Nationwide Roofing did my roof on October 25
Nationwide Roofing did my roof on October 25. I paid $1500. But when the first rain came, the roof started leaking. I called *** many times, and after a lot of calls, he finally answered the phone. He promised to come and fix the problem, but he never showed up. At one point, he promised to give me half of my money back. I understand that he had expenses for materials and labor, and I even accepted that. But he told me that he had over twenty years of experience, and there was nothing wrong with what he did. I have attached text messages as proof. But he never came to fix the roof. The water was damaging my floors, walls, and furniture, so I had to call another roofer to do the job. He did it successfully. I really need at least $750 from Nationwide Roofing, as he promised, to help me cover this extra expense.

I hired NationWide Roofing to fix my leaky roof in October 2022. I paid $450 for the repair, but it didn't fix the problem and caused more damage inside my house. I called the owner many times, and finally, an employee came to investigate in January 2023. He said more repairs were needed and that it would cost an additional $250 for materials. I paid in cash, but no one ever came back to fix the problem. The company offered to fix it several times, but no one ever showed up. I asked my son-in-law to intervene, and we learned that more repairs were needed, costing a total of $1,150. I decided to hire a different company and asked for my $250 back. The owner agreed but never showed up to return it. My son-in-law tried to contact him multiple times, but he kept delaying and making excuses. I'm 92 years old and live on a fixed income, so this has been very distressing for me. I trusted Nationwide Roofing because of their ComplaintsBoard.com affiliation and 20 years of experience, but I was very disappointed with their service.
