled appointment on time and addressed our questions, provided options, and left product and company information for us to review. Estimates were available with payment option and discounts for payment in cash. Our estimate questions were answered promptly and our installation was completed with an outstanding crew. Gutters were blown clean debri completely cleaned and nails / screws were removed from property with a magnet! Could not be happier with the service, product, workmanship and account oversight. Christian Brothers Roofing did an awesome job tearing off and replacing the roof of my home and my attached neighbor's roof with a GAF Timberline Armorshield II roofing system (high impact resistant shingles). The team at Christian Brothers Roofing worked with the insurance adjuster, coordinated communications with both myself and the neighbors simultaneously (we had a 1 day rain delay which was totally out of their control), and they even sent multiple video updates on the progress while the work was being done. Christian Brothers definitely lived up to their A+ rating with the ComplaintsBoard.com. I think they did a fabulous job and will highly recommend them to friends and family!

Christian Brothers Roofing is amazing! He was at my neighbors tonight and I caught him up on the roof fixing a few shingles from a recent storm with high winds. I yelled up at Christian Brothers Roofing and asked him if he'd be so kind as to check my roof out too. This was late on Friday night. I really didn't expect him to take the time to look over my entire roof, but without hesitating and with a pleasant smile, Christian Brothers Roofing came over and introduced himself to me, said he was happy to check out my roof and concerns. He found a few loose shingles which he fixed. Incredible service and made a customer for life! He turned a tragic moment into a magic moment! Thank you Christian Brothers Roofing! We were very impressed with Christian Brothers Roofing. He walked us through the entire process from start to finish. He was very thorough in his analysis and inspected our roof from inside the attic as well as on top. He made recommendations for improved circulation and improved curb appeal rather than replacing the then-existing turbine and box combination. The roofing crew did a great job and were very professional. They hung a curtain around my house during the tear off, which protected our landscaping and assisted with debris and nail collection. It's been a month and we have not found any stray nails! We love our new roof. We highly recommend Christian Brothers Roofing.

I had a concern regarding a pipe vent on my roof. Daniel P from Christian Brothers Roofing came out to take care of it. It was an easy fix and he even took the time to explain the integrity of the pipe's condition. Which was significant to me because I have an older home. Also, it was a quick fix that required a little bit of caulking and he didn't charge me anything. I was not expecting that especially because of the extremely steep roof on my home. Daniel was very pleasant to talk to. I wish I would have come across Christian Brothers Roofing back in the summer when I had my roof replaced. I truly feel like it would have been an extremely better experience! I do know what company I will reach out to as well as refer friends and family regarding future roofing needs!

I had an issue with some rain leaking in around several roof vents so I called Christian Brothers Roofing to get a quote to replace the old roof vents and replace a small section of a roof board. Daniel P (I have never met a nicer, more humble person) came out and I inspected my roof and explained to me the issues with these older vents and what they would do to correct my issue. We reviewed his quote for the total cost for the entire job and the timeline they had open for getting it fixed. After accepting their bid, he sent Juan out to fix our roof the very next week. Juan was right on time and did a great job replacing all the vents, the damaged wood section, and reshingling the sections he had to remove. I was extremely pleased with the entire process and will not hesitate to call them again for any roofing issues I have.

Christian Brothers Roofing is not only one of the best contractors I have worked with, they are one of the best companies I have worked with. We have used them on two separate houses for roofs and gutters and they did a fantastic job. They were professional and delivered a very high quality product. Our second job was on a house we were closing on and there were several moving parts as to who was paying for it, what was cleared to be done, and timing of the project. Our rep, [name of the representative], worked with our realtor and us to get all the necessary details taken care of during a stressful time. I met with him on a Saturday and the project was started and completed in less than a week! The roof looks amazing and they were able to complete the installation in one day. I will always use and recommend Christian Brothers Roofing for roofing and gutter needs. They have fully earned my trust.

Beware! This company did not cover the original repair estimate fully and did not get the repair done correctly the second time BUT would not help with excessive water damage repairs occurring after the first repair attempt which resulted in 2 floors of wet dry walls. The company claimed they had no idea how much damage there was before the first repair, BUT they had taken pictures when they came for the estimate which showed 2 water discolorations near the seam in the sealing near the fireplace. After the first repair, water poured in soaking the walls. We had to have some drywall removed and the interior professionally dried out to avoid internal mold! The $4k estimate was reduced by the homeowner running the gas fireplace for 7 days, which helped dry the wet drywall. Our quick action saved the laminate and wood floors. It is not good business practice to leave the customer cleaning up damages admittedly caused by poor workmanship and paying for repairs well over the company's credit. Christian Brothers Roofing doesn't pay unless it is due to direct storm damage.

I did a lot of research on roofers and called Christian Brothers to inspect our roof. Our neighborhood was being canvassed by roofing companies looking for hail damaged roofs and a lot of neighbors were getting their roofs redone. I don't do business with people who come to my door so I looked for an honest appraisal of our roof's condition. Christian Brothers came out for an inspection and was candid about the fact our roof had minimal hail damage and went over the reasons why he thought insurance wouldn't sign off on a roof replacement. On TOP of that, he saw a couple of issues, one that needed some caulking on a siding board and a turbine vent that was missing a couple of screws and was in danger of tipping in a high wind situation. He secured the turbine and gave me estimates on what the roof would cost down the road when it needed to be replaced, in addition to texting in advance, saying he could show up earlier for the inspection appointment if I wanted. This is the company I'll use in the future.

Before I get into the details of my review, I want to point out that John Smith was by far one of the most pleasant, humble and hard working individuals I've had the privilege of getting to know in my life. Christian Brothers is lucky to have such a great employee and better person that serves Christian Brothers Roofing as if it were his name was on the business. Save yourself a lot of headache and hassle and call Christian Brothers First. I know I certainly will be from now on for any of our home or business needs. I would also like to point out the great work and professionalism of the install and tear down team. They were all very respectful and careful not to damage anything on our property. It was amazing to experience how hard those folks worked. Before I called Christian Brothers for a second opinion on my roof condition, I couldn't have asked for a much worse experience with my insurance claim. Ultimately John helped us navigate the complexities of the roof repair estimates and helped us get approval for a new roof. John gave us frequent updates and always returned our calls/texts/emails diligently. An example of this - during the new roof teardown and replacement he gave us multiple updates (by video!) of the progress. I highly recommend Christian Brothers to anyone who could benefit from their services.
